It would be so great if LE retrieved the knife from Fudge and pants from DD and the forensic test results linked FD’s and JD’s DNA to them with his fingerprints and her blood. Boom! Still no body but enough circumstantial evidence MOO. FD, be prepared for two new linking bracelets.

I'd imagine the 2 mops have more then just Jennifer's DNA on them, too.

Court date for KM tomorrow 8/8 10am on violation of protective order.

KM case in court this morning (Manchester), violation of protective order (via FD) up for disposition. Hope someone is keeping tabs on this, the outcome/proceedings might have something additional for us.

Of course then again it might not, let’s not get hopes up with the way these guys are sleazing around with the legal process. And it could be just yet another disappointment with the CT courts and their failure to protect women from abusers.

I see how to post a new thread as if it were for a new missing person, but I don't see how to add a thread to this, as we do when the threads get as long as they are allowed.

I was thinking of posting a survey as a game, such as- choose your prediction:

1. Fotis is a no show/no call for court
2. Fotis' attorney cancels at the last minute
3. Fotis shows: no gag order and no new charges
4. Fotis shows: gag order and no new charges
5. Fotis shows: no gag order, new charges

I want to thank everyone who read/liked/privately disliked/added thoughts to my multi-colored timeline.

I have edits for the timeline: most importantly, it is not known that there was a gathering or party the night before, or that a purse was left. It was an assertion by Fotis/defense team.

Ruminations is a wordy writer; there are way too many adjectives, adverbs and conjunctions impacting clarity. Ruminations likes to get to the subject of the sentence at its end, as if her primary language were German (which it is not). So edits for clarity are needed, too. I will work on that later.

Right now, I believe I am being paid to do something, and this is not it!

The entire chain of events (in the article) are just so bizarre. I do not doubt they happened just as this woman has stated. It convinces me that KM is definitely involved somehow (with JD) disappearance. It it sure seems like his wife had good reason to fear for own safety too. She's lucky it wasn't her who disappeared.

I think we may be disappointed, because judge may want to be extra careful thatKM’s case isn’t tainted by FD’s case.

1. Someone questioned using the Silver Alert by the state in announcing JD's disappearance, saying a silver alert was for someone with mental health issues...why would that have been then?

Personally I wondered about this from the beginning. A Silver Alert is issued for people with mental health issues according to a quick Google search. I think (MOO) that LE knew this was a bad situation from the get go and wanted to get the alert out ASAP. If I remember correctly a missing person report takes a little longer. She was only missing a couple hours. At least in PA someone has to be missing for 24 hours. So I think the Silver Alert was tagged because they knew there was no time to waste in her situation. And maybe this even goes toward why FD thought that he had more time to hide/remove things if there was a 24 hour window for missing persons.

In CT a Silver Alert is for those 65 and older or those 18 years of age with mental impairment.

However I have read in KS and other states that LE can issue a Silver Alert when they deem it is necessary. LE was given enough info to issue this alert, even though the person was not 65, not do we know if the person had any mental, physical or medical issues. Thankfully this SA was issued fairly quickly to get the evidence LE did.

Anything is possible at this point. This would take much planning, but it could be done. There are many pig farms in CT. Did he have that tabloid to see how accurate the article was? UGH - I hate thinking about this. MOO!

Exactly, I can't figure out the mother's death. There has to be more to it. Did he not like his mother? Did the nanny do it for him? I found it odd he talked to police because of language barrier... he must have been real convincing because couldn't police find an interpreter? There are several countries/cultures in the world where woman are not necessarily valued and treated like here in US. I have always wondered if

From the moment I heard about the mother's death I have felt something isn't right with that just about as much as I have thought it with JD. FD must have been one smooth talker with the police over the nanny because I don't understand them not getting an interpreter if language was a barrier. I don't many any disrespect with this...there are a lot of countries and cultures around the world in which women are not treated/valued/thought of like they are here in the US. In those places men are taught almost from birth they are the chosen being, they can do anything they want to a woman, and you never let a woman get the one up on you.

I think the Greek non-English speaking nanny was totally under FD's control, and they were having an affair, and she was willing to do whatever he wanted in exchange for a nice living situation helping take care of kids in a wealthy suburb in the US, and a chunk of JD's money offside would have sweetened the pot. I think he hated his mother, for whatever reasons, and he could have set her up to 'have an accident' with the help of the nanny. All JMO, MOO too.
