I find it very interesting that FD CHOOSES to jog outside his estate when he knows reporters are watching. Today as he jogged past the camera, without headphones this time, he looked back as if to say, "Don't you want to ask me something?"He likes this attention. He craves it even if he's committed an abhorrent crime. I'd love to hear a psychiatrist's opinion on his actions post bail if any are on this site. He could likely jog around the perimeter of his property, or in his big bad work out room with the Peloton bike and pounds of metal, yet he CHOOSES to go out where he is on camera. FD is a fantastic study of the EGO. He is likely an incredibly secure man.

Oh my gosh he's got one of those bikes! Lol. I was just talking about those the other day. There's a bunch of memes about how you take you're super expensive bike to all these uber rich and improbable places.

Common law marriage is not legal in most states and the 7 year thing is a myth that arose from a CA case called Marvin v. Marvin which held that a woman who gave certain things (kept the house, was intimate with the guy, etc.), to her significant other did so in exchange for the promise to care for her. The court found there was an implied contractual obligation. So he had to pay her money.

They happened to have lived together for 7 years. So ever since then people think common law is created after seven years.

What's funny is a Marvin contract is not the same as common law marriage.

In any event, spouse = married partner. That's it.

If he was going to live there for a long time, I'd agree.
He's vindictive enough that he would want to observe her grave and relish it. Like under a newly poured concrete slab or patio, or under grove of newly planted trees.

But he actually desperately need to sell a couple of those properties, so he would have to be very selective.

On the other hand, essentially destroying her mortal remains would give him some sort of perverted mental triumph. Obliterating her from the face of the earth.

I think that trying to dispose of a dismembered adult human body by putting it into bags that you put in the dumpster isn't really enough for him.

I'd have to go back to what tanner's do (his father was a tanner and he worked with him ). Like a ritualistic killing with rendering of his tissues.

I believe the disposal of her body, her remains, all traces of her is deeply personal and ritualistic to him. Digging a grave and pouring concrete over the top isn't enough. Putting her in a river anchored by concrete isn't enough.

This act really means something to him because it's his revenge on her and all her family. Revenge on her parents. It's something we haven't even got to yet

So I can come up with lots of reasons why he would be extra-careful about not putting her near any property that he would lose access to.

Am absolutely with you on this Herat. FD would want somewhere where he could take his children, and mentally gloat that he had custody of his children/control of the 'Farber assets'.
He's too much of a control freak to dispose of Jennifer easily. I would expect that is why the Avon Lake was considered a good possibility for recovery.

It's just a matter of time before his hide gets tanned.

No it doesn't. There are various criteria that have to be met in Texas for it to be determined that a marriage constitutes common law. Being together for six months doesn't create a common law marriage in any state.

MT is NOT married to FD but prior to her arrest lived with FD and her daughter in the Farmington house previously occupied by JD and the 5 children.

FD and JD are NOT yet divorced. Due to this fact MT (who also was listed on FORE Group website as Manager) is probably most kindly considered FD girlfriend who was living at the Farmington house rent free or perhaps mistress as is being widely used in the press. JD in court documents called MT FD 'paramore'. I am sure there are other words that could be used to describe MT and her role in this case but I will not include those here. Thanks for answering this! If you go to Speeders try to find the cameras if you can or possibly cameras on adjacent businesses. The Speeders in Norwalk does have cameras when you pull your car around to the entry point of the wash area but no idea if they are operational or just used to alert workers that a car needs to be admitted to the wash.

Does cctv also capture passengers?

Depends on the angle of the camera. Sometimes we have seen LE be lucky enough to get CCTV from 2 houses/businesses etc. on either side of a street. This would allow clear view of both parties. Sometimes with 1 camera only the perp might be captured and a shadow figure of passenger or back seat occupants is possible. Also, camera quality varies greatly unfortunately. So many variables which is why LE is trying to amass as much CCTV as they can in this case.

The hero in this case could very well be the Farmington neighbor that stepped up to offer CCTV quite early in this case and way before the local police asked for it. I know that FD could have potentially slipped out of his FC house undetected and run to a hidden car etc. But when I see people stepping up to help solve this case it brings back a bit of my faith in humanity!

Visit ALL of the businesses and tip everyone a little extra. PLEASE! lol... THAT is where the info is... the locals hear it all. Someone’s child is friends with a policeman’s child... a little harmless conversation to get a little tidbit... and it’s usually accurate and then the word spreads to the coffee shop, gas station...

Facts: FD was not yet divorced from JD. Only one spouse at a time in the US.

Let's keep it simple and call MT what she is (chose your word to use here ______ ) and multiple options have been suggested here on WS! I'm going with mistress as FD is STILL married.

I do wonder though about FD and possible Turkish citizenship as its the country of his birth. There has been an ongoing situation in that country for years where even though polygamy is banned in the civil code (think it was banned in the 1920s) that officals to this day turn a blind eye to multiple marriages, particularly in tribal regions of the county. Would love to see all this discussed in court here in the US and even more would love to see Atty. Pattis somehow defend FD and his 'right' to have 2 wives if that is what we are dealing with!
