Fotis Dulos knows what the public thinks of him, and has a message for them: Wait until the facts come out.

"I know what I've done, I know what I haven't done," Dulos said in an exclusive interview with NBC 4 New York. "I have to stand and fight and hope the truth is going to come out."

While he understands why people are interested in the case, Fotis Dulos wants people to wait before they label him a "monster."
"I think they should wait. I have faith in the system, and in the police and the legal system, and hopefully we’ll have some answers soon," Dulos said. "I never follow the tabloids, and I don't care about the threats
"They take the narrative that they see from the arrest, the arrest warrants, what has been reported in the press. And they draw their own conculsion, and I've already been convicted in their mind."
Dulos said he has been shocked at what has gone on over the past month, including his arrest and spending time in jail.
"When it all started, I said this cannot be true, I must be dreaming," Dulos said. "I’m wearing orange, I'm in a cell … this cannot be true."

I don't think so, respectfully disagree. There was plenty of time for FD accosting JD in her garage, (IMO it was just a bit messier than anticipated, hence the 'cleanup' of blood evidence - e.g. he planned to strangle her but she fought back) for him to then get rid of her body (yup, wrapped up in a plastic tarp, easy to dump somewhere no one would go looking that would leave no trace evidence, along with a 'suit of armor" that would protect a person from blood spatter or whatever, that is actually a Tyvek suit these days and very prevalent on construction sites. boxes of them are 'free' for employees to wear, and they cost next to nothing.

Yes, and never underestimate the power of adrenaline.

I expect that once all was said and done he and MT had to smoke some serious weed to calm down...

Hence, their strung out faces in the mug shots.

What? Why in the world would a DV assailant like FD say he knows what he's done? You can be pretty sure everyone knows what he's done to his wife. There are no other motives for anyone but him. Greed, threatened masculinity, control, whatever.
ETA: I guess if nothing else worked thus far, FD is going to try for the 'sympathy' card.... wow, didn't see this coming and didn't have my 'barf bag' on hand.

Here is a case that the Feds busted wide open in January of this year:

“The US is tying loose ends on an elaborate cellphone crime spree. A Florida judge has sentenced Braulio De la Cruz Vasquez to 65 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to charges he worked with four co-conspirators (who've already pleaded guilty) as part of a ring that would 'clone' phones and use them for international calls. De la Cruz would receive identifying information linked to wireless subscribers' accounts and use that to "reprogram" cellphones he controlled. After that, his partners would send international calls to his home internet connection and route them through the hijacked phones, making the unwitting victims pay for others' calls.”

It’s way out of FuDo’s league the above case but...I still think he could have manipulated one of his iPhones or Mac Pro to clone his main iPhone. But I think LE could definitely be on to that if so. They would be able to track that. And if he used any of the items now in his possession to do so then it all loops neatly back to him for the purposes of future charges. The only reason he’d do so is the same reason he’d buy a burner phone: to disguise his activity.

But if the phone calls NP spoke about as being part of FD’s alibi for the morning of May 24th do exist then it’s critical to find out if he did clone his phone. I just don’t know enough about this stuff. It is way above my pay grade.

Years ago, my 'landline' phone to the house, had charges for several phone calls made from that number, when no one was in the house. Years before mobiles.
I was the only one with keys to the house, and I was not in the vicinity.
I phoned the telephone company, and these charges were refunded.
So they possibly were able to be traced by telephone company, to how this occurred.

Can't help but think these recent pleas and interviews have been scripted by his attorney.
NP has stated that he is in the dark but for the arrest warrants.

People talk.Cops talk. IMO, he has a sense of what is coming. No more talk of his love for MT. Now, it's all about the children and Jennifer and Jennifer's mother.
