The police showed up unannounced at 4JC around 6 pm on Friday May 31 to serve the warrant for DNA samples for FD. LE went into the house for about an hour that night with MT (and FD- MT showed up about 15 minutes after FD). They already must have taken FDs vehicles because he had a rental with MD plates that night when he arrived at the house. FD was also visibly stressed and irritated then. MT arrived with presumed nanny and daughter in her white Cherokee (registered to FD)about 15 minutes later that night. After FD and MT left the Litchfield PD where FD gave DNA samples that night they went to the Residence Inn in Avon presumably because there was a search warrant for 4JC. The 31st was the day LE did the Albany Avenue investigation and found the bags between 2-4pm in the afternoon.
The next night June 1 LE arrested FD and MT at the Residence Inn at 11pm. LE searched 4JC late that night. The next morning 6/2 around 8:45am LE had a warrant for and searched 80MS. They were still searching in NC that morning too, and if I recall there were just 2 police cars stationed at 4JC but no active search the morning of the 2nd. Later that week on Wed June 5 LE returned to 4JC with an emergency search warrant. MT met with LE for her 3 hour interview the next day Thursday June 6 (she was out on bail but FD was still at Bridgeport correctional center) and she took a tour of 4JC with LE following day Friday June 7. That Thursday and Friday MSM reported about the employee and FDs Raptor truck being in NC.

So if you’re looking for reference to MT deleting files during a search it might be related to 5/31 LE visit at 4JC since they went inside with her that night. I have read the media reports pretty carefully and don’t remember anything mentioned in media reports about MT erasing files. I do recall hearing this was going around on SM. It is possible a reporter saw or heard something relating to this and tweeted or posted on SM.

The videos on UK Daily Mail don't fit with their reporting.
Looks like FD arrived, clad in jeans, in MT's white SUV.
We see him pacing outside his home in jeans.
Then later we see him in different clothing getting into his rented black SUV.
IMO they were taken by surprise.

After he (KM) took out a $$$$life insurance policy on her, she was scared.........

wouldn't that fit the story better?
Why would you place more incentive on your own head if going through a contentious divorce? Does KM like dumb women?

I think when you put life insurance on somebody else, that person is made aware and has to sign off on it. Didn't always used to be that way.

I have been thinking about the extensive forensic work that is being by the State on the evidence in this case. We saw many weeks at the MIRA plant and I have to admit to being concerned about finding anything there.

But in my ongoing search to find the tweet about MT and the computer I found this article from one of my favorite HC writers about how DNA was found on a potato that was then used to convict someone for arson. I know a potato isn't the same as what was at the MIRA plant but I would think that getting this DNA might have been tricky. I know there are people on WS that are DNA experts (I am not) so wonder if my assumption of the difficulty of getting DNA off the potato is true or not? In any event, this DNA from the potato somewhat restored my faith that the State will find something substantial enough to convict everyone involved in this case!

As you can see I was hard at work trying to look for the light at the end of the tunnel and am hoping for the best on this case!

As rough as its been on the JD case recently, one of the few consolations I have is that now No Case Norm and PT2 have to really put on their thinking caps to come up with a defense for FD in light of JD bloody shirt bombshell this week.

My guess is that we will see a whole slew of continuances as the Pattis & Crew scramble to put something together. Do not envy their job at all. Just hope they can come up with something that holds up to scrutiny as their prior theories were IMO weak at best.

FD has his hands full too and I wonder if we will charges leveled against him in the KM case?

DNA Left On A Potato Helps State Police Solve An Arson They Say Was Set By An Angry Stripper

From the time we knew about the videos with FD and MT chucking the evidence into Hartford garbage cans, I've felt confident that these two idiots would be convicted of something, even if it was just tampering.

When we knew FD's DNA was mixed with Jennifer's blood on the faucet in a house he supposedly had never entered, I felt even better.

Bloody sponges and clothes in the garbage were good but knowing Jennifer's t-shirt and possibly her bra were found too makes the garbage even more specific to her and that's encouraging.

When Jennifer's family and friends didn't offer a reward for finding her I knew that they knew she was dead straight from the mouth of LE. (Reward offers make a lot of wasted work for LE when there is no way a person will be found.)

That tells me there is much more evidence LE has not shared with the public..

I'll be shocked if there isn't a bevy of emails and texts that confirm her death. (These criminal clowns thought deleting emails got rid of them....Not!)

I'm convinced there is video which will enlighten us about the "genius" thinking behind the tag-switching.

I have a niggly little feeling that MT helped LE find something behind the house where they seemed to be searching, something we haven't even thought of.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this case is a slam-dunk for LE.

(If I'm wrong that's me over in the corner sucking my thumb.)

That is a difficult question to answer. I don't see him merely resigning himself to spending the rest of his life in prison. Surely, he knows LE is closing in. I keep going back to his statement,"I know what I did and I know what I didn't do." He is capable of anything. If I were GF, I would continue to keep those armed guards, although I know it must be prohibitively expensive.

I think eventually, likely during court, we’ll hear the truth. I kind of think at some point he will crack and tell.

Not 100% sure. But I belive it relates to the motions discussed the other day related to the allegedly stolen psych report and JD atty prior motion to terminate Pattis from the case for his role in releasing parts of the report to the press in NY. Pure speculation but guess that Judge Heller might have conducted some type of investigation into the entire matter from how GAL gave the report to FD former atty, how FD then allegedly stole the report and how this report made it into the hands of Pattis and was discussed with the Press. So far as I know we haven't seen a formal ruling from Judge Heller on this entire messy situation but we did see the public fallout of Pattis resigning from the Family Court case as representative for FD. My guess is that the exhibits might relate to the investigation done by Judge Heller and perhaps the redacted portions relate to the psych report.

My recollection is that Pattis also made a motion to the court to use the psych report in the criminal investigation so perhaps this is tied into the list of exhibits above as well. IDK as this is all a guess as I don't think any orders have been posted to indicate that the Judge has ruled on any of the pending motions.

Or, perhaps this relates to the FD and JD atty's requesting the termination of GAL Meehan?

So far as I recall the open motions are: Termination request for GAL Meehan, Use of Psych report in Criminal investigation and GF motion about custody and Termination request for Pattis.

Without going and reading the documents or having the press print them the above is purely speculation. But I wrote it all out as my suspicion is that its related to the list of open items I've identified.

Chapter 3 - United States Citizens at Birth (INA 301 and 309)

No mention of a child born in the USA to citizens of other nations.

MT's father was completing a medical residency, a defined short-term stay in the US.

The parents may have had the option to decline US citizenship for the child.

Apparently MT lived in Argentina. IDK much about this, but possibly to have dual citizenship of Venezuela & Argentina, any citizenship of the USA was ended?

The linked policy also suggests that a child born to citizens of another country with a diplomatic passport are citizens of their parents' nation. Again, IDK much about the government of Venezuala in 1974, but was Dr.T sent for this residency on a diplomatic passport? Was the parents' promise that there would be no "anchor baby" a condition of Dr.T & Mrs.T leaving Venezuela for the USA?

(My family has some experience with refugees from Chile in the early '70's....)

Articles state that MT is a citizen of Venezuela. There seem to be several possible reasons for this.


Apart from FD's suggested citizenship in Greece, Turkey, and the USA!

It’s IS interesting that FD had such a sudden interest in getting them back together. And seemed kind of intense calling her the next 2 days. She obviously had a good hunch to get wary from there. Why would he invite her back to his home? I’m not buying it. He’s only interested in doing things that help HIM out- not other people.

I agree with you about amt but it sounded like she got the insurance because she was fearful for her life (story is a bit vague but it seems like a good guess). Honestly the entire story of KW and FD and KW STBX reads like a rejected script for Law & Order IMO. I cannot for the life of me understand who would act as and intermediary in a case where a no contact protective order is in place.

AND, what was all that from FD about repeatedly asking the victim and friend and then the victim back to his house? Really wonder if he planned to roofie them and then call KW to remove them?

I mean how much bad publicity can 4JX get!?! I'm wondering if anyone would ever step up to buy this house with its $45,000 annual property taxes even at 1/2 the current list?
