Jennifer Dulos case: Fotis wants to move GPS monitor to his wrist

"...Fotis Dulos is asking a judge to approve moving the GPS bracelet monitoring his location from his ankle to his arm.

In a motion filed Wednesday, his lawyers said the bracelet “is causing the flesh on the defendant’s ankles to be irritated and torn.”..."

Maybe he should put a few of #JusticeForJennifer braclets under the GPS unit to protect his delicate little skin.

He sure is sensitive when it comes to his

After reading this I feel like they are actually saying that since they got rid of the evidence then they shouldn't be tried because without evidence there is no crime? SERIOUSLY?!?!? That's like if you tell your kids not to eat the cookies they hurry up and eat them so that no one can prove who did it. I literally can't understand how they think..... I guess that's because I'm not a criminal. **shrug**

My version of the motion before the intern cleaned up a bit of the spelling/grammatical errors and stripped most of the hokey idioms/turns of phrase:

The defendant respectfully request’s that the court Hold’s its horse’s on the charge’s against him as the state has put the Kart before the horse.

The evidence thus far presented in this Wild goose chase Doesnt hold water. Or H2o. Both of which the defendant is particularly fond, as he is a champion water skier!

First, the charge of Hindering Prosecution is falling on our Deaf ear’s. Let’s face it.

Second, tracking down caselaw supporting the charge of Tampering with Evidence is like Finding a needle in a haystack. Or, like finding blood-stained cloths in garbage cans in an area where my client and his parahor, Michelle Troconis (whom he adores from the Bottom of his heart), would never Darken any doorstep. Or bogeda-step.

Furthermore, the charge is Opening a can of worm’s. Pure and simple.

Defendant and his legal counsel are Crossing our finger’s that you will all Call it a day and End this charade. The Snails pace of this case going to trial is hindering his participation in many, many water skiing competitions.

P.S. Defendant was never planning to Look a gift horse in the mouth with the generous gifts that his soon-to-be-ex’s family gave to support his extravagant lifestyle and, eventually, parahor. But its time to stop asking him to Pay the piper. He just needs to Get out of Dodge sooner, rather than later, because evryone he’s ever done business with now has their Hands out.

WOW! This speaks volumes, IMO. Now I'm feeling hopeful again. FD is the FATHER of these five children. The fact that the judge made this decision is MAJOR. The fact that he was so limited in his contact with the kids earlier was a huge deal in itself. Hoping for @gitana1 to weigh in soon!

IMO this is a total waste of court time and tax payer dollars! The only other place it might make sense to move the bracelet is around FD neck?!

Judge could give the choice of neck or ankle! A or B, you pick FD! Or, simply return to jail. So, options A, B or C, you pick FD!

Total insanity to waste precious court time with skin irritation IMO. MOO

This is what people like FD do. They are the most important people in the universe (at least in their minds). He must actually think anyone cares that he isn’t optimally comfortable. He is lucky he isn’t still locked up. Poor baby!

@gitana1 I apologize if you've answered this before. If you haven't and get a chance to, I'd really appreciate your insight. How much contact do the criminal courts and those involved have with family courts in cases such as these? Specifically, would LE working on JFD's disappearance/likely murder have the ear of Heller? Or is the fact of his and MT's current criminal charges enough to influence her decision to grant custody to GF? Also, would NP's motions and trash-talk about JFD be an influence? Thank you for your expertise and help. If you ever need professional writing expertise or useless facts about hockey, Twin Peaks, cooking or music trivia, don't ever hesitate to ask--those are my fortes!
