In her blog JD spoke of going to Greece so suspect that she knew the family/extended family a bit.

FD sister spoke in her letter today about how she was in email communication with JD up until 6 months ago when atty had her stop (did anyone else think it was odd that her atty would say this to her? this got me spinning on whether she had more involvement with FORE Group than just the architectural consulting work). To me this was a strange piece of info to insert into this particular letter.

FD sister also mentioned attending JD/FD wedding in NY.

EE is the former FORE employee who was driving FD truck in NC on the missing date. When this was discovered by LE they tracked him down, interviewed him and then announced that he is cooperating and being treated as a witness and is NOT a suspect. Conjecture has been that FD attempted to set up EE which is why EE then engaged counsel to protect himself from being dragged by FD/MT into the situation. Glad EE got counsel quickly and LE stepped up to say that he was NOT a suspect!

In the interview above, Sister Dulos admits to making an "obligatory" statement, really. And the way she expressed how FD would want nothing more than for JD to return eventually to her kids - hmm strangely worded, reminds me of Chris Watts insisting he wanted nothing more than for the wife and kids he murdered to come home -- of course he did, so he could get out of the ****-ton of trouble he was about to be in! It's like - yes I am truthful in this moment, I want to undo what I did because I don't want to go to prison. FD isn't going o get away with this. MOO.

Sister Dulos is so out of touch. How is Jennifer supposed to return when RD’s controlling/a**hole/idiot brother is disposing of bloodied items? Notice she didn’t ask if the dumpster date night was relevant.

Agree, volunteering the phone was very odd. Aside from him actually being innocent, the only way I can make sense of it is superficial cooperation -- trying to appear innocent. I'd like to know what would have happened if LE got a chance to question him that day. You would think he would have been willing to talk since he went to NCPD. JMO.

He could have just gone to see what the NCPD knew at that point IMO. Arrest warrant was very clear that neither FD NOR MT cooperated at any point with LE. MOO but I think this fact will come back to haunt both FD and MT in future litigation and it makes any attempts by their atty's to 'rehab their images' impossible in my mind. The actions spoke loudly here from MT and FD IMO.

Hard to fathom that your employer would throw you under the bus for the murder of his wife! MT is going to find herself under a similar scenario unless she turns state’s evidence. Maybe her independence day travels will lead to something helpful. If I were her despite being a possible accessory I would seek refuge with a familiar and safe companion and cry my eyes out.

Wow! According to the linked article which references custody proceedings, apparently FoDu was so eager to see his children after Jennifer escaped with the kids that when in 2017 FoDu had some court ordered visitation, he flew off to California to party with a friend and left ReDu with all five kids and then ReDu left all five kids alone at the ski club. The youngest would have been 6 and oldest 11 at that time iirc. Jennifer found out and was not at all happy about this situation.

Keep in mind NP is the only source that said he voluntarily gave up his phone. His attorney was present when he handed it over. According to Norm his attorney asked for it back and LE said NO. Norm actually called it THEFT. MOO.

The arrest warrant clearly explains that NCPD asked for the phone and FD gave them the phone.

My original phone, Phone A, has been cloned by Phone B. I leave Phone A at say...ummm...4 Jefferson Crossing (bc why not?) then I decide to go to...New Canaan with Phone B. Now I know Phone B will ping where I am located. What will Phone A show? It’s pinging in Farmington? Maybe I have turned off Phone B for my drive.

Anyway I think I am super clever (bc duh!) and that people (random LE for sure, because as y’all know, I’m a sneaky unreliable person) will be fooled into thinking I never left Farmington and my McMansion at 4 Jefferson Crossing.

Since I am unreliable and sneaky I also have to make phone calls. I might set up shop at my not yet finished 61 Sturbridge Hill property and make my “stealthy” early morning Phone calls from inside the house in room so that it looks like I’m at “home” busy doing my work. My very sneaky unreliable work. I can berate my attorney and speak Greek with my Greek peeps and FaceTime away thinking I have established my alibi in Farmington. But I haven’t. Because evil sneaky people always get found out.

But what if instead of a Phone B I used my iPad to “clone” Phone A? I know this can be done and you can make and receive calls on that as well as “FaceTime.”

Do y’all see what I mean or did the Texas sun get to me this weekend? Lol.

Thought: so FD “designed” 4 Jefferson Crossing right? Does anyone know what the inside of 61 Sturbridge Hill looks like? Like are there any rooms that could possibly be very similar in appearance to a room(s) at 4 Jefferson Crossing?

Forgive me since I'm many pages behind but I have long wondered about MT's depth of involvement with the FORE group. My best personal speculation is that FD created some sort of role for her with the company after he first instigated the affair (a year prior to Jennifer's knowledge of the actual affair) as an excuse to have her relocate to CT and have easy access to her under his thumb. He may or may not have done this with the intention of her providing actual value to the business. And if he was in control of the books could have provided her with a salary either way just to be readily available to him. IMO only.

Agree with your assessment. MT was listed on the FORE Group website as Manager of FORE Group. We have no idea what her tasks were with the Company but from blog posts on the FORE website it appears she handled promotion, social media and had some knowledge of computers. Beyond this we know little unfortunately.

...the Arrest Warrant says early on that LE was aware of not only his many properties but many vehicles as well.

So glad you have returned! Just read the arrest warrant again (each time reading it something new pops out!). The warrant is very clear to identify FD as the 'estranged' husband of JD. So, NCPD knew what they were dealing with in FD IMO and no doubt had an earful (or 3!) from friends and GF IMO. The arrest warrant was also quite clear that even after the iPhone X being handed over that FD did not cooperate with LE.

Phone cloning? I have never heard of this. However, remember that we are discussing an individual who used tape to attempt to disguise license plates. Tape. Not paint. And he made ~30 stops at dumpsters monitored by cameras. I don't think he did this, but out of curiosity, I am off to Google. MOO

I wonder whether ReDu knew much about the prequel marriage as that divorce to wife one was reportedly finalized just a month before the lavish NY wedding to wife two? I wonder what ReDu thought of that, if she knew of that, if she kept up with wife one?

Seems to me a classic bit of FD overconfidence given all the (other people’s money and) planning and arrangements and lead time for reservations, venue, catering, entertainment, music, attendants, travel, etc, that FD’s wedding to JD occurred the month following his divorce from wife one. FD sure seems to have cut that one close.

Are certain introductory statements generally typical of a translation of the Greek language into English? "Is it relevant" reminds me so much style wise of the "I would like to mention" disclaimer in FD's police statement with regard to his mother's accident.

Agree that alot of the 'style' issues with the statement relate to language differences. I thought I read that both FD and his sister spoke/wrote English from an early age but I cannot find the reference. Its possible being older that his sister learned english in school but wasn't as comfortable with it as was FD. That being said I know I couldn't write a letter in Greek to save myself so I didn't get too hung up on style/language issues. I just came away that she was speaking from her heart and was upset/concerned that people in the US weren't seeing her brother the way she and her family saw him. Beyond this I didn't spend much time on her statement as it just seemed part of the Pattis patter.

Pattis has been unusually quiet IMO, wonder what the investigation he kept chatting about has discovered? Wonder if the 'air tight' alibi has been confirmed yet?

There are a couple of apps out there. But I’m curious about what would happen if I used an iPad to clone my iPhone. Like with pings and such. It’s really creepy. Someone can just clone your phone remotely! Ahhhhhhhh.

And... LE will obtain a cell phone history covering a few days before and a few days after JD's "disappearance". If there is, say, a six hour window of time on May 24 where there is NO activity on his phone (he turned it off), that will look VERY suspicious. MOO

Perhaps to cover this period, he may have given his phone to someone else to 'play' or left it in another car on the move, that wouldn't be going to the suspect area.

Seems entirely possible, IMO. If so, LE can probably do forensic work on cloned phone setups, and gather more information on them than burner phones.

I wonder if FD just stole other people’s blueprints and designs?

I wonder if ReDu actually ever did any architectural work or “architectural consulting work” for FoDu, or whether this was just a ruse, a mechanism for upcharging clients, cheating actual architectural originators/designers, and offshoring money.

What exactly did ReDu do for FoRe Group? Where are those itemized invoices and where is the IP? Bet that would be good deposition/discovery fodder and questions for the stand in the business/contract/debt litigation as well as the divorce/custody/guardianship/support cases etc.
