BTW...I've wondered if FD didn't give FW a cash settlement to fund her law school education....he kept the "real" property in CT. Maybe it was payback for his citizenship.

If one of the family court folks could explain how any of what we are seeing in terms of court filings furthers the case of FD for either visitation or custody I'd appreciate it greatly! I'm not seeing it but perhaps you can 'school me'! @gitana1 we need you!

These filings to a non family court person simply seem to be for publicity and provide the atty's involved with a way to put information out to the press that would otherwise be difficult to accomplish. Judge Heller's custody document was comprehensive in its analysis of the Dulos v Dulos case IMO and so I am baffled by what we are seeing playing out in Family Court. Nothing being done seems to be showing their client in any different light. They seem to be going down the path of denigrating GF as custodian.

Is FD/Pattis/Rochlin doing this because they are fearful of GF motion to terminate FD parental rights? So, in their minds the only response is total scorched earth? This all just seems to be somewhat random absent a threat of some sort? Or is the threat something so petty as GF discussion with the States Atty about FD greek relatives backdooring the no contact order? If so, that is even more petty than I had thought Pattis & Crew were to begin with!

Agree. When the $ stops, so does the nonsense here in court. Wonder if any of the Judges or States Atty are doing anything to figure out the source of the FD funny money coming from the infamous "Greek Benefactor"? I'd love to the see the NYS Banking authorities on that issue as they would sort it in no time flat! This all is total bush league nonsense IMO to waste our time on. So frustrating. MOO

I hadn't read the motion before my last post questioning all this that we are seeing.

Motion makes specific reference to greek relatives, cousins and god child not being able to see the 5 Dulos children. Mmmm.

Looks like personal pettiness from FD that is being facilitated by Pattis & Crew simply ruled the day.

IMO sad that the emotional well being of 5 Dulos children never enters the equation in the FD legal strategy.

I am absolutely calling BS on FD claim that he 'wants this all to end'. If so, why not continue in a productive manner rather than weaponizing 5 innocent children in a legal action and torturing/tormenting GF by asking for ALL her psych records in addition to a new evaluation to be done by Family Court?

No more words for this as this scene is simply totally dysfunctional and has zero sadly to do with the children and their well being and welfare.

Intellectually, I understand that the investigators are working hard.
But, emotionally, I want this all to stop.
Torturing her family is unconscionable.

GF is a savior, caring for and consoling 5 young angels, adapting her home for them, figuring out their school situation, and battling these cases, which is also a full-time job that takes an emotional toll, while grieving the loss of her beloved daughter.

There’s a perfect place fit for FD and in due time he’ll take residence there, for I’m hoping a very, very long time.

IMO, It is possible, but I doubt it.

FW had her own money and I think she was just glad to get the heck out of Dodge.

When FW graduated from Brown, she worked from 1999 to 2002 for E & Y, that eventually merged a section of their company to Cap Gemini.

FO worked at CG from his graduation from Columbia in 1997 until immediately after marriage to JD in 2004.

E & Y merged that portion to Cap Gemini in 2000. It looks as though FW stayed with the portion of E & Y that was Not merged with CG.

In 2002, FW went to another Management Consulting Firm and then after the divorce, she left for Austin, TX to attend Law School in 2005.

This sounds like Pattis had a hand in writing it:

“6. ...assess Ms. Farber’s susceptibility to coercion by her daughter’s lawyers, concerning a continued strategy of complete and total war against Mr. Dulos- the father of her grandchildren- a strategy that has previously only served Jennifer’s lawyers and nobody else.”

“7. Attorney Midler fought like a lion...”

It’s that telltale Pattis verbal eloquence!
Either RR is a quick study or Pattis fed him these lines verbatim. Pattis tends to switch back and forth referring to JD as “Miss Dulos” or “Jennifer” depending on context, and use convoluted and self-serving sentence structure that he thinks sounds “erudite”.

And the subtext of this motion, is that another “strategy based on facts” coming from these legal virtuosos? So now it’s Reuben Midler and Co that are the culprits- they have “mentally ill” and “susceptible” JD and now GF in their snares, solely to take their money (that is, in this line of reasoning, money that perhaps FD should have access to?)

Woe is the poor Farber family that doesn’t have an anonymous Greek benefactor to pay their legal bills, and is naively being taken for a ride by [one of the most successful and well known] family law attorneys (in a notoriously challenging family law state). Thanks for the heads up, NP! Oh, I mean RR.

Will defer to the legal folks here but I don't believe so. FD has been accused of tampering/hindering and nothing has changed in the Family or Civil courts. I would think FD could continue the process of whatever his strategy is in Family Court even if he is incarcerated in the event that he is convicted of tampering/hindering or other charges. MOO

Edited to add, second thought, the rightful place will transport him by a hand basket through a fiery gate and a devil wielding a pitchfork will anxiously greet him but until then, the other place will have to suffice.

Defense is throwing everything out to see if anything will stick....and are failing. NP knows prosecutors have solid evidence against FD and they are very worried he will be arrested, tried, convicted and jailed for life.....if he does not run/fly with help to Greece.
