The WS poster was NOT stating that FD actually said it. She was posting that Jennifer had made that statement in one of her blog entries.

IMOO
Yes, I know. I've been following the case from the start. :)

Not to speculate - but do you think they could take an angle in MT's defense that he took advantage of psycholgically weak MT? look at her past decision making....
I’m waiting for her to claim she (MT) was terrified of him, and he threatened her if she didn’t help him clean up.

Did we ever find out if the West Hartford reservoir search last night was related to the case?

Oh you know that is what's coming. Victim now.

Her mother seemed a little brusque in giving her instructions to get in the car - like you do when you are fed up with the behaviour of your child - did anyone else hear that?

And offered immunity for this, I'll bet.
If she gets immunity, I will throw something.

If she claims that she didn’t know he was going to commit murder, she’s probably lying.

I’d be (slightly) ok with immunity if the following happened:

He killed Jennifer without MT’s knowledge.

He threatened her to help dump evidence.

She can lead law enforcement to Jennifer’s body.

Anything other than that, then she should be punished accordingly.

Or, she didn't know until he said, "Let's take a ride to Hartford. Sure, you can smoke in the car. Just roll down the window."

Wait. She had no attorney with her?
The meeting was at her attorney's office. The State's attorney came there for the interview.

It won't happen. She was up to her eyeballs, is lying if she says she was threatened and could very well get immunity or a very reduced plea that amounts to nothing.

The meeting was at her attorneys office. State police, state police video team and state prosecutor where there too.

And deportation after serving her sentence? I'd like to see her leave. jmo

I’ll be really surprised if she knows where the body is. I think she only helped clean up (or that is what she’ll claim). If she knows where the body is (because FD told her, but she wasn’t at the murder or dumping of the body), then I think FD is dumber than I thought for telling her where the body is.

Dave Altimari‏ @davealtimari
State police detectives spent all night seaching an incinerator plant in Hartford for the Remains of Jennifer Farber Dulos.

7:15 AM - 4 Jun 2019 pst

ETA - spent more than 24 hours at plant...

Speculation is running rampant on social media sites right now with claims that police have found the body of Jennifer Dulos. There is currently zero confirmation on that. If we hear anything, you'll know it as soon as we do.

7:00 PM - 5 Jun 2019

Tara O'Neill‏ @Tara_ONeill_
Side note: People are claiming police switched broadcasts offline because they found something... There are often audio problems with radio/scanner apps. And for the record, anything related to the search is most likely on encrypted channels that none of us can access.

7:06 PM - 5 Jun 2019 from Bridgeport, CT

ETA: busy but quiet chatter last night per this reporter

OMG I've been swapping between this thread and Allenstown all day and hadn't looked here in over an hour... wow I really hope she spilled where the body is!

No need for a divorce when your client has killed his wife. Does he really need to make a motion to drop his client? This attorney sure is moving quickly since Jennifer went missing, imo. I thought it was reported that they were stalling and not working with the court before that?
Yes and the judges approval. The judge can demand he keep him on as a client, although that happens more in criminal than civil cases, IMO.

Ahhh. Thank you.

FD should be pooping his pants right now.

It's funny how these dumbbells think someone who agrees to screw around with a married man and move into his wife's home with her kid, is going to remain loyal to HIM when it comes to the risk of prison.

If she knows. KK's assistance didn't lead to the discovery of Kelsey Berreth, and they still struck a deal.
