He worked for a company prior to the Fore Group - I suspect if it truly is a 401K - it's what he deferred while employed. IMO. He will have to pay a penalty to withdraw that money as well. JMO

If this money was an option, why didn’t he use it before? Also, wouldn’t a 401k withdraw be disallowed considering there is a pending divorce? Getting rid of assets isn’t allowed.

Well now we know another source of the attempted "clean up" - IMO. Blood found in garage and he washed his hands of her blood in the sink in the kitchen which IIRC her kitchen was off of a garage door from the zillow listing. JMO

What stood out to me (maybe just having legal experience with wording) was his basically saying, “You can’t PROVE he did it.” That’s far different than, “He didn’t do it.”

Yes, totally with you on your read of this. I think he/his team are frustrated with info in the arrest warrant and so are pushing hard against the State to release more info that they can work with. IDK much about this prosecutor but I hope they have a solid team and plan!
