Thank you WSers! Each and every one of you adds so much passion, intelligence, expertise, determination, enthusiasm and heart to our underlying desire to seek justice for JD. I apologize if I sometimes feel the need to make light of the heaviness of the situation by little lighthearted pokes. I’m so enveloped as 6 little ones need justice too.
If we didn't have a little levity we'd all lose our minds here, SS! Do your thing!

It seems to me that a man out on $500,000 bond for tampering with a murder should not be forgiven even a brief unintentional mistake.

There is a reason for the stay-in-Connecticut rule or LE would not have instituted it.

Seems to me a good lawyer would have made it crystal clear that FD was to stay in the state ALL the time especially when there has already been evidence that he scoffs at orders from the court.

Lock the boy up!
BBM

Smooch smooch smooch your entire post!

And throw away the key this time.

Do they have those signs on 132? I've never driven it.
I believe there's a sign just past the road that takes you to Grace Farms.

Not sure "No Case Norm" is in charge here! Think "No Case" has been played completely! He looks the total fool and is cursing that he didn't get to control the FD 401k funds!
Hahaha I love the visual! Gee I'm starting to have hope!

I refuse to believe that there is not someone, a judge or otherwise that is going to allow this little snake to make a fool out of our judicial system. I have to believe in my heart that someone is going to have the kahoonis to step up and throw his sorry &$$ in prison. He has pushed his limits endlessly and he continues to do so. SOMEONE better do the right thing

Plus tomorrow he faces the motion accusing him of violating a court order re the sealed custody report.

I got educated on HIPPA last thread - lots of expertise on this forum but I learned not really check prior thread for details
HIPAA only applies to health providers, people who work there and associate businesses like insurance etc. I hope this clears it up. So NP did not violate anything.

I think JD could have had a living trust. My parents created a living trust when I was young so if god forbid they suddenly died, they have an appointed successor trustee who will make sure their wishes are followed and everything is given to the beneficiaries in the trust.

Someone had a twitter feed from State of CT in prior thread for the morning when this happened. RT 7 southbound between Ridgefield and Norwalk can be brutal in the am and this is probably what he was trying to avoid.
There were a ton of delays on the CTDOT Twitter this morning and afternoon. I went back and checked. I don't think I found an "accident," as NP claimed, but there was definitely a lot of traffic.

Ya gotta stop, I'm starting to tap dance! !

I don’t think he’d make a run for it until he saw or spoke with his kids
And sold his properties
But does anyone know if he legally changed his name
Ive seen several spellings
I have three legal birth certificates with 3 different names
I wonder if he does
If FD flees, his children will have to be under armed guard until they're grown as he could have them kidnapped with funds squirreled away through the years.

He has known Jennifer wasn't going to let them go and he has most certainly played games with the family money. I would guess it's invested in Greece or on one of the usual suspect islands.

If he was going to make a run for it I think he would wear a hair piece and hop on a bus or a train after getting the monitor off. Seriously. IMHO.
I got a hair piece and a side piece. Let's go!

Things are heating up and if her mom is behind this you can be sure the brains and case law research are top notch IMO
YES!

And hopefully combined with rock biting, glass chewing 'Here's your behind; I'm handing it back to you now that I've finished mangling it' aptitude.

What, if any countries, could a person flee to, that would not send them back to the USA to be prosecuted for murder, extradition treaty info listed in below link.

The Best Countries for Your Escape Plan - International Man

I am sure LE is or has looked into him as a flight risk and hopefully they are alert to this. Would he go to any of these places? Only he knows. However, some people have succeeded in escaping.

If he flees, I doubt he’d spend his precious money on his children.
