Also, how did he think the blood evidence would go unnoticed? Really? I know he wanted her to be seen as merely missing, not murdered, but the way he did things reeks of murder done by a person known to the victim. I hate having to think like a killer, but smarter to have left her there and destroyed any DNA evidence bleach, fire, etc. IMO.

Perhaps after cleaning up the blood evidence, washing the area, the stain wasn't evident as the area was still wet.
FD didn't have time, to wait until the area was dry, to see if blood evidence remained.
BUT LE did.:D:D:D
MOO.

Years ago, my 'landline' phone to the house, had charges for several phone calls made from that number, when no one was in the house. Years before mobiles.
I was the only one with keys to the house, and I was not in the vicinity.
I phoned the telephone company, and these charges were refunded.
So they possibly were able to be traced by telephone company, to how this occurred.

Telephone companies and most businesses that have a phone system (pbx) are able to get call detail/records with just a couple key strokes.

Wow! Finally caught up in the thread again! FoDu speaks some more! Perhaps a well-connected person has tipped NP off to the fact that indeed as the last few pages of this thread have illustrated: More Charges Are Coming! I cannot wait! Please don’t seal the Arrest Warrant(s)!

Okay so I was combing through articles last night and wanted to add a few thoughts.

1. Just unparalleled work on this forum from all of y’all digging through documents related to FD finances, Fore Group properties, etc. It is beyond impressive! Just wow. People have really connected the dots in an amazing way given the way most MSM articles about the divorce and financial suit have a mosh mash of confusing dates etc. thanks to y’all keeping it straight. The financial aspect of this case is VERY important and it cannot be stressed enough IMO that it is not only a motive but it could result in further criminal charges—financial crimes. Y’all rock!

2. All the locals contributing just great work as well. Thank you so much for details and descriptions and pictures. Without your invaluable input it would be much more difficult for many of us to contribute our theories and ideas.

3. Some of the MSM articles from yesterday mentioned that ReDu practically “raised” FoDu as she is 14 years his senior (65 years old to his 51) and views him as a son. Without disparaging her character (I like many of you don’t buy that she’s on the up and up) I would say that the mere fact that she is “Team FoDu” means she cannot be Pro-Jennifer and as such I have to disregard her impressions and feelings about FoDu.

4. Financial Stuff: I found this quote which was attributed to the divorce/law suits/JD disappearance:

William Ferrigno, President is Avon-based Sunlight Construction, Inc said, “it’s sad all the way around. The affluence-the over-the-Top affluence-it didn’t end up serving anyone’s interests at the end of the day.”
Before being jailed in connection with the disappearance of Jennifer Farber Dulos, her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, faced a downward spiral in his business and marriage

There is more in there about FDs inability to adapt. Lack of knowledge of where to build his niche homes for the wealthy. The fact the market had changed and many builders had already transitioned into building smaller more energy efficient homes that required less maintenance. He built in the wrong area. Hartford county instead of Fairfield county. Something JD finally got FuDo to see right before she found out about the affair with MT and left. He finally realized too late He should have built in New Canaan. His ignorance is highlighted in the Hartford Magazine supplement called “Posh Properties” which quotes FuDo.

5. Finances and Fore Group Properties part two: As it pertains to 80 Mountain Springs address. FuDo has “attracted investors” for this property. A $600,000 line of credit from a gentleman of Coventry Rhode Island. I didn’t mention the man’s name as this person isn’t a POI or suspect and didn’t want to violate TOS. For the same property FuDo has also received a $500,000 mortgage from a man from Athens Greece. IMO this might be the person FuDo could have been speaking to on the phone on May 24th? I also didn’t name the person as not a suspect or POI.

Both men’s names are in the article I linked above.

I keep going back to that guys quote about the affluence. The over-the-Top-affluence and how it served no one. Touché!

Wow! I wonder if charges will be coming tomorrow??? I will have to make it a point to keep my phone with me at all times to check.

Yes it’s so fascinating how it is spinning now...his sisters pleaful missive yesterday and today Fotis draws the sympathy card going Live on primetime! Somethings going on behind this Smokey screen....

  • #1,026
It’s just too little too late. Much too obvious that his sister just made that scripted statement and his interview airing on the cusp of impending charges. If he was innocent as he claims to be then why did he not cooperate from the beginning. Panic mode!

It's interesting how history repeats itself. Investors and builders went bust in the 80's in CT.
Despite that I think it was better then than it is now.
So many businesses have left the state.
Poor governance.
I bought a house there in the late 70's.
When I Zillow it now it's not worth much more than I sold it for in the 90's.
CT is suffering. MOO.

@LittleBitty.
Don't think charges are coming down tomorrow.
Thinking we have been fed a few tablespoons to get us through the holiday weekend.
Or perhaps it is bait for FD?
We are coming for you.
Have a Happy 4th of July!

He has not been charged with a crime so I don't think he would be given a court appointed attorney. I would hope a pro bono attorney would see this for the travesty it is (IMO) and take him on just to protect him from being railroaded by NP and company. Otherwise, he likely is paying out of pocket and perhaps even had to come up with a sizable retainer JMO

So perhaps, at some time, there’s a GoFundMe for him...

What really gets me, is who does this sister think she is fooling? Whether she wants to believe he is innocent is not news worthy - of course his sister from out to the country believes he is innocent. However, evidence and a past history of threatening violence coupled with his financial woes are all good reasons to place FD as the prime suspect. I don't see any other suspects, oh wait, he used the EE's cars, and doctored license plates. His plan went horribly amok and he will pay. Praying for LE to win their case.......

The way that was written—tentativeness was under the surface in my opinion—seemed like the writer was pressured to write it. It’s been quite some time, for example. And the last part about hoping it ends nicely can be taken in a variety of ways—including even against her brother—but to me, at least, I felt her ambivalence with this and felt like she did like JD. Just moo. It’s not a fire and brimstone testament.

Just saw the little bit of FD new interview. He characterized him and JD as having differences and just something that didn't work out. Way to minimize, dude. It is true that some relationships really "just didn't work out". This was not one of them. JD was a target, plain and simple. He got what he could and then moved on.

Service roads in parks, sure. Like utility access routes—not noticed by most but known and used by workers and sometimes others. My gosh. I’m sure that was a shock! I feel for EE; I would not want to drive that truck ever again.

I may throw up. Yes, way to minimize. We’ve read her blogs. As the saying goes, if you want someone to write well of you, behave better.

Interview with FD

See Sarah Wallace's extended interview with Fotis Dulos tonight at 11 p.m.

Fotis Dulos knows what the public thinks of him, and has a message for them: Wait until the facts come out.

"I know what I've done, I know what I haven't done," Dulos said in an exclusive interview with NBC 4 New York. "I have to stand and fight and hope the truth is going to come out."

Fotis Dulos: I Know What I've Done and What I Haven't Done

Cliche, cliche, cliche. We hope the truth comes out, too. Omg. Moo.

I would just like to ask everyone to please wait until all the facts are known, because right now without all the facts, it’s impossible for you viewers at home to understand all the ways in which I am a monster.

Right now you don’t have a full picture. There is a reason for that, but soon all will be revealed, so for now, I’d just like to focus on how much this is hurting me. And also I’d like to speak now to all the people that the court has ordered me not to have communication with directly or indirectly. Because I wuv wuuu

And also I am suffering. It’s not the fault of police or the home viewers or the good reporters. It’s just the process and I understand this.

See? I can be perfectly calm. I don’t care about all the threats I’ve been making against others. I never wanted Jennifer out of the way, I only wanted her close enough to view her PIN numbers. Under my thumb also. But mostly the PIN numbers.

It’s been hard for me. Everyone is suffering. People only know what they see on TV or read in the arrest warrants or beg to the judge when they claim to need restraining orders. That’s why I had to come forward.

I just want to tell you that blue is my favorite color. But actually, I’m somewhat torn between that and green. And three is a magic number. But the top 5% there — that’s always been me. That’s how all this confusion started.

I don’t hold it against anyone. I can’t because I’ve been warned against leaving prints. I think I’m getting a call now on my ankle monitor if you could just hold on a minute please.

Thank you.

You see, it’s very difficult to use a boogie board or surf now appropriately. I’ve asked for the charges to be dropped so I can return to the family I love who have really always been there for me, so I’d just like to give a shout out to the ski team.

It’s important to remember the true victims here because my business is suffering. I can’t even hug my jet skis or sweep off my front porshe without some Tabloid taking a photo of my entirely not suspicious poison ivy or newly shaved head.

Yes it’s been hard, but I do spend a lot of time praying for the safe return of my phones and other property.

I know what I’ve done and I know what I haven’t done, which is important to me.

I hope that you have been very helpful today and thank me for my time.

My mother had an old saying, "When you're right and everybody else is wrong, it's time to come in and take a nap."

It's nap time, FD!

He’s definitely a person whose advice I’d want to follow. Arrogance. Omg. Moo.

  • #1,038
Very little here... We would expect additional charges in the future anyway because she's missing and there's blood in her garage...
The way he repeated FD’s and MT’s names was telling IMO.

Was the actual truck conviscated? I just passed one driving out of a trail in Waveny Park that passes the pond and cornfield and is not open to cars in general. It creeped me out!
That is strange. The only vehicles allowed on the trails are Animal Control (Drive silver vans) and LE (drive black SUVs). If you saw what you saw then suggest calling NCPD immediately as regular vehicles aren't allowed on the trails.

I think FD is being played by LE.

He's guilty so he knows there is lots more evidence to be found but he doesn't know exactly what they have.

The cop who spoke today didn't really need to say anything of import; he just had to poke the beast.

LE knows that getting a perp to talk plays into their hands because, as Statement Analysis teaches us, the marbles start to leak when they open their mouths because the human mind resists lying and struggles with holding onto secrets.

Keep watching. If FD keeps talking, the marbles will roll.

He won't even know which words give them their best clues.
