Excellent sleuthing, @Chicago54 . And my goodness, this website looks like it was put together as an eighth-grade class project back in 2005!
On HWWF - nice try, Off-Brand Nancy, stick to the parking lots, or whatever position is most "Relevant" to your real experience and skill set.
I am most frustrated (at least in the past 60 seconds) that much of the MSM's coverage of this press release has led with blanket proclamations that FD was an amazing parent. For example:
Jennifer Dulos case: Fotis seen as ‘caring father’ while coaching water skiing
I guess that grabs more eyeballs than "Greek Water Skiing Executive Calls Fotis Dulos 'Caring Parent'".

I’ve been doing a little further digging into “Nancy Mastocosta, Secretary General of the Hellenic Waterski and Wakeboard Federation(HWWF)”


My google searches have led me to the (IWWF)

A google search reveals a FB, but they use the acronym HWSF, not HWWF as Nancy did in her press release:

I couldn’t link through any more about the organization using the FB page, however Nancy’s statement mentions the Hellenic Waterski and Wakeboard Training Center (HWTC) located in Lake Stratos, Agrinio.

A search of acronyms for HWTC reveals 11 definitions, none of which match Nancy’s. HWTC - Definition by AcronymFinder

I can find mention of the HWSF ( not HWWF per Nancy) having a water skiing installation on Lake Stratos in comments on the internet about water skiing in Greece. And the HWSF is mentioned in this article about Lake Stratos. Agrinio, the land of lakes | GO GREECE YOUR WAY


I also did find a sports club calling itself Hwwf Hwwf on Facebook which is associated with HWSF - again not “HWWF” as used by “Nancy”


And of course, as previously noticed by other WS members, a google of “Nancy” as Secretary General, or in the water ski world, reveals zilch...Just that parking lot employee.

1. Why are MT and FD court dates nearly a month apart . Yet were charged for the same crime on the same day ?
2. The Albany Odyssey of stupidity .... Why on earth would FD think this was a good idea ? Why would he not dispose of the bags with the body ?
3. 30 bags is A LOT of bags ! I mean that is a lot of clothes Towels sponges etc ... If he had to bag up that much stuff it would’ve taken a very long time ... not to mention the time it would take to actually use 30 bags worth of clean up stuff . This leads me to believe he had help with that part ( MT ) . NP said she passed the polygraph but has LE ever said that ?

And why would he stuff the license plates down a storm drain in front of a restaurant with security cameras? Did he want to be seen or was he posing as someone else? Was he planning to be in another part of the world when LE starts looking?

EE's Red Truck is doing double duty.

The altered plates were for misleading EE and most importantly misleading LE.

IMO, it was imperative that EE think that FD had not driven the red truck that Friday so if the red truck showed up on LE cameras, then EE could say that his red truck never left 80 MS.

If the red truck, with the correct plates, was seen on LE's cameras then EE could immediately say that only FD had access to the Red Truck that Friday.

If the truck, with correct plates, was picked up by LE cameras in NC and during the round trip from Farmington, then LE could prove that EE's truck was in NC that day and how can EE be in FD's truck and in his own red truck at the exact same time?

I do not think that the red truck actually needed a car wash. IMO, FD took it through the car wash for either or both of the following reasons.

1. EE's red truck got dirty during the commission of disposing of JD's body.

2. FD wanted to wash away any evidence, like blood in EE's red truck.

It is not been confirmed by LE, that the red truck went through the car wash that Friday.

We are assuming that the red truck went through, since LE was seen at the Avon Car Wash.

Getting the car washed for the EE would have been a "nice gesture" I have left my car at a friends house, going on a trip from airport not near my house, and told them to use it if they want, assuming it would be used locally, they gased it up and got it washed for me, I was very happy they did that...could be FD tried the same trick for the EE?

We saw the Thule box on the top of FD Suburban in the picture where he was with MT and 8 children to go skiing.

This picture was his FB profile picture for quite awhile and we all puzzled why he chose to flaunt the court ordered no MT contact with JD children via FB in such a public way?

I don’t recall LE ever stating there were 30 bags of garbage. They said FD made 30 stops . A clothing item which appeared to be blood was seen on CCTV. IMO there were a slew of items that would need to be disposed of and if the strategy was to spread them out , then many articles could have been ditched individually. 30 does not then seem like an insane number.

Yes. They each had one. JD's was a 2017 and FD's was a few years older.

Does anyone have a timeline of JD and FD activities and locations the days leading up to JD going missing. She waas last seen around 8am @ NCCDS on the 24th. FD was at JD WS home on Wed the 22nd. JD friend said on HLM interview the last time she was with JD was that Wed. They went for a walk in the "park" with her dog. Where and when was this? Where was FD during the day on the 22nd and 23rd? The last time JDs two friends talked with her were Thursday evening the 23rd.

All excellent questions but the arrest warrant document which is what we have been using for the timeline gives no info on location of FD on the 24th or in prior days. NCPD requested footage from NC residents for prior days so my guess is that they are trying to answer the same questions you are asking here.

Does anyone know if Farmington police ever stepped it up to make a formal request for CCTV or did they have enough info from the neighbor that was the good citizen early in the case and brought over his CCTV? I would have though that tracking FD/MT around Farmington was as impt as tracking any activity in/around NC?

Yes. They each had one. JD's was a 2017 and FD's was a few years older.

IMO, FD was setting up EE and I believe that FD's new hair cut was to do either or both of the following.

To look more like EE and/or to not look like himself.

IMO, FD meant for the altered plates to be found with the altering tape still attached.

A small correction...you don’t need 2 people to put them on the car; my husband does it by himself all the time. So that wouldn’t keep FD from using one.

Imagine the challenge and mess of hauling a body up into one of those carriers. On top of the fact that these carriers aren't designed for transporting really heavy items. People who I know have them use them to hold skis, kids toys - stuff like that. One of the higher-end Thule products is only designed for a max of 110 lbs. Too risky to put a body in there that might cause the rack/box to fail.

Didn’t LE go to Pound Ridge first on the day she went missing? Did they search all the land and pond there? He loved that guesthouse and knows everything about it. I bet he was furious that the property was going to be sold.

I think he thought of the guesthouse as “his”, because he designed it and had it built. This was where he stated he would stay whenever it suited him, after Jennifer moved to PR (on his command). It makes sense, but he loses all control of that property when it sold, so not sure if he would have disposed of her there.

imo, if two people just did something very bad, isnt ur natural reaction to want to get home, take a shower and go to bed to find comfort? these people are not serial killers, this isnt something they do every weekend. what im getting at is, his fodu stopping to get his mail an indication that MT had no idea and he was making the night to seem normal? “all my dunpsters are fill and i want to clean up the property before the weekend, do you mind helping me dump some garbage bags”.

now the thing thats interesting is the police report that i believe indicates the camera could see blood on bags. as stated before, this would mean bags were white or clear...then MT of course knew something.

i just found it little weird he stops for his mail friday night.

I think he is feeling good that the first part of his plan is accomplished and starting to get revenge is making him very proud.

I don’t think he put her into one of those; just wanted to clarify that it wouldn’t take two people to put one on a car. Now, a body might take two people to maneuver into one, and I can’t imagine wanting to take the chance that something could go wrong.

I did not hear of a request for CCTV here in Farmington. Alot of "why nots" going on around this area.

initially and now? NC PD Chief is my guess.
As you can see from Farmington's Police Log which is put out
for the public to see what's happening in the town, they handle
mostly DUI stops and shoplifting over at West Farms Mall.
Murder investigations would be out of the realm of their expertise,
IMO.

Well she is certainly wrong on one aspect. Jennifer was involved in their waterskiing in the US, attending the coaching in Florida according to her blog and spending a week at US Nationals. The author IS correct about the sets being 10-15 each for slalom (and 30 minutes or so for trick) While the children may spend 11 hours a day at the lake, the skiing wouldn’t amount to much more than an hour each day per child actually on the water training.

There also may be other reasons that JD did not attend waterskiing tournaments with FD and the kids. FD posted a photo of himself and the kids with his arm around MT at a waterskiing tournament in June 2016. I am guessing JD was not invited for that one.

One wonders whether Nancy was just an objective observer of FDs great parenting skills in the years 2012-2016, including observing him feeding and putting his children to bed at night as she mentions?

I do not typically post on these discussions, but I have read all the comments and many are quite informative. I apologize for the long post, but some of the comments here opine that FD is not going to be held accountable for Jennifer's murder. For lots of reasons, I do not agree, which I will try to explain. First, the one thing seems pretty clear is that MT is cooperating with LE. She has met with the prosecutor and LE at her lawyer's office for 3 hours and she accompanied them to FD's home, where additional items were seized. Combine those meetings with the fact that the prosecutor agreed to let her leaving the state and I think her intentions are clear. FD and his counsel must be really nervous about that, which is why we saw those pathetic efforts by NP to "bring her back into the fold." Interestingly, the protective order barring FD from contacting MT in ANY fashion (directly of indirectly) also included NP and that is not a common practice. Even if MT doesn't know all the details of FD's activities on the day of the murder, she surely knows enough to help LE develop more leads and gather more evidence against her boyfriend. Her lawyer enjoys an excellent reputation in the legal community and you can be sure he has told her to cooperate with LE 110%! Whatever her involvement, she will be required to disclose everything she knows about FD and his criminal activities, in this case and others. As for FD's lawyer, his scattershot tactics have not served his client well. No reputable criminal defense attorney would ever take a millionaire's (from Jennifer's resources, but a millionaire nonetheless) case pro bono! Yes, he is getting "free" publicity, but respected criminal defense attorneys don't need that kind of publicity. These cases can run into the 100's of 1000s of dollars just in costs alone and often, as we see here, the publicity the lawyer receives is not the kind of publicity respected attorneys seek. NP's constant and often contradictory statements in this case only make sense when you understand that his tactics are designed to get HIM the attention he so clearly craves. For example, a reputable criminal defense attorney would never, ever claim his client has an ironclad alibi and then later contradict himself by saying there is no alibi for the hours between 9 and 1:30, the very time frame for when the murder occurred! There is also the now discarded claim the MF could provide an alibi for FD, which NP has now had to walk back. Then there is NP's absolutely preposterous claim that JD staged her own disappearance! There is also the matter allowing FD to demand custody of his children and then having him invoke his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination at a hearing on the motion! That is just plain dumb. His attorney also arranged media interviews with FD and those interviews were a disaster from a defense perspective. FD's interviews can only be described as a cringeworthy. When asked about his missing wife, FD shrugged his shoulders and mumbled that his sister had already given a statement about her! Awful, just awful. In that moment, the world saw who FD really is. When this case eventually goes to trial, look for the prosecutor to play the part of the interview where FD asks who is "really affected" by JD's disappearance because, poor thing, he has to wear an ankle bracelet and cannot water ski, while his wife is...dead. I won't even discuss the mannerisms on display, except to say that a forensic psychologist would have a field day explaining how his body language screams, "I killed her, I am going to get away with it, and I have absolutely no remorse for my conduct." When he smirks during the interview, while bragging about "what he has done", I immediately knew he has no conscience. FD appears to be a classic malignant narcissist and it appears NP is throwing out outrageous theories to the media to see if any of them will stick. If an attorney choses to "try their case in the press", that attorney better durn well know what case they are trying! NP's misogynistic rants about both the victim and a bestselling author make his client look like a cruel and vindictive spite-fighter, and that is exactly the opposite of an effective defense strategy. Finally, I think FD had been planning this murder for a very long time. Those garbage dumps were clearly preplanned and timed to ensure evidence of Jennifer's murder was destroyed. As seems to be consistent with his arrogance, FD thought he had planned the perfect crime. He did not account for LE's fast acting investigation. The police officer who snagged FD's phone when FD voluntarily came to the police station is a true hero! My understanding is that a search warrant was obtained before the cops got into the phone, so NP's claim that the search of FD's phone was unlawful is going nowhere. Those pings allowed LE to confiscate tangible, damning evidence - evidence that FD believed would never be found. Jennifer's body (or what sadly remains of it) is nearby, in a place FD had preplanned. He had this murder timed to the minute, but he did not take into account Jennifer's bravery in fighting off his attack. By fighting him off, she ensured there was physical evidence at the scene to tie FD to her murder; I hope that provides some small measure of comfort to her family. She also threw off FD's planning such that he made a series of mistakes that produced evidence which will tie him to her murder. I hope her children will be told how brave she truly was! Each day, I read the news, hoping her body will been found quickly and Jennifer's children will not continue to suffer; if FD loved his children as much as he claims to, he would at least give those kids the peace of knowing where their mother is. I'm not holding my breath. Even if Jennifer is never located, however, there is zero doubt in my mind that FD will be charged with first degree murder. The forensic evidence is going to be overwhelming. He may have thought he was the smartest guy in the room (guys like him always do), but when all the evidence is gathered and analyzed, I feel certain that FD's waterskiing days will be over. I hope Jennifer's children will be protected from ever having to see that monster again!
