Unconfirmed by MSM but from a source of mine - They're not just looking for bloody evidence, but body parts (bone fragments in the incinerator and such). I hope this isn't the case, but at least she would be found?

He also has a trailer not sure if it has a cover but he could have hooked it up to his car
I think this is why they are asking residents for their video - trying to piece together when the SUV left JD's home and arrived at the park and what other vehicles were seen on roads to match them to the suspects IMO

I thought FD was only supposed to have a supervised MDW visit with the kids???
A previous post mentioned it was changed to unsupervised for Memorial Day weekend. I’ll look for it.

A fingernail convicted the wood chipper guy
Yes, the murder of Helena Crafts. That was also in CT, in Newtown.

The timing of this assault is so strange to me. If he was to get the kids for Memorial Day weekend why did he feel the need to meet with Jennifer on Friday? Something triggered this, you all have any thoughts?
I'm thinking the plan was to abduct her and dispose of her elsewhere or he became belligerent during a discussion about the divorce and wasn't going to agree with his wishes.

My sister's husband was removed by State Police and he just dragged out the divorce proceedings costing both of them an excess of money. He wanted his hands on sister's inheritance which she had placed fully into the children's educational fund. In the end after the lawyers bills were through the roof the Judge said no way no how was he getting any of those funds.

Some people just don't reason properly.

This garbage plant is five minutes from my work... Am I allowed to go check it out or will the cops kick me out?
,yes, yes, you are the official scout for Websleuth Crime Fighters,

Tony Aiello on Twitter

"BREAKING: Gloria Farber, mother of missing woman Jennifer Dulos, files for custody of the five children, citing arrest of Fotis Dulos. Children have been staying with Farber at her Fifth Avenue home. Long time nanny continues to care for the children as well."

Not particularly surprising.
I'm glad the nanny is with kids and grandma. She seems like a gem.

Thanks - added to her media thread - at the end of the article it says custody hearing has been re-set for Wednesday.
snipped
A hearing in the divorce case is scheduled for Wednesday after being postponed last week.
That will be a short hearing. She’s not there, he’s not there, kids are in custody of a relative in another state. Likely just recess until “legal matters are cleared up”. JMO

Maybe off topic, but I went on a field trip with my youngest to our trash-to-energy/local landfill in FL a few years ago. Absolutely fascinating. If you have a date and service address, they can pinpoint the cubic foot in the landfill in which your trash and/or the ashes (if said trash was burnt) is located. It was very interesting how stuff isn't just dumped in willy nilly. Also (at least in FL), if there is a back up in the incinerator, it is more economical to bury the trash whole and then re-dig it back up to burn at a later date (and sell for electricity) than it is to just leave the trash buried. Hopefully the same is true in CT and make it easier for detectives.

BBM - we can only hope this was the garbage but they did narrow it down to two trucks (from the article)
On Monday around 3 p.m., police and their canine assistants arrived at the trash plant in full numbers to start the job that is expected to last through Tuesday night and perhaps another day or two. The garbage had not been burned yet. But it has been shredded mechanically to small chunks 6 inches or less in diameter. No substances have been added that would chemically alter the refuse, MIRA officials said. It’s piled as high as 20 feet over an area half the size of a football field on the concrete floor of a giant receiving area under a roof, much of it up against a wall, said Thomas Gaffey, MIRA’s director of recycling and enforcement.

If JD was in those trash bags, then she was dismembered. Which would be messy business. Some say it's hard and takes a while. Maybe, but I'd think with a chainsaw, you could do it in 15 minutes. It would be very very messy though. Hence 30 bags, lots of clothes, etc. Probably some tarps. All around gruesome. Also why they dropped it all off in multiple trash cans. Way too much to put in one. Perhaps a dumpster, but FD would see that as a risk of discovery. I figure they just forgot about surveillance cameras. Or they thought that no one would bother to look at the cameras. Which probably would be true if it wasn't for the cell phones. Which is what I don't get. We all know they can and do track phones. Somewhat unsettling, yet true that if the cops want to know where any of us were, say two weeks ago on Tuesday, at 2 in the afternoon, they can find that out in a minute. Why would they go through the trouble of faking a license plate, yet carry their phones around? Inexplicable.

Yes, but right now she is out on bail. Apparently it isn’t difficult to slip the gps anklets, and I really can see her leaving the country for S. America in order to avoid a prison sentence (as well as avoiding testifying against FD). If she stays here, she is going to spend at least some time in prison because of her role in this.

MT better start cooperating quickly...Altho I have a theory she is the main perpetrator and FD helped/clean up/tamper with body..

My 2 cents, with JD father deceased, her inheritance would go to her kids upon her death; which MT and FD would have custody of due to JD death..and MT was getting tired of waiting for the money...wanted JD gone..so she's gone.

Like in most cases, we will find out nearly everything soon...(think Watts case)..

Tape a Websleuths Press Badge to your Jacket
or just put on your 'Seal Boots', that'll make you look official.

That's why they are combing his properties in Farmington, IMO.
They need to find where he carried it out.

I will get a concrete answer later, but apparently there are two incinerators: one to create clean energy (?) and the other one. Not sure what trash goes in which. From what I'm told, the plant is constantly processing trash, but I will try to get confirmation on how often the incinerators are fired up.

30 trash bags....for average size body (120 lbs.) that would be less
than 4 lbs. per bag, wrapped in clothing to hide.
Sadly I think this is where LE is going with this. dismemberment.

article is behind a paywall for many of us, can you give a brief synopsis of what it says? Thank You.

Let me know if this works for you (this is the full article, no pay required):

Outline - Read & annotate without distractions

Also, to share this handy tip with all of you. If you hit a paywall, add Outline - Read & annotate without distractions in front of the web address (deleting anything prior to www in the address you want to read). Should be able to see it then.
