You are a kind person Hope. The world needs more of you.

I don’t know if the world could take another me but what a kind, kind thing for you to say; thank you from all of my heart! You know, though, that the world DOES have many kind souls—like you and everyone else here at WS, spending your time, brainpower, and energy to help others. :) Thank you again. :)

Something that keeps coming up that I keep thinking about:

The Porsche Cayenne is registered to Jennifer. Fotis gave EE the seat from the Porsche SUV to EE to put in his truck and so Fotis could discard the soiled seat, claiming there may be Jennifer’s hair in it.

EE took the Porsche seat, but was adamant about keeping his old one, which was eventually given to LE, and Jennifer’s blood was found in it.

Ok... here’s my questions:

1. Is the above mentioned Porsche Cayenne, that’s registered to Jennifer, the same one that was mentioned as one of the cars in her garage when she was killed? Or was there another Porsche?

2. Was the Porsche Cayenne that FD removed the seat from, and gave to EE, actually at the FD house... or maybe was just the seat removed and then left in the garage when/after Jennifer moved out? Is it a 3rd seat that JD didn’t need or want?

3. If the Porsche Cayenne was actually at FD house, how and when did it get there?

Take his ankle monitor off. Put him behind bars. Revoke his bail. He’s a flight risk now. No bail.
Raise MT bail, as well. Determine if she’s a flight risk, as well.

No more Mr. Nice Guy LE.
Outstanding job all involved in LE work.
CONGRATULATIONS, LE.

Oh, by the way, Dr. Farber. We’re starting “The Jennifer Movement.” Not For Profit 501(c)3 to assist DV victims. Starting in CT. Once this legal wrangling is finished, perhaps you would consider becoming part of the Board. Perhaps Melissa would accept an invitation as well. We’d consider it our greatest honor.

Are you really? That is so...wonderful. I kept thinking maybe one of the houses might end up being a sanctuary for those affected by domestic violence but there’s probably a zoning issue not to mention a million other practical issues. MOO.

I think MT will eventually be cleared of all charges. I am in the boat, ESPECIALLY after reading the new warrants, that she is undoubtedly a victim of Fotis Dulos and his emotional manipulation. He manipulated her into lying for him, helping him cover up what he did. Seeing the persistence in the story from his employee re: the car seats made that clear to me, because that is how abusive people are. I am sure she spent the days after JD’s disappearance in an absolute tizzy trying to figure out how to remove herself from the immediacy of the crime while also trying to stay alive, as she knew she could be next.

She will not walk free. She may get a lesser sentence as she was not truthful for weeks....wasted time, man power, money etc. she still has to prove herself...and give the truthful information. Her lawyer, parents and daughter better talk to her....I don’t have much hope.

Good point.

I thought I saw photos in the warrant showing her as the passenger and that it was stated so as well. MOO.

Thanks for the chuckle. Russell Speeders Car Wash isn’t going to be too happy with that rep. :D

Maybe they had a feeling...!

Nope. Yellow school buses as there are no Town buses except a get about system of vans for seniors and disabled.

NC as a town has resisted efforts to install surveillance cameras for years including at Waveny and Irwin Parks IMO. Witness how recent efforts to put 3 cameras in Waveny Park have seemed to stalled while at least 10 other capital projects in Town have been funded and are moving forward.

If the cameras on the school buses do help solve the murder of JD it IMO is only because the Town of New Canaan was lucky to have the cameras on the buses and operational and the time of the crime was at a time when the buses were on the road.

Absent the school buses and their cameras, the Town of New Canaan IMO has very little to nothing in the way of defensive security cameras to assist in any criminal investigation and why the Town is not holding the First Selectman and Chief of Police accountable for this deficiency it appears will have to wait until another day.

IMO the handling of the entire issue to put cameras in Waveny has shown the weakness in leadership present in Town Hall as the process was punted back to Parks and Rec and not placed in the hands of NCPD where IMO it firmly belongs IMO.

Why did the First Selectman not stand up to the Police Board and demand that Police take ownership of the process when its a clear safety issue? What do Parks and Rec know about security cameras and surveillance in order to do a RFP? Did the Police Chief ever come back and comment on the RFP put together by the Parks and Rec Dept?

IMO the performance of the Chief on the issue of insuring townwide security via cameras is hugely disappointing and to stand behind historical town crime stats is simply IMO denying the reality of overall crime trends in the region.

MOO

It really is shocking. I’m not from there and I’m still shocked. MOO.

so where was she on 5/24 am? I didn't see this addressed in AW unless I missed it?
Anyone see this?

I may get sick when I repeat this but in the warrant, I believe I read (yes, my retinas still are burned) that she/FD tried to say that they had taken a shower together that morning and she’d seen him all morning but then later said he wasn’t there and she never saw him until the afternoon. MOO.

To clarify vehicles;

I read it as the Tacoma already had different seats in it, it had seats from a Ford that were previously changed.

The request was to remove those and put the Porsche seats in, which he did.

He kept the "Ford" seats which were actually the ones in the Tacoma.

It is fairly easy to replace seats and done often when people make improvements to their car etc whether for show, comfort, racing etc.

I’m just shocked that Porsche seats fit a Tacoma. MOO.

I triple-dog dare him to say that SHE attacked HIM when he only went there to talk. Then he can explain why FD hid the car and snuck up on her so he could “talk” to her. I agree that he’ll try it, though!!!

Ps. Great photo, Jmoose!

Marissa Alter on Twitter

"Norm Pattis just sent me this statement regarding Michelle Troconis’ new arrest.
“Our hearts go out to Ms Troconis. We are confident that she will, in the end, tell the truth at trial. The state is a terrifying enemy, but a clean conscience is a powerful ally." @News12CT"

That’s it. I’m going to throw up. MOO.

Does this mean her lawyer Bowman advised her to turn herself in, based on the AW he read yesterday?

I’ve missed something else it seems! Whoa! Off to search!

Another thought regarding information in the AWs. It says that LE was able to determine that MT had lied to them: 1. by her own admission, 2. they were able to prove the details in the alibi notes did not happen and 3. witness accounts.

Do you think the purse lady-dinner guest was one of the witnesses the AW mentions.... that she told LE either she never left her purse that night and/or MT did not bring it the next morning?

I think he put the altered tag on the red truck so that if a witness did happen to see it somewhere, the witness would give LE the wrong tag number. Doing so would make it far more difficult for LE to trace the vehicle and would make any potential witness recollection about it less credible. Think about what happens when the wrong tag number is called in. LE doesn't know what to look for. IMO, FD thought that without an accurate tag number, the Tacoma could not be properly identified by potential witnesses. As it turns out, his efforts to conceal his crime will now be used to establish premeditation. Isn't that ironic?

I'm thinking that's probably right, that he put the altered tags on the Tacoma, on the pics in the warrant you can clearly see where the front license plate is:

But on the close up pic at the car wash, it looks like it was blanked out:

Are they saving this bit of proof for the 3rd and final warrant, with the murder charge?

And why are they so slowly tightening the noose? This warrant reads like a murder charge is leveled but it's simply for tampering with evidence...why the gamesmanship? They seem to have all the evidence they need, I wish I understood the strategy behind all of this.

Jennifer Dulos case: Missing Connecticut mom's body was in truck used by her estranged husband, warrant says - CNN
snipped and BBM
The vehicle that the warrant says FD is believed to have driven on the day of the disappearance belongs to one of his employees, who told police FD urged him to replace the seats. Over the course of several days, FD was insistent, "pushy" and angry that the seats had not been changed out, the employee told police.
According to the warrant, the employee said FD eventually told him that he was worried hair evidence might be in the vehicle because he'd hugged his estranged wife days before she disappeared.
After the employee switched the seats out, he told police he decided to keep them without telling FD, in case police needed them, according to the warrant. Police later found the "bloodlike substance" that contained JD' DNA on one of the seats.

I'm wondering now if the employee knows much more that is not in the warrant - else why would he keep the seats in case police needed them? Of course by this point, she was reported missing so he very likely suspected FD did something to her. I also think she was laid in the seats after the attack in the garage. JMO

Think he had retained a lawyer by that point.
Doesn’t matter. EE was thinking. And LE has the seats.
Now MT arrested again? About time.
Revoke the bonds. 10% of a million isn’t enough for these two to stay around. Major flight risks. HELLO?
Do we need a barrage of emails to the DA?
I’ll keep you all posted. I’m starting a Jennifer's Justice 501(c)3 Corp.
stay tuned.

I'm assuming, based on the information we know, there was likely enough of JD's blood at the scene to have made it highly improbable that she was driving the Suburban away.

Oh, no. I was not ready to hear this. Terrible doesn’t cover this.

Good old NP had a radio interview today. HE is the one trying this case in public. Some highlights include:
  • He is "stunned" MT changed her tune.
  • MT is now "enemy territory" and they are "digging into" her now.
  • It's cowardly to "nickle and dime" (poor innocent) FD "to death" and it is "devastating" to "Mr. Dulos".
  • FD is "anxious" to defend himself.
The most infuriating:
  • He said GF is 85 years old and has been hospitalized for the "last 1/2 dozen" years for suicidal thoughts.
  • The Farber family has done everything thing they can to "eliminate" FD's relationship with his children. (Oh- really?)
FD is the victim, right Norm? IMO - no one with an ounce of intelligence believes NP's twisted narratives. MOO!!

Shame on HIM! MOO!

She’s a grown 🤬🤬🤬 woman with her own free will.

She participated in the coverup of a murder, lied to the people investigating this murder, lied again, lied again, and then told the truth.

In short, I agree.
BBM

You got me again, MG.

That first sentence should be on a t-shirt!
