Does anyone know any of the following? If not, these may be questions LE may want to ask of JD’s sister, mom, BFF, divorce/custody/estate attorney, or FD’s sister or first wife in the U.S. — that we know of — or of an insider perhaps former admissions team or academic or financial aid counselor at Brown circa entry class of 1989; if FD graduated a year early, this would be Fall 1986 Freshman undergrad admission applicant), or other folks as applicable:

(1) When/where/why did FD learn English? Was FD admitted to Brown on a merit scholarship, rack rate, need-based scholarship, or just a gigantic bag of cash or island near Greece? And how about the Harvard vanity summer? Where was FD then? And where was all this international travel and waterski money coming from for a teenager?

(2) I’ve seen it referenced that FD’s father and grandfather were in the (hide npi) tanning business. FD lists on his LinkedIn a six plus year stretch as a “Partner” with what would appear to be a family business Petros Dulos & Co post Brown graduation. Does anyone know where this company was located, whether it’s a going concern, what it did, or when, whether, how, or why it dissolved, whether and where it filed any business tax income statements or accounting documents? Anyone know whether FD’s father is dead, alive, and — if the former — date, cause, and/or location of same? Anyone know whether/where FD’s dad is buried, if dead and buried somewhere? Family graveyard in Greece? In Turkey? In the U.S.A.? (Although a Fotis Dulos appears to be the manager of the family’s geniology page most recently updated 2015 last time I checked, most information is absent so far as I can see (without logging in, admittedly), and many names repeat or alternate across generations — not necessarily shady, just vague; incomplete.

(3) Anyone know for how long FD’s mom KD had been visiting/staying with FD/JD’s family prior to the staircase fall? Was she just visiting originally for a brief trip prior to the severe trip (while her son meanwhile was in Italy for ?whaaa?) or had KD intended to permanently relocate to live with FD/JD in the U.S. at the time of KD’s death in 2010? Anyone know how/when/where KD’s remains were dealt with post mortem?

(4) Does anyone know whether LE has been able to reconnect with EN the nanny from 2010 and/or the case file on the grandma KD’s death reinvestigated? Hopefully that case will be reopened if it hasn’t already. Speaking of which, Folly Farms. No offense intended, but FD does seem like a man who can hold a grudge. more likely FD would hide a body in a part of the area or in a manner in which FD viewed as deeply humiliating, emotionally painful, and dehumanizing to JD and her family. Some place he would love because it would be something JD would fear or hate.

(5) Anyone on this site fluent in Greek? Anyone familiar with Athens College in Athens, Greece — the school FD indicated he attended for about 10 years (assuming an annual Fall and Spring semester calendar) to complete all his elementary, middle, and high school requirements and from which FD claims to have graduated?

(6) Was FORE Group Inc. billed for all FD’s international ski travel and competition and equipment expenses? (My guess is yes, because FD).

(7) Anyone know FD’s citizenship status? Like dual for U.S. and Greece, just Greece, or what? Passports? Bail hearing iirc seemed ambiguous as to how many different passports FD actually has currently)

(8) Did FD self pay tuition and living expenses while allegedly at “Columbia Business School” 1995-1997 for his MBA? No employment is listed during this time on his LinkedIn profile so far as I can tell. Possible first wife was supporting him financially re living and travel expenses, but wonder if he actually did attend/graduate, whether s/he paid tuition, or how that all was managed financially. FD certainly doesn’t seem like someone who likes to work but rather someone who likes to workout; anyone on here ever see him in a classroom or dorm with him at Brown? Was he ever around or always just scamming or skiing (or both) rather than studying? Some people term individuals like this “empty chairs” — I express no opinion on the applicability of such nomenclature to FD in particular.

ETA her house is easily found with pictures as it was listed for sale/rent it’s new construction and I still haven’t ruled out it had security cameras and FD used the 5/22 backyard visitation to scope everything out including the woods and possible route to his property on Sturbridge JMO

I wanted to see the blue prints so I can get a better idea of where the backyard is in relation to the kitchen, if the garage has two doors for opening besides the 3 garage doors. In my opinion the housekeeper would have no reason to go into the garage except to put the trash she collected into the cans, if they were kept there. I wonder if they were, and if they weren’t, where were they, and would she have to go through the garage to get to them?

I can’t imagine keeping garbage inside the house even if you have a mud room/butlers pantry. I just don’t think she went in the garage but your post reminded me about the parking of cars - would JD park her Suburban in the stall closest to the interior door to the house ? Yes I think so - and I think the Porsche was parked in the farthest stall (to prevent door dings from the Land Rover when kids get in and out of it) leaving the stall in the middle for the Land Rover - - -all speculation of course but this brings me to the blood found - I think it was found in the middle stall area since there wasn’t a car to catch it JMO - I don’t know why this garage scene is nagging me but there is something there that is very important IMO

When I googled the address, satellite view shows a large home there. I wonder if they rented it out for some amount of income? I mean JD was renting the mansion in New Canaan. It seems to me if there was a house on the property you wouldn’t want it to sit dormant not turning a profit if you weren’t living there. But if someone was renting it I wonder if it’s vacant now? It is interesting the timing of listing it for sale though. 3 days before JD goes missing. Also giving him a reason to be visiting the property around that time as well.

Re MT’s “alibi” for the morning of May 24th. Much discussion upthread about the many coincidences and oddities in which one would have to believe in order to have all the strange pieces fall into place non suspiciously.

Was just thinking about how often a friend comes over my house to visit on a Thursday and just accidentally forgets her purse but has no immediate need for it or else doesn’t really even remember she left it at my house and so she doesn’t bother to come back for it and I just am nice this way so I’ll drive it back over to her house the next day because hey who is working anywhere anyway? Athens college is found on Wikipedia and appears to have a good reputation and an emphasis in mathematics. It prepares students for international study.

I've been wondering how FD knew JD was going to go back to her house after dropping the children off at school, and before leaving for late morning NYC appointments (and perhaps packing to spend the weekend with her mother & friends in NYC), and if he knew she would be there and planned to attack her there all along, or he was planning to follow her until an opportunity provided itself wherever that may have been between NC and NYC.

The house is extremely close to the school, like 2 minutes away. If she was driving into the City vs taking the train, the 11:00 o’clock time was probably picked so she could drive South towards the end of rush hour and have an hour at home before the drive (JMO). If she wanted to ‘guarantee’ getting to a Manhattan meeting by 11 via car I think she’d be looking to leave by 9, obviously very highly dependent on where in NYC.

Sorry's in advance if this has been already discussed (what hasn't?) or if premature.
Let's assume we've seen most of the cards held by LE and that no body is ever found. If a murder charge against FD goes to trial, I can see NP casting reasonable doubt by simply saying "MT did it". She had the same set of motivations as FD and some would suggest she has shown herself to be callous (or worse) by disrupting the marriage (for some reason, I'm being kind here). I've read speculation that she has an alibi but I'm not sure if it's solid and I think that info came from NP (he might later regret it). And even if she doe have an alibi, she's proven to have ready access to money (quick bail, private school, etc.) so she could have outsourced the act. If she were ever charged, her defense attorney would do the same by substituting FD as the alternate perp. I'm sure I've seen this in a movie or in a book but I see it as a concern.

Has there been much discussion here regarding the unnamed Fore employee, (working at the Sturbridge property in NC), who was driving the Raptor in NC the morning of JDs disappearance? This person must be important. He has hired a “top” criminal defense attorney (Lindy Robert Urso), he has handed over a lot of items to LE. He must play a critical role in all of this, but I see so little about him. Perhaps he is one of the LE’s closely guarded cards?

FD actually ‘won’ the case, but it’s being appealed which you can read in the link that I attached. The case is fascinating reading and definitely gives insight into how FD approached business. When I first heard that JD was missing, I went to the CT court site and read all the cases I could find involving FD and this was an odd one. He hired a PI to dig up dirt on this person and found things that he disclosed, etc.
