I hope it wasn't the dumpster being taken away and a new one dropped! The process of dumpster removal can be quite noisy and even though there are ordinances as to when the heavy garbage trucks can be on the road, many of the companies skirt the rules and pick up in the very early hours of the morning to avoid traffic. Curious if we ever learn more about this situation. The dumpster I saw from a distance yesterday at the property didn't look filled at all. Hope LE is all over this issue.

LE was at the Sturbridge Hill house last evening looking at the poured cement and found nothing. I doubt a dumpster could be removed this morning. There may even have been an LE presence over night.

I know this will not be popular... but I thought the arrest warrant affidavit was pretty thin on Troconis. It said she was seen leaning out of the truck either putting something on the ground or picking something up, whereas it said FD was seen placing multiple bags in trash bins. JMO.

It's not a stupid opinion. You're right. If they saw her actually putting something in a can, that would be different.

However, the timing and who she was with, what vehicle she was in and the proximity to evidence, was circumstantial evidence supporting the charges.

At least she seems to think so, and her counsel, if she's willing to strike a deal.

Yes, its hard to disagree with you about MT. Speculation has been that LE didn't have her phone records in complete form at the time the arrest warrant was filed. Hope we learn more on this issue soon.

Yeah, I think she's been carrying around some heavy and just wants it off of her at this point. I'm glad she *hypothetically* talked.

IMO her mother is motified by this entire situation and the fact that the parents are public in their support by being in court and driving her from atty office is big as in their world this has to be a major humiliation.

If she's talking and they are filming assuming she won't be arrested on more charges? MT made life, along with FD, hell for Jennifer and here she is bouncing out of her attorney's office with bobo's, hands in her pocket, polo shirt likes she's in high school following mommy to the car. Those poor kids and Jennifer's family - bitter pill to swallow having to play a game with her to find Jennifer. Makes me sick.

If she's talking, the plea deal is in writing already. No halfway decent lawyer would send his client in without one. JMO

The fact she walked out in a rather easy way (not hunched over, not covering herself) leads me to think a weight has been lifted, that the meeting went well for her.
