Of all the people who thought FD was guilty of murdering Jennifer, before they read Rena’s statement about her precious, caring brother, I wonder how many have changed their minds and are now convinced FD couldn’t possibly have harmed or abused his wife.

I guess if she was ever questioned on why he would be dumping garbage bags in the nigghtime with JDs blood all over the material, her response would be "becuase he is such a great guy, he was helping his worker out that night."

Edited to include the article stating a third employee was questioned, cooperating and also hired representation.

These employees are going to play a big part IMHO.

I think the 3rd employee was the guy being referred to as "EE" on here. Employees 1 and 2 are FD and MT. This article is from 6/13 which is the day it was revealed there was a Fore Group employee working in NC using FD's Raptor.

I was thinking today of Jennifer with reference to the MIRA

I’m not familiar with the type or level of observance the Farbers practice/d or adhere/d to, nor is it any of my business, although I’d like to be respectful of their wishes and Jennifer’s.

Someone posted a while back a link to the obit of Jennifer’s dad. The obit mentions that services were held at a synagogue in NYC and burial at a Jewish cemetary in NJ, so I’m assuming based on this only and just a couple references in limited Patch writing of JD’s that I read that she was raised in Jewish faith tradition and culture, but in the marriage with FD felt a bit (a bit? :-( like FD was not going to tolerate much of this in “his” household.

There are many great online resources with more information about that I think many on this thread would find profoundly moving and educational should you not already be familiar with these customs, traditions, and practices surrounding the Jewish faith and beliefs and rituals surrounding death and bereavement in Judaism.

This Wikipedia entry (I hope this is okay by TOS) includes a lot of helpful and resonant info, including something suggesting one reason why NP/FD’s stabbing out the “revenge suicide” was perhaps even more offensive and anti-Semitic than their prior GG and heroin addict double life deeply troubled manure of male bovines.

What really gets me, is who does this sister think she is fooling? Whether she wants to believe he is innocent is not news worthy - of course his sister from out to the country believes he is innocent. However, evidence and a past history of threatening violence coupled with his financial woes are all good reasons to place FD as the prime suspect. I don't see any other suspects, oh wait, he used the EE's cars, and doctored license plates. His plan went horribly amok and he will pay. Praying for LE to win their case.......

i cant seem to find a map or location of exactly where JDs car was found. was this in the police arrest report?

Here is street view from google maps. The entrance to the Waveny outer trail is just to the right. As you can see this is common place for people to park rather than going into and parking at the Main House or the Carriage Barn lots. The park is open to all. This is just north of the Merritt Parkway overpass across the street from the compost transfer lot. I recall there being a disc golf course next to the compost piles that lies between Lapham and the Metro North train tracks.

The trail winds around the perimeter of the park along the Merritt to the south and then parallel to South Avenue to the main gate entry at South Avenue. It continues on along South Avenue to the back of the High School off of Farm Road.

Lapham Road is not very busy especially on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. Traffic into NYC would have been lighter than usual as everyone would be heading out of the city. Nantucket is a common destination for many of the residents.

I understand that she is an architect attempting to construct a vision--- a brother who is not a monster but rather a kind being. However, the foundation of a being she describes is not the man known to the people at his children's school, the judge in his custody case, and the evidence presented in the case.

She describes him as driven and meticulous and on this point I wholeheartedly agree. He left a small "footprint" in her garage but enough so we knew early on that she was probably dead. He left DNA at the faucet. He was seen on camera, in his truck disposing of bloody items and cleaning items. He was committed to doing what he could to erase JD. But, he could not. He did not. Something has gone terribly wrong with his heart and he has done terrible things that left more than an impression or can be cleaned up by a marketing ploy.

Perhaps I missed something and will go back and read but I don't remember that he "left a small footprint" in her garage.

There was obviously a good bit of blood and evidence of clean up on the floor and the car and perhaps other places, including the faucet.....enough to know someone had tampered with a crime scene.

I'll be surprised if we don't learn there was brain tissue and blood on the garage ceiling.

The reporter is claiming inside information from LE .... link to it is upthread. I'm surprised since they have been so tight lipped IMO. We shall see

It is possible that this is an attempt by LE to get the message out more broadly, seeking more tips. They seem pretty intent on that- they set up a website and consistently keep asking people to send in information. If they're at a bit of a crossroads, they might be using this opportunity to help spread the word more broadly and reach people who might have any new info.

Also perhaps to set FD and NP on edge a bit more, tiny leaks that "more charges coming" and "others we potentially haven't heard about" might gall NP and FD to spin up some more trash that would get FD in even deeper or give them insight. LE might be able to play his own game on NP in that way.

Sister-girl may have already left home by the time FD's evil side emerged (since she was 13 when he was born) but I guarantee his behavior has been part of the family lore.

Being married to Jennifer didn't make him mean. He's had practice.

you cant look at things at face value. you have to assume FD and his attorney needed someone on his family to give that speech and she was the unfortunate chosen one. No way in hell she makes that speach on her own, out of the blue.

The fact that LE didn’t ask for the public’s help with the search and don’t appear to be searching each and every body of water for JD, leads me to believe they know where she’s not located.

Was the actual truck conviscated? I just passed one driving out of a trail in Waveny Park that passes the pond and cornfield and is not open to cars in general. It creeped me out!
