I would love a reminder of who is representing whom for what. Is Colangelo representing GF in the custody case?
Colangelo is the State's Atty in the Criminal Case and is in charge of the Norwalk region I believe. He is working on the Criminal case/s. He will be going up against No Case Norm on the tampering/hindering case and any other criminal charges that might be filed at some future date.

I’m sure he did stop JD’s coverage. Which makes you wonder how he is going to explain opening up a piece of mail that is not addressed to him, even if it was delivered to 4 JC. I don’t think there is any possibility that the bill was addressed to him. I am covered under my husband’s policy, but for Dr visits and lab work, all bills and statements come with my name on them, not my husband’s. I’d like to hear what FD has to say about this?
This is FD you are talking about the same guy who allegedly 'stole' a psych report in the Family Court matter from his own atty! Do you think for a second he would hesitate to 'gain' from illegally opening mail not addressed to him? Just more evidence IMO as to who FD really is... MOO

"The statements that (Fotis Dulos), both directly and through his counsel, has been making since his arrest demonstrate his inability to act in the best interests of the children," Dranginis and Scott wrote in the court filing. "Such statements are intended to disparage the plaintiff (Jennifer Dulos), her character, her commitment as a parent, and her reputation, solely in an attempt to benefit his defense and avoid responsibility for the plaintiff's disappearance. No fit parent would make such statements in public about the mother of his children."
Lawyers for Jennifer Dulos’ mother say Fotis ‘not a fit parent’ in custody fight
IMO Dranginis NAILED it with this statement and she is totally on point. If I were FD I would be FURIOUS with No Case Norm as all NCN has done is confirm to the public that FD is the total MONSTER that he claims not to be!

No Case Norm did a brilliant job of setting the narrative for 'no fit parent' and all GF atty had to do was a simple cut and paste of recent commentary from NCN and she was done. Sometimes watching the words coming from Pattis I wonder if he is working on behalf of his client or he has some personal agenda beyond his client that is driving the agenda?

@ethanfry
Kevin Smith, an associate of Fotis Dulos’ defense lawyer, Norm Pattis, is also here.
Yes, I've been referring to him as 'pony tail 2 or PT2 for short'! He was also with FD for the Channel 4 interview when Pattis was on vacation I believe. Seems like he has been functioning as FD minder as they seem to be concerned about leaving FD by himself for some reason.

Fotis Dulos lawyer Kevin Smith said he was just here on another matter and happened to pop in, declined further comment
Just happened to drive south in rush hr traffic from New Haven and needed to be at the courthouse? Really?

Is that ALL WHITE outfit on MT today a touch
of subliminal messaging...I'm an angelic innocent person.

...and I am a sophisticated international jet-setter, you think with the price of these clothes I’d ever touch bloody bags, really?

AND Mom & Daughter matching footwear!

Love this! To jump on the outfit comment bandwagon it was the heels that got me! Wearing 4" heels in CT is not easy as sidewalks aren't the best or don't exist and distances can be long. Floors in the courthouse are super slippery marble too and with all the rain were probably wet. Could have had a MT face plant moment as it was slick out there today!

Yeah, then she could sue the State for a slip and fall....that could pay off her legal fees and FD's for sure!

When I saw that white outfit .... Gag... tacky tacky tacky ... but then again look who we’re talking about .

Either that or it is a very hot and humid day here in Connecticut. Need to look cool and in control.

Yes, I was just thinking the same thing. Though it is quite hot here in CT, that's a definite effort to look as angelic and pure as possible. The mom, who
has had her own legal issues,
MT is staying in CT now

Poor MT...all that money on a perfectly coordinated angelic look, to be
Dang. I was really hoping that she would request more time in NYC.

It seems very odd to me that the court would waste
When I saw that white outfit .... Gag... tacky tacky tacky ... but then again look who we’re talking about .

I love that she got all dressed up for her 2 minutes in court, only to be told "See you in a month". Let her stew for another month, wondering what LE may have up their sleeve. If she isn't cooperating to the fullest, maybe this will give her more of a nudge.

Judge continues case of Michelle Troconis, charged in the disappearance of New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos, after questions raised about her travel
A judge had approved Troconis’ request to leave the state for multiple days under monitoring to visit a relative but Stamford/Norwalk State’s Attorney Richard J. Colangelo Jr. said he learned Thursday that she had left for one day and then returned, but they were not notified.

Andrew Bowman, a lawyer for Troconis, said in a brief court hearing in Superior Court Thursday that there were issues with the electronic monitoring device, so she returned to Connecticut. "It was better off we have her here.”

Outside the courtroom, Bowman said the signal on the GPS-device was not strong enough, but bail authorities were notified of everything.
This whole GPS anklet thing is damn joke !! You’re telling me she back in CT the ENTIRE time and the court nor LE had any idea ?! And her Attorney didn’t think it was necessary to tell them ? I’m sorry but this and the FD “accidentally “ wandered into NY briefly thing ..... with zero consequences makes my blood boil . So basically they could’ve been anywhere perhaps together and nobody would’ve known .

Steroids would fit many of his symptoms and behaviors. Plus
he is a fairly small man both in height, stature and size. He may
have a touch of little man syndrome and has to attack before others
get the best of him, in his mind. Sort of like how the chihuahua attacks the Great Dane. FD definitely practices his combative offensive moves.
And based on his huge array of exercise machines at 4 JC, it seems he was hell bent on enlarging that little muscular body.
I've encountered steroid users at the gym and their behavior can
be scarey. People would scatter to get out of their way and how
dare anyone be in their way.
But then I've also encountered men on drugs and stimulants
who acted similarly. FD definitely had the look of stimulants
on the day of his arrest. The dilated pupils and wild eye glare
were a giveaway.

And then there’s the highly scientific and specific, “And he’s just a jerk.” Shame on me!

Agenda? could be. Are you thinking that he wants the opportunity to trash a wife or mother
or get back at some perceived wrongs done to
him in a past divorce?
Or maybe he's a plant being paid by the GF team- at least he knows he'll get paid-
what are your creative thoughts on his agenda?

My theory, is LE knew exactly where she was....but they also knew that it wasn't reported. Just something to add to their "list"

This is exactly HOW witnesses get murdered
while out on bail, wearing an ankle monitor
and waiting for trial.
The public thinks they're safe. HAH!

Symbolism, ah, yes. But, you know, when it’s so obvious and so contrary to facts that are known, it makes the other issues more apparent in contrast. I do NOT mean that wearing white has to mean purity or whatever, such as at weddings. It’s tradition and that is it in my opinion. But if you want to use as it as a symbol—and I’m sure this is—, be aware that some people might think it’s incongruous with someone living with a man married to someone else and having been seen helping in the disposal of items with the wife’s blood on them. On the other hand, white has been used by women to signal solidarity and independence. But still. Now I’m wondering how many female defendants show up wearing black (not so rare in men’s suits, of course) or red. Not many, perhaps?

Great point about the total amount for services rendered vs. the portion the patient is liable for. Also, getting a "bill" this spring doesn't mean services were rendered at that time. My insurance company sent me a bill a couple of years ago for a procedure that I had never had during a period of time when I wasn't even insured by them!
I also got a bill from my physical therapist this spring for what I owed for sessions that I had had more than a year prior. He apologized profusely - apparently the receptionist/billing person had been slacking off. Mightily.

^^
Here is the article I read yesterday explaining that 14k medical amount. Note the word "worth". IMO
PS this is a Hartford Courant article so if you hit a pay wall open in a private window to view.

Fotis Dulos’ attorney asks judge to order release of missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos’ medical records; Grandmother continues fight for custody of couple’s five children
In a motion Wednesday afternoon in Superior Court, Norm Pattis, Dulos’ attorney, wrote: “The defendant seeks information about the diagnosis and treatment Ms. Dulos received in the weeks before her disappearance as such information may shed light on what may have motivated her to disappear.”

The motion said Dulos has possession of some billing records that show $14,000 worth of tests, blood work and other diagnostic treatment from February through April of this year.

Pattis said they want to review so they can evaluate whether “Ms. Dulos, alarmed by her diagnosis and fearing that she might be able to raise the children on her own, took steps to cause her own disappearance in such a way as to raise suspicions about Mr. Dulos.”

She could sprout a halo and wings and start levitating, and nobody would buy it.
Worst. Fashion. Sense. Ever. Her outfit choices are like what a guy would think to wear if he was dressing like a female unfashionable dresser.
