I don't believe MT was born in Tennessee without a credible source link.

Take a look at the arrest warrant (page 16 or 17) it does look like TN. Venezuela abbreviated would be VE I believe and that I where I believe she was born but may the Courant was incorrect.

Fortunately, I have no experience with dismembering so I’ll take your word for it ;) thanks for the insight.

EXACTLY what I was thinking. The timelines we're suggesting are based on a Soprranos-type whack, where experience and careful planning are involved. Here, you'd have two yahoos trying to figure it out on the fly - and probably getting just a bit panicked, possibly even arguing about what to do in the process. My husband and I got nauseous when we had the brilliant idea of buying a locally-raised chicken from a local farm, but when we got home, realized that we would have to cut off the feet - and the head was in the bag. Needless to say, hubby had the honor, but it was quite unsettling. And this was just a 2-ish pound bird.

Why drive 1 hour+ north to throw things out? There are plenty other places to dispose nearby.

30 trash bags is A LOT of bags.
It is.

The common advice is “don’t put all your eggs in one basket.”

In this particular situation, that’s not exactly the optimal way to go.

That’s 30 locations, and atleast 30 people who have the potential to discover something amiss.

Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

Thank God these two aren’t criminal masterminds.

Chris Spotz disposed of Adea Shabani’s belongings as he drove back to LA. To them, that’s their hope they’ll never be caught.

Locations or receptacles I meant oops! But still a lot yes.

Not positive but I believe it was close to 7pm Fri., when she was
first reported missing.
Yes, the exact times were reported in the arrest warrant document. 7pm. It was speculated that the report was filed then because it allowed time to secure the children safely at the grandmothers apt in NYC.

For real! We like baked stuff lobster and we have to cut the tail off the live lobster. Boy is that stressful.

I might have missed it in the other thread - have they been able to check FD’s cell records and Google Tracker? What about MT?

They seized his phone, and will definitely be serving search warrants on their phone companies as well.

I assume they’ve already done these things, as they know the locations of their phones when they were dumping evidence.

I was just trying to check up on this. It's definitely spotty BUT the one area of consistently good coverage is Waveny Park. If their phones were on, they HAVE to had ping there.
Yes, Waveny has good coverage from most of the major carriers. But the strength of the signal can dip down to 1 or 2 bars on Verizon and ATT at the far end of the park near the Merritt sometimes. I honestly don't understand sometimes how the signal strength can vary so much but I guess its a limited capacity spectrum. On other threads we have had some very knowledgeable people talk about pings and towers so maybe they can help.

Most likely because, if this was premeditated, he had already chosen somewhere on the land he owns up there to dispose of the body.

Hmmm...wonder why FD isn’t posting bail. He mouths to his attorney that that is his intention at end of his bail hearing. Do any lawyers or others know why an attorney would reco their client not post bail, and stay in prison?

COURT APPEARANCE: Fotis Dulos faces judge

I'm not entirely sure he has the bail money. He'd need 50K minimum in cash. He hasn't sold a house in a while. He's being sued. He has unsold inventory. He's hurting financially is my guess. Probably, in the end, it's why JD was killed.

Hmmm...I wasn’t really buying the don’t have money bit but if there’s no other good reason, maybe it’s true.

Otto asked what time her car was found and I believe msm said
around 7 pm also.

And totally guessing here but from the look in his eyes (and the gf as well), and all of their insane actions, a lot of his money could have been blown on drugs.

  • #439
Do we know which neighborhoods? I would imagine whatever the route that makes most sense between JD's home and Waveny?
If I get any solid info I will post it. The only area I am aware of is a couple of people on Weed Street near Irwin Park.

I highly doubt they were on drugs. I think this was an act commited in sobriety.
