I don't think they were on drugs when arrested, but she has the drug-user look in general, imo. Drugs have a way of giving someone a hard look - that isn't just worn out from stress. My opinion only, based on nothing but a hunch and bad opinion of her.

He might have used too, but I don't get the same vibe from him. His drug of choice, imo, is being a major, all around a-hole. That gives a person a hard look too.

She, to me anyway, looks like a smoker who spends too much time in the sun and hasn't slept well for a week, ha ha. JMO.

Awesome, you're the best! I'm curious if they're finally going through it because they got footage of them going in that direction and secured a warrant.

Its certainly possible. The local Patch reported that the NCPD has received quite a bit of CCTV footage which is encouraging. I'm curious though about how many people have cameras that capture the street traffic? The setbacks on most houses might make it hard for some cameras to view that far IMO. Some houses might have Ring doorbells and depending on how the ft door is situated they might get some street traffic.

I called our security firm the other day to find out about the camera situation and they told me that their goal was to capture images that are on the property and not the street. I'm glad I called because they said cameras should be replaced after a period of time and we were long overdue for an update.

Some people have gates with cameras and the security firm told me sometimes these cameras can capture street traffic, but its not optimal as the cameras are trained on the vehicle that is attempting to gain entrance and not all the cars and trucks passing. Wonder what NCPD has installed for traffic and monitoring purposes and if they use license plate scanner on an ongoing basis. Will have to investigate.

He had allegedly begun the affair with MT a YEAR before JD filed for divorce. FD proposed that the mistress, her daughter, JD and the 5 children all live together in Farmington. JD put together a story about taking the children to go visit her fathers grave in NY and took the children to live in New Canaan. JD filed for divorce shortly after this event.

Do we know exactly when MT started working with FD and do we know if this is how they met and began their affair? It would be interesting to hear details about this. I’m wondering if they met and began the affair prior to MT joining the company? It’s just a bit odd to me all the similarities between them (outside interests). It leads me to think they may have met through one of these avenues and not on the job! I mean water and snow skiing wouldn’t of been covered in the hiring interview, right? Just a crazy, wonderful coincidence.....hmmm?

Its certainly possible but a local joke is that when you go shopping in downtown NC the salespeople ask if you are a size 0 or size 2! Its a joke but there is some truth to it that generally people work hard to look good and stay trim. This statement is a HUGE (no pun intended) generalization but if you were to walk down Elm Street or sit at the local Starbucks or watch people get off the train, in general people look well put together.

Someone who wanted his cake and eat it too. He was done with JD bit wanted her money, families reputation and contacts, someone to take care of the house and kids so he and MT could carry on and appear as successful.

I can't remember exactly which poster said it in the Berreth forum, but the words really resonated as being absolutely true in that case, and I think they're just as applicable here in this one:

"Take MT out of the equation, JD would still be dead.
Take FD out the equation, JD would still be alive."

I wonder if LE has the tools to enhance those street videos? We have a ring doorbell. It does capture some of the street traffic but it's all blurry to me.

She filed for divorce because he was a horrible husband and she
was sick of him. Probably numerous reasons if you could ask her
some of which are probably:
-he was a mean, selfish narcissist
-he was an ego maniac and a control freak
-he was emotionally abusive
-he was untrustworthy and had major character flaws
-he was adulterous
-he was unable or unwilling to support his family
shall I go on?

Those poor children - they witnessed that incident and now this? This story doesn't sit well with me - very convenient that FD was Italy and, as I read in a previous post, the nanny didn't speak English or have a license? Interesting. IMO.

Judge Donna Heller told an attorney representing Gloria Farber to schedule a full hearing for her custody request to be heard. Farber did not attend the brief hearing at state Superior Court in Stamford.
