In thinking about how rural the areas around 80 MS and 4 JX are and then looking at the area between them on Google maps satellite view, I noticed a very visible and long running break through the trees (like for a power line) accessible just outside of the back of 4 JX. Navigating through a few twists and turns, one could theoretically use this pathway to get to 80 MS without being detected, by say, driving or walking on the roadside. Maybe 80 MS was where JD was kept at and/or the staging area, FD's phone/car was left at 4 JX to show he was there at statregic times, and he had used the back yard route as shown to LE by MT in that video. This could also lend creedence to the two mops as one was used to clean up 69 WL and the other 80 MS. Just my thoughts and speculation.

As usual, you guys have been smart and busy today! I love the updates and the court document! Great work! I had a long drive today and started musing.

1) All this time, we’ve been thinking about this mostly as having been just FD and then MT on the trash-can run. What if we rewind and see if and where another person might have helped such as by moving her car? I wonder where that person and his phone were that day after the breakfast meeting?

2) Based on all we’ve seen from FD’s own words and court records, FD is all about FD, not about helping others just to be kind. What was in it for him to be so insistent about trying to get the lawyer’s wife to see him? (I know there’s a separate thread for him but since this is really about FD, I thought it ought to go here. If not, please let me know for the future and please accept my apologies.) I don’t see FD confiding in anyone BUT if each had something dire on the other, perhaps. Are there any recently disturbed earth areas at that guy’s house? Ponds out back?

3) Also, do we know why that celebration was held at JD’s the Wednesday before she disappeared (is that right?). It was a Greek traditional celebration, I think? Was that usual then at that time to have FD there at her house? If it was the Greek event and he had the kids (with the GAL rep there) on Wednesday nights, why were they at JD’s house and not his? I wonder why and when it was decided to have that event there. Could he possibly have engineered that so he could scope out the current surroundings such as if new cameras were visible or to listen for information on schedules such as hers and the maid’s?

4) That banging at the Sturbridge house early the next morning still is on my mind. In construction, bulldozers are used to compact the building pads, etc., but in some places closer to a structure, those are too heavy so they use bobcats, track-mounted vehicles like on ATVs, and scrapers with blades. People who do that all the time don’t have a lot of fits and starts but someone like FD would as I doubt he does much compaction himself. Also, with all the snow you guys get and the long driveways, surely there’s a decent-sized snow plow or blade there or not far. Someone who’s inexperienced at scraping especially with no snow probably would make metal scraping noises. I keep thinking about how the farmers here scrape the concrete barn and garage floors to clean them and then sometimes power wash them.

5) I kept thinking about a press and now I’m thinking what about weights like for exercise being dropped onto something to compress it? I don’t know why a person would do that but smaller is easier to hide or dispose of than something larger.

Interesting. I wonder if what you are describing is what LE was trying to figure out as well? Pattis said LE was looking at FD going out the rear of 4Jx? Not sure if this was for the reasons you are talking about or for a trip to NC or Hartford? Could FD have left his car at 80 MS and zipped out the back of 4Jx to get there? Your mop idea too is so good as I think most assumed the 2 mops were used at Welles. But 1 person using 2 mops given your scenario is totally plausible and given what it seems like you think happened at 80 MS its likely that a mop were needed! FD spent so much time at 80 MS and its doubtful he went there to do yoga or meditate!

I wish we had some consensus on whether this was a 1 person operation or a multiple person operation. I see the POV that many have expressed that FD would never relenquish personal control to another person in doing something like this. I can see the entire act commited by 1 person but it would have to be tightly planned and the alibi crafted with perfection. The KM case seeing the light of day is simply too convenient IMO so my bet is that he is part of this story in some way that we don't yet see. Was he the atty that met with FD on the morning of the 24th at 4Jx? If so, that alibi has issues and perhaps that is the message the State sent directly to FD this week? IDK?

But then you have Pattis saying that there is no way FD could have driven to NC, commited murder and driven back to Farmington on the Friday before the holiday weekend.

I personally think the Pattis oversimplification and assumptions are designed to confuse and stop thinking in its tracks so I am dismissing it. There was a way to do this horrible crime either by one person or multiple people.

I go back and forth about anyone bringing a body back to a property they own. But in this case we have FD spending so much time at 80 MS which was an empty house. What was he doing there?

I don't think FD would ever kill himself.

He seems like the type that would fake it for sympathy, but would never seriously harm himself, because he loves himself too much. And naively thinks things will work out for him, they have so far, right? Guys like him need to hit 10 rock bottoms to start thinking about it...

I haven't been active around here. I know FD's sister came to his defence, has anyone else (besides MT) as well?

A woman that 'runs' a waterskiing entity in Greece wrote another flowery, flattering piece like his sister. Both pieces sounded similar to me and coached. That's all that's been published from people vouching for FD, IMO.

It could also be strongly worded like that about all parties showing up because FD bailed on 2 depositions already, and the judges are getting fed up with his antics and his lawyers games, for lack of better words. IMO

Like, show up and comply with the judge's orders and be an adult going forward, or you're out of the car.

I went through a traumatic experience with one of my children hurting themselves yesterday afternoon. We are oh so very lucky in that everything is fine but I can't get the images or the stress of the situation out of my mind and I can't sleep...

Something about that video of MT leading LE to the back property line has always bugged me. Your thought makes sense too, leaving that way for trip to NC or Hartford. Or better yet, what about leaving the employee's car there so he wouldn't be seen leaving his home driving it or caught on any neighbor's cameras? I believe the story line around that vehicle being in NC that day hasn't been explained yet either. That was a very damning piece of evidence pretty boy never thought would be figured out. I feel it played a huge part in allowing him to surprise/sneak up on JD because she wouldn't have thought it was him. Maybe both vehicle exchanges took place at 80 MS since FD knew the property didn't have its own cameras and was much closer to Highway 4 helping to avoid detection/recognition.

As to how much time FD put in at 80 MS, an eerie side note is that when you look at the address on Google Maps, the satellite view image shows his black raptor parked there. It is a huge house as well that looks no where near being completed.

Many have said here that the reports of her shirt and bra have been well timed leaks from LE and I feel the situation with the story about KM is the same, they are absolutely connected and there is more to the story. For someone who thinks they are so smart and above any law/court/judge/God/whatever, LE is saying we are smarter and have done our homework.

As for Pattis saying he couldn't have done this in the amount of time he had/before a holiday weekend...something I've learned since living here and had not seen so much other places...Thursdays seem to be Fridays. Thursday nights are more busy in restaurants that Friday nights. Traffic is worse on Thursdays than on Fridays because just about everyone I've met in any sort of a professional career takes Fridays off multiple times a year and especially on the eve of holiday weekends. Three day weekends aren't that, they are four, five, six day weekends for anyone who can pull it off. With this thinking, traffic would have been less on Friday morning, especially earlier (if he left early enough to be in NC when JD returned from dropping the kids off at school) and in the direction he would have been going from Farmington to NC (toward NYC, not away from it, which would have been the least congested at that time, not like on another regular work day where so many from that area would have been going into the city). Any city people looking to get out that hadn't already left yet would have been traveling in the opposite direction. Drown out all the fuzzy noise from Pattis.

I have had a thought going around and around in my head for a long time and I can't help but wonder if somehow it might have happened. There has been talk about FD getting information from someone connected to JD (maid, nanny, etc.) about what she would have been doing that day, but what about something else happening far less nefarious or by accident? Through my childbirth experiences (and just life in general) I have had to see many doctors and JD's recent doctor visits, blood tests, fertility treatments, etc. have been mentioned. In my experience only, there have been many times where I could not get a doctor's office to update my contact information. No amount of frustration on my part could seem to make this happen and in some cases it went on for years, every visit being asked if my phone/address was correct, telling them it wasn't and giving them my new/current one, only to find out on the next visit it still hadn't been changed. I have long wondered if something like this happened, a mailing was sent or an appointment reminder call (or more than one) made to 4 JX. I mean this was her residence up until just 2 years ago and these doctors she was seeing in NYC that day probably weren't here primary care physicians, hence they might not have gotten the memo on the address/phone number change or updated their systems yet. And I've had doctor's offices give me these calls up to a week in advance as I remember thinking if you remind me too far in advance, I'm going to forget that now ain't I? Something like this could have given FD insight into her plans that day, enough time to come up with a plan, and he would have thought no one would have been looking for her for some time if she was supposed to be at appointments in the city. AGAIN, my thought/opinions only.

Wow. Okay, so I just did some reading up on the Greek Mafia. There is such a thing. It sounds very bad, headquartered mostly in Athens where FD grew up, and reaches across Europe and to the states.

And remember, it seems LE have selectively
dropped/leaked info that seemed at the time like questions but in reality they're saying this is what happened. I think the back trail away
from JC is one of them.

MS as a staging area sounds right. Remember
a LE officer in msm interview said that they
are zeroing in on 2 drains. Drains. This was
while LE was spending days at MS.

Also it seems as if FD specifically states things
that are important parts of an overall alibi.
One thing niggling at me is the dinner party
at JC on Thursday evening that conveniently
connected to MT having an alibi Fri. morning.

That dinner party is a HUGE alibi, imo.
It's a coverup for FD's and MT'S whereabouts
on Thur. evening.
I believe FD stayed in NC Thurs. night, which
fits with why NP stressed the timing and how he couldn't have done the trip Fri. morn.
Maybe FD's helpers were named as being at that dinner party Thur. night but in actuality
they were w/ FD in NC Thurs. night. ??

Wonder if KM has a pickup?
Would be stupid to have an 'alcoholic' accomplice though, right? Not trustworthy.

MT's purse return is part of her fake alibi.
But she WAS seen on video at Stop n Shop, so she did make it back to Farmington by 10am.
Maybe she was driver of JD's car to Waveny.
I think LE has all the moving parts figured out
here and is selectively leaking info.
