In this interview below, several things stood out to me, but when he says (verbatim here) this woman lived under a false name. Who is he referring to - JD or MT?? I'm guessing MT of course but if so, WHY would this have been and WHEN was this? And the other thing is (verbatim again) that FD says he was NOT at JD's house a couple days prior?

We really haven't heard from anyone in this case. Not GF, the friends who were concerned for JD, the nanny, the cleaning person, or neighbors. Not the people who were at the dinner on 5/22 or mom's from the school. It's unusual but it gives me a high degree of respect for JD's circle.

BBM.

Same here. They are reserved, dignified people, imo. And their behavior will only make the antics of FD's lawyer stand out all the more as a circus and as a disrespect to Jennifer.

And I think any jury will notice the difference. I really do.

My hope is more than one witness heard this very odd IMO remark - I can find no explanation for this to be said except the obvious JMO
And/or that the witness who heard this is totally believable. And that could very well be the case.

I heard him say at least twice that FD was at JD's house a couple of days prior.

It is rather unusual. What evidence do the LE have?
I don't find it odd. The family is well off and they are reserved, educated, capable of handling the legal and childcare issues. While they are suffering, they are not in need of fundraisers from the public on the case like other families who suffer similar tragedies.

It would be standard procedure for the housekeeper to come in w a key or code when noone was home and clean. A house of that size would take at least 3 hours. And yet I believe she told the police nothing seemed out of place.
Did she clean evidence away?
Was her dna also on the kitchen sink faucet ?
Or did she not clean that day?
Drops of blood were found in the garage where I would assume she didn’t go into to clean.
I'm wondering if there was a specific task she does, depending on the day of the week. Perhaps that day was laundry day - and she didn't go into the kitchen or garage.

I'm still watching and re-watching this video interview. There is sooooo much to discuss but he IMO is referring to JD living under a false name. He talks about her "troubled history". Also it seems he is laying out the ground work for negligent homicide - which he points out only carries a year sentence.

Wow! Just read the article you posted. There are a lot of statements in there that have not been reported in MSM before IMO. Like how when JD left FD and took the kids. I was always under the impression that she already had the NC house rented but this article states that, according to FD, she went to a NYC hotel and had hired...wait for it...armed guards.
Plus the article talks about an email FD sent JD in December of 2017. Very interesting, thank you for posting it.

I'm hoping that she did in fact have a few security cameras in her house and that the cops are keeping this information close to their vests. I can't imagine going from armed guards to only a burglar alarm, especially after she explicitly stated being fearful he would hurt her.

Jennifer Dulos investigation heads to Hartford

this is worth a re-post - has details about when FD tried to see the children (Wednesday May 29) when LE arrived in Hartford (4:20pm 5/31)
snipped bbm
FD requested on Wednesday for a judge to allow him to see his children.

A motion filed by his attorney, Michael J. Rose, said the children have been staying at Farber’s New York City apartment under the watch of an armed guard the family hired. FD was turned away by the guard when he tried to visit his children Wednesday night, a police source told the New York Post.

and
The search for JD — which has been mainly focused in her New Canaan neighborhood, Waveny Park and Pound Ridge, N.Y. — made its way to Hartford Friday afternoon.

“Detectives from the Connecticut State Police Western District Major Crimes Squad are currently in the Hartford area assisting New Canaan Police Department with search efforts,” state police confirmed around 4:20 p.m. Friday.

I speculate that the court order prohibited him from entering the house and he could have said that in a sardonic manner.

He's going to go after Jennifer and I hope that plan BACKFIRES.

I think he stated JD lived under a false name. What is his strategy behind this interview? Many things stood out to me. Mainly, FD being caught discarding the bags is a huge hurdle. NP said "How he came into possession of the bloody clothes is a very interesting question and we are working on that. When the time comes, we will have something to say." He also insinuated that JD may just be "seriously injured."

JD and MT are very much together, IMO. NP says FD loves MT and would like "nothing better than to call her and say I love you." Really? I can't even imagine how his children would feel hearing this comment while their mother is still missing and presumed murdered.

I've not seen anything that cites the court restricting the couple from having contact but FD attorney did state in court he was not allowing FD to have contact with MT, and that MT's attorney was not communicating with him.

I don't see the silence lasting long. MOO
I know prosecution requested in MT bond hearing, but when judge read over restrictions it didn’t include FD. I wasn’t sure if that was accidental?

State police detectives rushed to Albany Avenue on May 31 and found some of the trash bags they believe FD had thrown out. Court records said DNA testing on some of the bloody clothes, towels and sponges in the bags matched JD.

Police were too late to get some of the garbage and have spent the last week painstakingly searching through a mountain of trash at the trash-to-energy plant using German Shepherd cadaver dogs.

I missed this the first time I read it - are they embellishing or were towels also found together with sponges and bloody clothes? Surely these have been tested and the towels could possibly be identified by the housekeeper IMO if they were from her home. If they were not, well that speaks to premeditation IMO and not a spur of the moment accidental kill in that garage.

And furthermore, I get the impression the people who frequent this board would, generally, abhor the way in which FD and his ilk try to use a good person’s human frailty to discredit them. IMO
It is kind of like them saying she’s diabetic and needed insulin. SO weak! Not fit! If her brain didn’t create enough seratonin, and she took medication to correct that, it makes her responsible and proactive.

I agree, he's trying to paint JD as a person with mental health issues, possibly having done something to herself. Not sure how that explains the blood splatter in the garage or the evidence in the trash bags, we'll see. I have a feeling that rather than explaining (I can't imagine an explanation for this), the lawyer will keep redirecting and obfuscating.

If you do a person search on her, she does go by other names. I thought that she might have been married before, but there is no evidence of a previous marriage that I have been able to uncover.

$4,000 a month might cover the property taxes on FD and MT’s primary residence but not much more. It didn’t give FD the life of leisure that the ~$32k a month from JD’s trust fund did.
It was mortgaged, so likely they didn’t pay taxes out of pocket, but if so, he wouldn’t have paid. It was guaranteed by JD parents. He was sticking them with the house loan - stopped paying when JD left. So, 4K could do a lot with free housing!

I remember back a few threads ago MT had 3 names. Like Jane Doe Smith. Not just Jane Doe. However, never saw it used that way again. Is this what they mean?
