@Darling136 Could we get a new thread if you have a chance?
I will try, my wifi is just not the best, so be patient with me!

This thread will be moving to a new thread #11 in few minutes!

Watch out for the new thread and take the discussion over there, thanks!

It's possible that he had been given pre-approval and that is why the court is aware. Hard to tell but I know I'd be okay with him being taken back into custody today if possible. His bail would be forfeited right?
What would be the reasons he could get approval? It would have to be something that he absolutely could not do in CT. Earlier we discussed the number of doctors in NYC but I cannot imagine the court would allow that if a similar specialist is in the state. JMO

Waze would have CLEARLY shown him he was going across the CT/NY state line. It's a violation for sure.
That's how I see it too. Not hard to comply with that order. IMHO.

Well so much for that.
Gotta love that he can't make a move without people knowing it. He's on a tight tether.MOO.

It was posted recently that the Pound Ridge house was sold, wasn't it? I always thought this would be a much better place for the children instead of being cooped up in NYC. This could get very interesting. Seriously hoping he violated parole.MOO.
Somewhere I read the Pond Ridge house was owned by Jennifer’s mother.

My gosh, I live in California and will be with relatives in Westchester County for the 4th. I think we are eating dinner in Pound Ridge one evening. Feels somber.

Wonder why he didn't swing east to go south to NC and stay in Connecticut instead of swinging west to come back east and risk going into NY.
Testing the waters?

Source says Dulos had no idea he crossed state line, he never stopped anywhere over the line and it only lasted a few minutes until the Waze app brought him back into CT. @WTNH

I've never had Waze point out when I'm crossing a state line. He genuinely may not have known, although a road sign may have pointed it out.

Oh and hey, at least a nugget from the border crossing snafu today—we know he uses Waze. LE probably already knew this but if not we know know. Maybe he used it on the 24th of May or 25th? It might not be significant at all but if it is...good.

JUST IN: Attorney Norm Pattis tells @FOX61News that his client Fotis Dulos crossed NY state line, despite order to stay in CT. He released the below quote to us. #JenniferDulos

One would think you would be careful so as to not violate a court order. Selfish to get LE and the courts in a lather when you're being careless. Really rubs me the wrong way. IMHO.
