Fairly certain FD's visitation schedule might change. ;)
I wonder if he will be allowed to attend the custody hearing like PF has in the KB murder case in CO??? I hope he does not bond out today.

I wonder when he was scheduled to get the kids that weekend? Maybe he wanted to change the plans and she objected, I guess we'll have to wait to find out, just seems strange and obviously messy.
The custody agreement was that he was allowed supervised visits every other weekend (I believe 6 hours on Saturday, 7 on Sunday, but it could be the reverse). He was never allowed to talk to the children 1-on-1 or in German.

IMO, something emotional triggered this or somehow the plan went wrong.
There are some new filings that are posted to the court website for their custody case. You can't read them. But they are dated for just before she went missing and added to the case very recently.
Don't forget that for men like STBX, custody is more about child support than actually spending time with the kids. If they had 50/50 residential custody, she probably would have been paying HIM child support because that's how it works in CT.

When would they have had time for this??? Unless it involves pings not disclosed in the current warrant. :(

I think you mean that he was never allowed to talk to them in Greek

Police believe they have Fotis Dulos on camera dropping 30 bags of garbage into trash cans along Albany avenue but some of the garbage had already been picked up. Sources said there is a pile of garbage to shift through and detectives will be here all day.

Police search Hartford trash plant for evidence in disappearance of New Canaan mother Jennifer Dulos

"State police detectives spent the night combing through the trash at the energy incinerator on Brainard Road searching for evidence of the remains of a missing New Canaan woman Jennifer Farber Dulos.

Early Tuesday morning a group of about 15 troopers wearing protective gear were still at the plant and sources said the search will take at least a day.

The search was for some of the bloody bags of clothing that a man police believe was Fotis Dulos threw into trash cans along a four mile stretch of Albany Avenue on the day that his estranged wife Jennifer Farber Dulos went missing."

the last pings at his farmington house were around 1637 I think? and the first Hartford ping disclosed was 1912? but nothing in between? Perhaps they have that and are saving for the murder warrant?

More from the article:

"But sources said many of the garbage cans had already been emptied before police got there and taken to the trash to energy plant off Brainard Road.

Sources said police closed down the incinerator overnight to search inside for bone fragments and now are going to search a pile of trash believed to be from the Albany Avenue area that has not been burned.

State police detectives late Monday and early Tuesday combed through garbage at a Hartford trash-to-energy plant looking for evidence in their investigation of the disappearance of New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos who has been missing since May 24.

Late Monday, authorities descended on the Reserve Road facility and early Tuesday morning, a group of about 15 troopers wearing protective gear with police dogs were still at the plant and sources said the search will take at least a day."

I'm thinking that, if this was preplanned, Memorial Day could have been a good time in his mind. Especially if part of the albeit foolish plan was to toss things in multiple dumpsters. May have been thinking that time of year is busy and many people throw out spring-cleaning trash. Just an idea IMO.
