Is that a corduroy sport coat? I guess he didn’t have access to his summer wardrobe.
It looked like velvet to me!
Wasn’t sure if he should dress up or dress down. So he did both. WTG FD

I wasn't surprised by his emotioneless tone. He's a cold and calculating guy. Showing emotions would make him look weak. Also, he'd be accused of faking it.
True, this could be a cultural thing. A lot of people on here have chimed in about Greek culture, but even regarding American masculinity, it is considered "weak" to be vulnerable and show emotion (which is a load of BS IMO).

Seems like a mixture of velvet and corduroy. He's going for the "soft" appearance today.

Replying again. Anyone want to compare notes on this? Research the limits of no contact per the court order? What I am reading is that if this order is violated the person can be subject to immediate arrest. Any legal experts care to weigh in here?
Someone is either sleeping or the FD is the luckiest SOB alive!

Revenge suicide? Seriously??OMG.

A no contact order is a prohibition of direct or indirect physical, verbal, and/or written contact with another individual or group. Such orders are most commonly associated with family or household violence, stalking or sex offenses. No contact orders are primarily governed by state laws, which vary by state.
Direct contact includes phone calls, letters, going within sight of the protected person, his/her residence, place of employment, or school. Non-physical contact includes, but is not limited to, telephone calls, mail, e-mail, fax and written notes. Indirect contact includes messages through a third person at the direction of the respondent.

It’s too bad that LE didn’t serve FD with a murder warrant as he stepped in front of the microphone!

I would have loved to see the look on his smug face.

But honestly I think LE has found everything that was still there to be found at MIRA

And I don’t believe that they have any information currently at their fingertips to search at any various other locations. If they did they would be doing it.

I’ll guarantee you one thing I have learned from following missing persons cases. Investigators don’t just go out and search random areas, why? Because it’s like finding a needle in a haystack.

They base searches off of solid information, video, cell data, vehicle gps, witnesses, habits of the suspect etc

If JD was buried or disposed of in an area not easily connected to FD then it’s going to take some new critical evidence to find her.

It’s just not feasible or would even be helpful to try to search random wooded areas and bodies of water in a hundred mile radius without any direction on where to look.

At this point I hope that LE has enough damning evidence to charge FD for murder and to leverage for information leading to her remains.

Well, she tried to frame him for murder, right? No jury would believe that.

The "discovery" of the report according to NP was interesting to me...

Pattis talking now, said he was unaware of prior court order, which another lawyer saw when he picked up a passport from Dulos’ house.

Do you have a link to the text of the Order with the bail terms?

I took a Xanax this morning, welcome to the club! Thanks Generalized Anxiety Disorder and PTSD!

I'm not sure if it's the length of testing time (which I'm unaware of, hopefully someone else can weigh in on that), but the amount of animal bones that were probably mixed in, and even human remains (it's sad to say, but according to my coworker, it's not uncommon for bodies to make their way through, usually homeless). They'll have to test all of it to see if anything matches JD.

I'm in that same club. :) I really am hoping LE has more evidence than the public's aware of, but it concerns me as they probably would have charged him if they had it.

The bail terms clearly said to MT " You are not to have contact with the victim's family" Who knows if FD is considered FD's family or not. That's why NP is asking for clarification.

As far as FD giving a statement about JD's mental state leading up to her disappearance, I have questions.

Hey, FD, how the eff would you know her mental state? I doubt she was having heart-to-hearts with you in the weeks prior. Why don't you leave those questions to her close friends and family?

Hahaha better living through chemicals. The waiting is crazy. FD crosses state line -nothing. FD tries to communicate with children on news channel -nothing.

Don't we all just leave psychological examinations of our estranged spouses lying around the house? Duh.
