She could have returned from dropping the kids at school, come home gone upstairs to take a shower and get dressed to go out to her appointment. If they/he came in and attacker her there, blood spatter could have covered the clothes she had taken off. If she ran to the garage and was hit many times more there, that is where the bulk of the blood would be.
I think if it started in the garage and she ran into the house, that is where the bulk of the blood would be. It would be the bloodiest where she fell last.

Do we know if it was her clothes? Maybe it was their's? Or if hers maybe they were trying to get rid of evidence on her of their DNA.

The blood they are discussing was found at the New Canaan home she was renting. She goes by the name Jennifer Farber Dulos. The press was just lusing her last name.

Agreed. This guy is the biggest idiot I’ve seen on this site in some time. IMO this case, once they find her (soon) will be open and shut pretty quick because of all the evidence pointing to Fotis.

Oh, I think we know who killed her. It's common sense. The one who had reason to want her dead and a history of threats.

And he had an affair too. He shamelessly dated her while married himself.

Yet once again, the female is the one who is the most hated even though the male did the same and using common sense, much worse.

She is certainly a disgusting person but to hate her more?

That part I don't get. (And I'm no man-hater either. I don't like sexism in either direction!)

I also do not get anyone hating her more than him, because I think we all probably know that FD was the one most likely to have physically murdered Jennifer. However, I am not all convinced that MT was not a willing accomplice long before the discarding of garbage bags. To any extent that there may have been planning, I think she was perhaps involved, and at the least, I think she was aware of the murder immediately after it took place, and helped plan and participated in any cover-up. I also would not rule out that she was physically present when the murder took place. I have known you here for years, and almost always agree with you, and while I defer to your legal expertise, I am not sure MT is gonna walk away from this one unscathed. I think she could very well see some time, depending on the extent of her involvement, and I think she should. JMO

Maybe the bloody clothing was THEIRS. They would’ve had to change. This sounds like a brutal horrific crime scene. It’d have to include being beaten with an object and/or stabbing, IMO. That’s purely my theory. He/they would be covered in blood. Would he/they have showered at Jennifer’s home, and changed clothes? Any bath towels they’d have used would likely be in the garbage, too. This is all such a senseless crime. He doesn’t love his children at all, like 0%. He’s just effectively made them orphans. jmo

According to the warrant, her appointments at 11 and 1 were in NYC. According to Google maps, that drive would've been an hour to two hours depending on traffic. That narrows the window even more IMO.

We know they have his cell records and he seemed to have it on him so I suspect they know where he was that morning (IMO her home in New Canaan around 9:30am) the question is, was he alone??? JMO

Or he made one smart decision and didn’t bring his phone to New Canaan.

I wonder if she went in the front door and was confronted with both/or one of them and ran for the garage to escape in another car and was bludgeoned to death in the garage. If she bled out on the garage floor while they were figuring out what to do, the cleanup materials could be in 30 bags.

The girlfriend has to have at least been involved in the cover-up. I mean, unless it's a normal occurrence for her boyfriend to bring 30 bags of garbage on a date and stop at 30 different trash bins to dispose of them. Reason suggests you might ask, "hey honey, whatcha doin'?"

Timing according to warrant:

- At 1337, FD entered the Mount Spring Road property.
- He didn't leave the property until 1538, when he returned to the Jefferson Crossing home, arriving at 1617.
- At 1721, he returned to the area of the Mountain Spring property.
- At 1734, he arrived back at his Jefferson crossing residence.
- At 1910, FD was in Hartford.
- At 1941, he left the area to return to Jefferson Crossing.
- According to surveillance footage from a neighbor, FD arrived home at 2012 and CHECKED THE MAIL (seriously, dude?).

Again, based on Google maps, he would have left the NC area around noon to arrive at the Mountain Spring property around 1337.

Thank you for this document. According to the document, JD was supposed to be in NYC for doctor's appointments. That may be why the housekeeper brought the kids to the city. It may have been the meeting place for them. She dropped them off and later was asked to give access to the house.

So her timeline so far - IIRC and a work in progress:

Friday May 24, JD drops off kids at New Canaan Country School (likely around 8:10 am or so since school starts for the lower grade at 8:15pm and ends at 2:50pm or so - I posted links to the school in thread #1)

JD last known communication?

JD misses two appointments one at 11am and one at 1pm

Nanny picks up children around 2:50-3pm? (school ends around this time) and then drives to NYC to JD's mom's apartment a drive of approx 3 hours 45 minutes - ETA about 6:45pm.
(Note - we do not yet know if this was a planned pick up or if the school called because JD did not pick them up on time MOO)

JD's mom and friend report her missing at 7pm -IMO because they knew the kids were now safe. I think they may have suspected foul play IMO perhaps when she didn't answer her phone? Else, why an armed guard?

In the meantime:

May 24, FD cell phone is pinging during the day between his two properties
At 1337, FD entered the Mount Spring Road property.

FD cell phone pings at 7:12pm on Albany street and he is seen on video disposing of trash bags in 30 different containers. A fedex envelope containing license plate info is retrieved from a storm drain

Arrests are made FD and MT Saturday at 11pm - they were together June 1.

That could be true, but they/he would have had to do all that clean up, and then take a shower and get out before the cleaning lady let herself in at noon. And, they would have had to get her car out of the area.

This is all so very creepy. She’s likely to have lived in some level of fear for years. He’s 100% obsessed with her. Stalkerish: hatred, loss of control and constant obsession. I don’t doubt he’s even threatened the lives of their children. I hope he never sees the light of day when this is all said and done. (Also: he ain’t so handsome in that mugshot!)
