Me? I'd take it down a notch. Picture their wedding song being "I want money lots and lots of money".
Was thinking after party.... needed a break from reading the civil case documents and this was a bit of vintage gangst rap nonsense as a distraction!

Back to documents.

Wow. Whether or not that mat is recovered, and of course we hope it will be, this is a powerful, powerful piece of evidence!

Will the mat/rug matter, if it isn’t found? I mean, it can’t be DNA tested, so could it even appear as a piece of evidence in court? We can talk about it at length, but there isn’t even a clear video of it being dumped by Milagros (or rather, maybe can’t relate the video of FD carrying the mat out of the truck, with a missing mat/rug of JD’s). I would love it if they were able to find it. I wonder if they released this information, hoping that it would now turn up?

While the news of the mat/carpet is interesting in and of itself, let’s think his through as it also likely gives us some more insight into MT role.

So they have video of a man getting out of the Raptor and leaning the carpet up against a trash receptacle next to a restaurant. So is MT watching this from the passenger seat? Does she “innocently” think this is just regular construction waste that FD has to get rid of before starting the weekend? Sounds like it wasn’t just a few trash bags, but stuff that wasn’t bagged as well and obviously would raise questions. No way could MT have been drawn into this unknowingly, without at least asking questions about the nature of this stuff that was so overtly and obviously being placed in and around the trash cans.

Was FD intentionally and strategically placing evidence in and around the receptacles so as to “invite” locals to take said evidence and later be caught with it? Maybe with a plan for helping this along by calling in an anonymous “tip” that someone down-and-out on Albany Avenue was connected to JD? Through JDs “heroin habit” that NP tried to pull out early on perhaps?
MOO and of course just a hypothesis.

@Jmoose
Edit: Went back and read the article again.

Not sure if its bad reporting but article refers to Black SUV and not Black Truck as being seen. So, maybe there were 2 trips down Albany at different times by FO or possibly someone else. Going with the reporting being ok then it looks like LE is looking for a black mat which most likely came either from FO or JD Black Suburban (these are just the black vehicles we are aware of) that was dropped off and placed against the side of the restaurant by a Black SUV.

FD has a black Suburban as does KM I believe (others posted about this previously).

Just as a thought, where I live, some people call SUVs trucks just because they rather function like them, I guess. MOO.

He did. Park Ave. Just around the corner from her parent's place. Held onto it until Feb. 2016.

I wonder how many girls have “visited” him in that apt up until 2016?

Chemistry and calm, then loneliness and turbulence in the marriage of missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos
Jennifer and Fotis, both graduates from Brown University, married in 2004. In an apparent bio on a Patch site, Jennifer describes herself as a former writer from New York “doing journalism, essays, plays and screenplays, and is currently finishing a novel.” She has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a masters in writing from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.

*I think in 2004 the wedding was in West Orange and in 2005 they had a reception in NY. I don't know if they exchanged vows there also.
*A member of Three Six Mafia was at the 2005 reception

Three Six Mafia? Google, here I come.

Something that I've wondered about since the beginning of this case-
FD's possible criminal history back in Greece.

I just find it hard to believe a man goes from
Zero to Violent Crime/Murder without having
a previous history that foresaw this potential.

Did he kill cats and dogs? or rabbits? Or his
sister's goldfish? What's his back story?

Wish we had a way to really sleuth his years
in Greece. And I wonder if his history would
tie in with his move to US. Did his parents want to ship him off to get him out of their hair?
Did he have a juvenile crime record he was
running from?
Did he do violent things to young relatives
and the family outcasted him and/or his family?
There just has to be a backstory we haven't heard yet. MOO. Other opinions wanted here.
There are many killers of spouses and children with no criminal history. Maybe I will look for the statistics. MANY go from Zero to Violent. I would daresay many never lifted a finger against their spouse until the murder. IMO.

This was later corrected by the HD. It was the Ford Raptor that was seen on Albany NOT an SUV. Reporter error.

Here is a good article to explain a bit about Three 6 Mafia. Totally fits in with FO obsession with horror and violence as described in JD blog. Wonder how they knew DJ Paul?

The 20 scariest Three 6 Mafia songs ever

Quotes from the article:
"Between 1991-2001, Three 6 Mafia carved their own lane within hip-hop by meshing the sounds of gangster rap, Memphis soul, deep, dark 808s, haunting keys, and horror movie samples.

The origins of the group, first dubbed the Backyard Posse, began in 1991 with South Memphis brothers DJ Paul and the late Lord Infamous as a rap duo dubbed The Serial Killaz, drawing inspiration from their fascination with real life and fictional murderers, the occult, and N.W.A. They, with North Memphis DJ/producer Juicy J gained local notoriety in Memphis by selling their homemade mixtapes in school and performing in clubs across the city and in ‘93, they came together to form Triple 6 Mafia".

"A deep cut from the often overlooked, yet timeless compilation album, Body Parts, DJ Paul, Juicy J, Lord Infamous, & Koopsta Knicca collectively murdered the chilling track as if the beat was Drew Barrymore in the famous opener from Scream (which was sampled). “Favorite Scary Movie” not only highlights their lyrical growth and chemistry since the early 90s, but it contains the group’s second most shocking and violent lyrical imagery on wax with bars like, “I shall fulfill your every desire / Tied up to my bed made off hot barbed wire / Demons dance to the chants of the ritual / Black magic wicked Voodoo."

This case has everything—INCLUDING a kitchen sink. I don’t say that to make fun of it; it’s just like that old movie the Blob, where it just keeps spreading into other places. MOO.

Amen! Now we just have to hear what the Criminal Court has to say about FO attending the MT deposition. Hope the Judge makes short order of this situation too!

Quotes from the above article explain the split of lawsuit based on what was owed - I always found this tough to follow so will put it into the thread (goes all the way back to Hemlock Hill property purchase in NC and Deercliff property as well):

Farber has accused her son-in-law of failing to repay millions in loans he used for his business. She has claimed he used the Fore Group’s business account as a “piggy bank” to reimburse himself for “highly suspect” corporate expenses that he paid through his personal account.

Earlier in August, Farber asked a judge to increase a prejudgment remedy for three civil lawsuits against Fotis Dulos to $3 million.

Farber, 85, was granted the right to intervene in her daughter’s contentious two-year divorce, allowing her to maintain custody of the five Dulos children, who are between 8 and 13. Farber, who has been caring for the children since her daughter vanished on May 24, is also seeking sole custody.

Fotis Dulos and Troconis are each free on bail after pleading not guilty to tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution charges related to Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance.

The 50-year-old mother of five was locked in the middle of heated divorce proceedings when she vanished.

According to court documents, Farber said her late husband, Hilliard, provided funds to Fotis Dulos that he used to purchase and develop properties for his company. According to Farber, the money was in the form of loans, while Fotis Dulos has contended the funds were not intended to be repaid. The lawsuit claims a promissory note on the loan is now past due, as of July 2017. [BBM]

A separate lawsuit claims Farber loaned Fotis Dulos $1.5 million to buy property on Hemlock Hill Road in New Canaan in April 2015 and he sold the property, only repaying $500,000 of the loan. That lawsuit also claims a $670,000 loan was given to Fotis Dulos to buy property on Deercliff Road in Avon in 2009 and hasn’t been repaid.[BBM]
Was the FO mentioned above supposed to be FD?

MOO and of course just a hypothesis.

You know, I went to YT and looked at several Albany Ave videos-it really bothers me that he would put the people who live there in legal jeopardy, by planting that stuff all around those neighborhoods. Like he was saying that those people would naturally be expected to be guilty of hurting JD-or at least figured that nobody would bother to look for evidence there. And then, depending on where EE lives, maybe there’s that. Either way, sticking some poor innocent person with the rap. In one of the videos I saw, there were tons of people outside, and it made me think that somebody had to have seen FD, MT and their great big truck. There were people everywhere-all kinds of people; but all of them black, so he and MT would have stood out, and so would his truck. There were kids, moms, people walking to get somewhere, and people just hanging around. I have to think that they were seen, by people who FD thinks don’t matter.

Would the Money from Greece crossing State Lines, add another layer of Federal crimes against FO?

Why would the money not be wired directly to NP or RR or Murray?

Why send the money through an attorney in New York?

Are there not capable attorneys in CT that could handle the money?

Is the New York attorney known to 'certain people' for possible 'underhanded' ways of handling money?

Is the New York attorney on the Fed's radar?

MOO MOO and MOO
FO or FD?

I am very curious how Bowman responds to this issue as he was the one that brought the original motion for no contact.

I think this is going to be a legal brawl between Pattis and Bowman as I think Pattis just wants to get his client access to MT by any means possible and for reasons that have zero or little to do with the civil case IMO.

The sad part is this might delay things.

I also don't know if the State can easily solve the situation and disagree with Pattis wanting FO to be in the room when MT is questioned or even if the Judge in criminal case can quash the Pattis request? Legal questions I don't know the answer to. MOO
Forgive me, I must have missed a post. Who is FO please?

I wonder if there is a chance LE would have asked KM to stay on as FD's attorney as an informant? Could that legally happen?
KM is in a pretty bad position here and at this point I would imagine it's an every man (or woman) for themselves scenario.
Absolutely NOT! That could endanger the entire investigation.

I was just thinking the same thing about him trying to implicate others he seemed to feel didn’t matter or couldn’t defend themselves—from his employee to the people in the trash-can area, to this. It’s reprehensible enough to do something as awful as murder but to then try to blame it on innocent people because you seemingly feel like they are of no consequence? It’s sickening at another level. I wonder if the employee had seen enough of FD’s actions in the world to know immediately he needed good legal help before FD blamed him. MOO.

Thanks for this! Folie à deux! Blast from the past of abnormal psychology. What a thought, nightmare actually!

It's a possible (non drug or liquor induced) explanation for the motion filed today by No Case Norm IMO! Pure shared delusion and nobody in Pattisville told No Case Norm the motion made little sense (or provided proof reading assistance)!

I had originally thought that FO and No Case Norm were pounding tequila shots when Pattis wrote the motion filed today but now I back up that idea entirely and think maybe instead they were sipping a nice barolo and smoking cigars (or something) while Pattis was composing his motion. Pattis and FO as indistinguishable evil conjoined twins with a single mind is something that certainly bears consideration as an adversary for the State.

Carrying the idea of Folie à duex with Pattis and FO through this case brings visions to my mind that I simply cannot yet imagine playing out in real courtroom life in CT.

It will be a wild and scary ride but I believe that justice for JD will happen.

MOO MOO MOO
Hoping after the tequila shots they didn't spill any Barolo on the lovely marble island.
I believe FD rented everything in NYC. I never thought he owned any of those apts he lived at.
Would his rental addresses come up when searching?
I have never found that to be true.
What am I missing?
