The thing I am most livid about is that FD wants to sit down with LE and discuss JD's mental state in the weeks prior to her disappearance. I mean, I just can't. I think LE is most interested in the disposal of bags containing blood from the missing JD.

Every time he opens his mouth he makes a gag order ten times more enticing. Just admit your client had a role in this crime, good Lord.

It's heartless and cruel. And now NP wants FD to sit down and discuss JD's "mental state" with LE? This is a desperate act, IMO. I am sure there are numerous witnesses who would dispute FD's tall tales. JMO.

Here’s a look at the “Memorandum in support of motion to continue” filed in court yesterday by Norm Pattis. Pattis wants the case to move forward saying “this case has generated extra-ordinary public interest” and “fears about the negative impact of adverse publicity”

"As it will put to rest once and for all any claims that he had a movtive to kill Jennifer Dulos"

That's certainly a laughable statement. Even more so if they actually believe that. JMO
