I wonder whether the red truck went through the car wash in Avon so that it would look to LE as though EE had tried to wash away evidence.

I think that FD would have known that LE would determine that EE had FD's truck that Friday in NC and of course EE driving the Ford Raptor, was picked up on CCTV in NC.

FD needed to make everything fit the fact that EE had FD's Ford Raptor and EE was working in NC that Friday.

FD would need the evidence in the vehicle that was proven to be in NC and proven to be the vehicle that EE was driving that Friday.

You can get info if you know it exists or have a reasonable basis for belief in its existence. “Discovery”
But if you’re trolling and HOPING to snag something, anything, then it’s called “a fishing expedition” in the legal world. And you will not get the requested item(s).
I suppose if the records were from psychiatrist/therapist might have gotten them. But those records are covered under a huge pile of patient protections. So NP would have had to overcome the HIPAA regs to get them. Good luck with that, Nosey Norman.
