VIDEO: Michelle Troconis hides her face after posting bond and leaving court. Charged with evidence tampering and obstruction in case of missing mom of five, Jennifer Dulos.
Obviously not the most important reason but one of the reasons I would never commit a crime. I would hate to be filmed leaving a court house with a bright blue towel on my head.

Agree. Plus posting a 500K bond is no small matter. Maybe she or her parents have lots of idle cash, but usually it's posted by a bondsman. And the fee for that is 10% of the bond and it's non refundable. So, unless they have the cash, they'd have to pay 50K and never see it again. That's a fair bit of money for most of us to say bye bye to. And it's not a get out of jail card. It's just temporary. If they add more charges, she's back in jail. Still out the 50K. This is why FD isn't posting bail.

Yep. He's gonna need every penny to pay his legal team.

Does anyone know if he has a boat?
Can't confirm but I'll guarantee you he has a ski boat, probably at home in his garage.

11:36 AM - 3 Jun 2019 pst

ETA: MT walked outside with a blue towel covering her head. She got into what looked like her lawyer's silver sedan. Hoards of reporters surrounded the car shouting "where is Jennifer?"

Cowardly coward hides her face......can she go to Florida? Please tell me she can't. Will her ex come get his daughter? Please tell me he will.

I also thought I read she spoke on the phone with a friend at 9am or so but can't find that now.
I think 9am was an estimate. I read that she spoke with a friend in the morning. I could have been before she returned home or on the way.

Yes - and I just pointed out that this happened on a bright, sunny morning. I would think he would have wanted to just get the heck away from the murder scene as quickly as possible.
This was also the beginning of Memorial Day weekend, when traffic starts backing up on I-95 and the Merritt Parkway at noon.

The perpetrator would have needed to:
  1. Commit the murder
  2. Cleanup - very time consuming if the job was done well enough that the cleaning person didn't even notice anything was amiss!
  3. Haul 30 bags into his truck
  4. Remove the body from the house
  5. Move JD's Suburban to Waveny
Driving around New Canaan or Fairfield County to deposit the body would seem foolhardy. He already plenty of evidence in the bloody cloths in the back of his truck, so why not just take ALL the evidence in one fell swoop?
Does this sound like a possible scenario:

Murder and clean-up at Jennifer's house (both perps)
Drop off Jennifer's car in the park (both perps)
Go to property (both perps)
Go to residence (FD drops off MT - maybe because daughter home from school?)
Go back to property (FD)
Back to residence to clean up (FD)
Go to Hartford to drop bags in garbage cans (FD)

??

This gal made me a little nervous watching the video because the first time the camera was pointed at her she only blinked once. Something about people who do not blink makes me nervous. She did blink a couple times the second time the camera was pointed at her.
I think her attorney may go for MT not knowing what she was disposing or knowing FD killed JD. he stated he thought there was a significant difference between the suspects and he would present that a a later time. JMO
Agreed! MT’s lawyer was responding to the prosecutors statement that the prosecution didn’t view MT or FD’s involvement in this case as significantly different! I have a feeling MT is going down hard!

1:37pm he was done at the New Canaan house. so I'm thinking they will find her at the Mount Spring Road Property. I'm hoping her SUV was caught on camera somewhere between her home and the park - I also think they have a very detailed timeline IMO
Since they seem to be looking for her phone in the park, it must have last pinged there and previous pings could probably tell a story of how and when her car got there.

She's wearing an ankle monitor so she's not leaving CT. If school is out, daughter likely headed to Argentina with dad.

Like we don't know what she looks like. Jeez, I think hiding makes you look twice as guilty.

She’s subject to GPS monitoring, so she probably won’t be going far.

There’s no way a judge is going to let her go to Florida.

On the contrary, I think FD killed his wife. He was keen on revenge. MT did not have the motive.
IDK. JD stood between MT and her, "happily ever after" IMO and MT had been hanging in the wind in a relationship with STBX for nearly 3 years with much of that time focused on a very bitter divorce. This didn't sound like a relationship of 'rainbows and sunshine' IMO. Sounded like alot of time focused on anger toward JD. My guess is that the two of them (MT and STBX) blamed JD for dragging on the divorce and bickering about custody. My suspicion is that these two just wanted to move on with their lives.

Interesting tidbit from the arrest warrant was that neither MT nor STBX were cooperating with LE. The prosecutor at the hearing for MT said in passing that she viewed MT no differently from STBX which I thought was a stunning statement to make and could be key to understanding that perhaps this was a 50:50 venture between MT and STBX to do away with the thorn in their sides and the only person that stood between them and the childrens trust funds (assumption here about trust funds but it seems probable). We shall see as more info comes out.

Those 30 plus bags may not have been all from NC. They could have been from his time spent at 80 Mountain Springs. Why did it take him so long between leaving mountain springs and getting back to Jefferson crossing. It’s supposed to be less than a five min drive. Cleaning himself up after digging, disposing of, getting her body ready, getting presentable after all of this before arriving back to farm crossing, etc? Did he need to take this time because he didn’t want to tip anyone off at home? MT? Is it possible she only became involved once he returned from mountain spring?

Timing according to warrant:

- At 1337, FD entered the Mount Spring Road property.
- He didn't leave the property until 1538, when he returned to the Jefferson Crossing home, arriving at 1617.
- At 1721, he returned to the area of the Mountain...

Yes - and I just pointed out that this happened on a bright, sunny morning. I would think he would have wanted to just get the heck away from the murder scene as quickly as possible.

She looks like a complete fool with that bright turquoise cloth on her head

Or is it another promotion for the Seal Product line - the Perp-Walk head covering line?

Is there a house at the Mount Springs Road property?

Hope she doesn’t have more than one passport; FD had at least 2, right?
The last I read on the topic is that she was born in Venezuela. Has anyone seen confirmation of her passport situation. She could have obtained an Argentinian passport from her prior marriage. Both of her parents seem to be working in US/Miami. Judge asked if she wanted her Consulate advised of her arrest and so far as I could tell she didn't respond. Perhaps the Court record will indicate which Consulate was supposed to be advised.

Hopefully her last meal as a free woman.

If they had found dismembered remains in those bags, they would have lodged murder charges already. Or at least I know I would have...but maybe I'm wrong and they're waiting for whatever reason. However, I have little doubt these two won't be free much longer, if at all.
I doubt there were body parts in those bags. They're idiots, but can anyone be THAT dumb?
