The vehicle switch might explain the doctored plates as well. He could have put them on the employee vehicle knowing cops would look for FD, MT and JD vehicles, not an employee vehicle. JMO

1. Yes. Employee (now former) of FORE is cooperating with police after having surrendered his phone, vehicle and computer to assist the investigation. This employee was allegedly driving the black Ford 150 Raptor belonging to FD in NC on the missing date. The employee had left his truck with FD. This former employee has now apparently hired criminal counsel.
2. Reports of FBI at the Car Wash in Avon, CT. No info on what this was all about yet or which vehicle/s impacted.

Don't believe we have direct confirmation for any of this from LE so far as I am aware. Please post to correct if I am wrong.

No LE or MSM quote to support anyone taking and passing a polygraph. This story was put into the world so far as we can tell by Atty. Pattis who represents FD.

It’s probably good civilians aren’t looking around for Jennifer’s remains or other evidence. If they found anything they’d be torn apart by the defense machine. The employee he swapped trucks with will certainly be.

Also, Pattis now conceding that JD is a victim of foul play.

I also want to point out that we have no idea what time the assault occurred in the garage. I was thinking it could be closer to 8 am but maybe JD had not intended to head off for her 11:00 appointment until much later like 9:45 or even 10:00. Just a thought.

What I have been googling is directions from 4 Jefferson Crossing in Farmington to CT. It can be accomplished in about 60-70 minutes depending on traffic. So at least an hour in the car going to New Canaan. I don’t think much time was spent at JDs address. Possibly an hour? Then the drive back.

As Pattis pointed out tonite it does not mean his phone pinged where Fotis was. He pinged at 1:37 pm in Farmington. So the employee working in New Canaan Fotis swapped trucks with didn’t have Fotis phone on him.

It can still be done. In roughly 3 hours.

Fotis has afternoon “meetings” which could be after 4:00 pm or any time between 1:37 and 6:45 or so before the Hartford trip. Still a lot of unaccounted for time.

The call from Greece seems to be what they are pinning their hopes/alibi on. I maintain that FD could have left his phone behind and MT could have taken it to the 80 Mountain Spring Road address as part of a plan.

Whatever Pattis puts out will either be contradicted by CCTV and/or other evidence OR LE will alibi FD out. I don’t see that happening at all. LE has been really silent about MT and her “alibi” as well.

Have there been any sightings of MT? I haven't seen any myself. Interesting IMO that she is keeping the lower profile, particularly as she looks like the one whose involvement in this crime is more minor in comparison to FD. I cannot get over all of FD's public appearances. Innocent or not, the impulse to keep a low profile seems like it should prevail. MOO
