The person Fulos was talking to is a man, per Ponytail Lawyer. Apparently he’s flying from Greece to confirm the phone call alibi.

The phone call had better lasted 4 hours or it is irrelevant IMO

Thanks for this post. After reading this again, it boggles my mind that he is able to walk around, but then again, you know they are watching his every step.


I would imagine that their dad, FD, was someone who demanded so much from them and they constantly looked for approval and validation from him which is what we do as kids. You must waterski 8 hours a day and you will receive my praise, but if you don't', I'll break your ski on the rock and make you feel unworthy of my love. As children, we are not aware of the fact that our parents may be narcissists, sociopaths or just emotionally unavailable...we just want their love.
I have a 13 year old son. I know he would be on his phone constantly looking for updates. I wonder if these kids have access to the internet.

I know what you mean. What are the chances that these children aren’t reading about everything that’s been happening. Even from classmates and their friends. God, I cannot imagine how hard it is for their grandmother, trying to keep it all together. I would imagine JD’s sister would be there to help too.

Though they are different sorts of beasts, I cannot shake how similar FD's body language was to Chris Watts in an early video of him standing on his porch while LE seraphs inside; FD is self-soothingly crossing his arms against himself, sometimes smirking, and then turns to worriedly put his head down into his hands -- unfortunately the camera dipped away at just that private moment. I just saw a posting about this, not sure I am allowed to post, but I think any body language expert would see guilt written all over this creep. Of course, you cannot convict on body language, but it's interesting to see how guilty he continues to look-- it's so obvious!

I have often wondered, that although he may have intended for a bloodless scene, much like you describe above, at some point during a possible struggle he became enraged and beat her. Ugh. Whatever happened she suffered a massive blow to cause the spatter.

Exactly. I was trying to not be too graphic in my description, but yes. We're all assuming there was a murder weapon, but in reality, FD is a fit, likely strong, man. JD was 5'9", 120 pounds. He didn't necessarily need a weapon.

Speaking of which, anyone know how tall FD is?

We haven’t heard anything at all I’m wondering if she has taken them to a private estate ? And possibly taken their cell phones to keep this away from them ? How in the world do you have a conversation that your mom is missing and your dad was arrested but is on bail and he isn’t allowed to see you ? Must just be awful IMO

If MT had been completely exonerated, her attorneys would be all over LE getting those charges dropped.

MT would have her passport in hand and she and the daughter would be on their way out of the country.

She knows better than we do what FD is capable of when angry and would want to disappear ASAP. MOO

Did they say she's exonerated of the tampering charges, or that she is not a suspect in the disappearance?

R – but he has to know something if he was in possession of her bloody clothes.

Agree! Just want LE/State's Attty. to put forward the best and most comprehensive case possible for the case. I wonder at what point the Pattis chatter/patter will get to the point that a gag is imposed? I'm supportive of a gag as CT is small and jury pool is limited.

On the press and all these interviews with Pattis locally I have to say that I am super disappointed THAT NOT ONE REPORTER has countered a single statement made by Pattis to say that none of the statements being made by Pattis have been confirmed by LE. This is discouraging to see happen and I thought some of these reporters were better than this but its now all about the sound bite and that is sad IMO. We will just have to be careful about the FAKE NEWS making it into the thread.
