But the tenor has changed. We are now hearing about the children and Jennifer. Took them forever to figure this out. IMO.

FD and group realize Jennifer and the kids will bring in sympathy, from the public.
Not too bright, I agree, that they only thought of this now, so 'milking it' it for support.
But too late, as charges are round the corner, and there will be no sympathy for FD and group.

Ok. I almost went to bed, but now I’m thinking about it more. It’s almost as if he WANTED to be seen on the C4 video. Crazy right? But think about @CTGrammy ‘s hypothesis. And his ‘thou protests too much 90-95% hubby’s do it’ interview. Could this demented twisted mind have actually premeditated this reasoning, set up EE, then waved a flag at the C4 cameras as he carefully dropped his evidence as blood soaked crumbs along a 4 mile path? as if he didn’t know cameras were everywhere?

Of course he knew. So FD thinks, no one would commit such a horrendous crime and then stupidly be taped disposing as evidence...so instead he goes ahead and does it, so later he can claim he had no idea what was in bags from construction, and looky here, evidence is in EE truck......that just happened to have on my old altered plates.

You know I’m finding more and more lynching-Chicago-crime scam analogies as the morning progresses. The desire to be filmed. The ‘truth’ will come out interview. The poor woe is me tone. I think FD was taking notes this past winter, but it looks like he missed the ending.

ITA. The only thing she might be able to say is that she was asked to go for a ride and the bags were already loaded in the back of the Raptor. And it also appears from the description of the video watching in the Arrest warrant she handled none of the bags and never left the passenger seat. I too think she is involved. We don’t know what her defense is or what she might say. I’m sure it will be a lie to get out of jail. I do not believe she was clueless until after the trashbin dump. Just no. So whatever she offers up will be a lie and that as You astutely pointes our makes her a liar. Just a liar who won’t/can’t corroborate his alibi. And a liar who has a way better defense than FoDu. He definitely needs her to help him out and I pray she won’t.

A lot of MSM articles of late reference (POV obviously from the defense) was that JD didn’t trust her attorneys and it seems to me ReDu was working on JD and trying to influence her same as FD. I think deep down JD still had love in her heart sadly for FoDu despite all he had done to her. I just feel that in my heart. She wasn’t a revenge seeker. I think the financial suit was GF saying, “I’m taking this guy down. He’s paying us back. He cheated on u. He’s cost us a ton of money ever since you married him and I’m going to destroy this SOB even if you won’t.” Jmo again but it reads authentic that way. There was obviously a lot of power dynamics in JDs family to begin with. Again MOO but I can see how seeking out someone who didn’t come from her background would be appealing to her. I say this as she is the perfect type of person for someone like FuDo. From a victimology standpoint. You have to understand who JD is/was to understand why someone like FD could get so close. I initially thought her dad was happy to give FD the money bc JD was finally settling down and then kept doing so because they had kids.

I wonder which attorney FoDu had a meeting with (according to NP) on the morning of May the 24th. With the exception of Rich Rochlin and Norm Pattis, the rest appear to have dumped FoDu as a client. Once murder charges are filed it becomes relevant. This attorney is a part of an alibi and I highly doubt that an attorney would fall on a sword for FD. Wondering if this might be a reason that one dropped FuDo as a client. I don’t want to name one but certain motions filed recently seem to me to be pertinent.

It has always intrigued me as to how JD prepared for and made the sudden move from Farmington to NC and how long it had been in the works. How did she pull that off and NO ONE KNEW. How that fact alone must have infuriated FD.

She must have confided in someone who helped her find the Welles home, that would have taken time. It must have been someone who had experience with DV situations etc. to be able to do that without FD even having an inkling of what she was doing.

The first few weeks after leaving a DV situation and filing for divorce are the most dangerous for any woman, and that has been proven time and again. In her case though, it took two years and not two days or two weeks for him to act against her.

I've been absent due to issues with RL. I'm not caught up with the thread. Just logged on and am watching the latest NP stunt with Fotis and his interview. I'm only 30 seconds into the interview and this has, I'm sure been discussed, but what the heck is going on with his hair. Does he think that the public is so stupid that they wouldn't notice the difference between his buzz cut when JD disappeared to the now chia pet style he is now sporting? I mean it is so glaringly obvious, to me at least. ugh, off to watch the rest.

The blood on the garage door could have been because it was open and overhead when the weapon was swung up for a second or third blow and the blood spatter landed in an arc on the door. LE would be trained to look up and FD wouldn't. Also, if the door was opened, he would not have necessarily dared to close it and clean it if he didn't know the code to open it again.

At first in the interview I could see some of the charm. A smidge of it. Given he wasn’t. Under this kind of pressure when courting JD. He’s a stress anger ball. JMO. It’s all on the surface now. He’s in deep cow patties. He might as well be sitting in a field of them. I just was struck mostly by the lack of emotion from him. He almost got angry with the one question from Sarah about the spouse always does it. I also think it’s odd that NP has been screaming at the top of his lungs about FoDu’s mistreatment by LE and the. Fotis goes on the interview to actually say he was not treated unfairly and the truth shall prevail stuff. Which is it? A course correct? Buttering up to LE?
