Awe the purse run. Sounds so sweet and helpful by design. Surely she copped to it being part of the well detailed script. He used his house on MS to wash his clothes and change. IMO JD was long gone by the time he arrived for his cleanup.
That scenario does not account for the EE's statement that when he arrived at 80MS. According to him, both FD and MT claimed they were "cleaning it up", something I am quite sure neither one of them had deigned to do before the 24th.

FD wasn't just cleaning himself up, he was doing much more IMO. Jennifer's body could well have been there when EE arrived. The whole thing with the keys bring in the truck, etc. tells us he did more than clean himself up at that house. He was at that home before the EE arrived there for what, something like two hours? Plenty of time to finish the grisly job necessary to complete what FD surely thought was the "perfect murder." I hope he and MT have nightmares for the rest of their lives about what they did to that poor woman.

There is more to come about what exactly FD did at that house. Time to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God, MT!!!

Thinking this is a big time message to MT from LE. JMO.

Take his ankle monitor off. Put him behind bars. Revoke his bail. He’s a flight risk now. No bail.
Raise MT bail, as well. Determine if she’s a flight risk, as well.

No more Mr. Nice Guy LE.
Outstanding job all involved in LE work.
CONGRATULATIONS, LE.

Oh, by the way, Dr. Farber. We’re starting “The Jennifer Movement.” Not For Profit 501(c)3 to assist DV victims. Starting in CT. Once this legal wrangling is finished, perhaps you would consider becoming part of the Board. Perhaps Melissa would accept an invitation as well. We’d consider it our greatest honor.

Sadly, I believe it went to the garbage dump. Since he was so fond of water, however, I would not rule out a body of water. Since we now know everything was preplanned, you can be sure he also planned how to dispose of her body and he certainly had researched that garbage dump.

Every time I think of that lowlife coward murdering that kindhearted woman...there are no words to express my contempt for that killer.
And with the blood evidence here and there, it makes me think he killed her with a knife and dismembered her somewhere in the woods, thus the poison ivy on his hands.

Great summary!

Paragraph 10 where MT confirms she was on trash bag odyssey- well norm, bet those pics aren’t so grainy now! Recall that he complained LE had given all those pics from that trash bag dump episode and he complained too grainy to confirm..

I probably missed this because I am so excited and need to read arrest documents, but how did the JD Porsche have her blood?
I don’t think it did? The employee just stated that FD demanded he put the Porsche seats in the Tacoma. So employee took the Tacoma seats out and kept them, and they had blood on them.

  • #128
Why won’t MT face jail time? She was an accessory to murder, obstructed justice and tampered with evidence.
She continued to lie for what was it Fitzy said, 81 days!!!
Simply because she is finally trying to cover her own @ss, doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be punished severely, imo.
FD will get life w/o parole and MT, at least 30 years, imo.
Might have to make a deal
With her to get additional testimony to nail FD. Don’t want to leave anything to chance in order to secure 1st degree conviction.

  • #129
Surprised there WAS a 2nd bail. And no bail hearing. Again, makes me think some kind of crafty reason on the part of LE.
Well they better act fast because if he and/or she disappear...can you even imagine? Geezoo, why would they take that risk? After all of the months of work, blood, sweat and tears! Lock ‘em up!!!

The Porsche seats did not have blood on them, but the seats in the EE's Tacoma did, and it was those seats FD demanded the EE switch out fro the Porsche seats. I really feel sorry for the EE, too. He is yet one more person used by FD. The EE was a lot smarter than FD, though. EE's instincts told him what was on those seats and he had the smarts to save them.. Looks like part of FD's plan may have included blaming the EE for Jennifer's murder if his ridiculous Gone Girl scenario failed. At minimum, FD had no hesitation to involve an innocent person in his plans. He is the epitome of a malignant narcissist IMO.

Next questions:

-how did FD get from Lapham Rd where he parked the red truck, to Welles Lane? Obviously he would have wanted to stay out of sight, and he had a bad case of poison ivy, but he must have been on the road at some point(s). He didn’t have his phone along to help guide him off-road. LE has ALL the cams from every school bus in NC that morning. Did any catch him running/walking/entering or emerging from the woods, along his path? How about doorbell cameras and home security systems anywhere along his way? I find it hard to believe he eluded any cameras along his route. This will be important to proving he actually went to/was at her house. Unless of course they can ID him driving her Suburban back to Lapham.

-When did FD leave in the red truck that morning and where was it? Cams from 4JC or 80MS? What’s the story behind the “dinner party” the night before, if even true? (Was that part of the “alibi list.”?)

-did LE interview KM and did he attempt to alibi FD for that morning? Or did FD use him by publicly claiming/insinuating meeting with him as an alibi without KMs approval? Was KM also in on the “alibi list” or was FD selling him out? Big implications for KM here if he was in on the alibi. Is that why his law practice is dissolving and website taken down suddenly? Or is it spousal rape, of course...will be interesting to learn how tightly KM is woven into the murder. There’s also the civil case too of course.

-FD gave them the passcode to his phone! So they didn’t need to “crack” it necessarily. What else was on that phone?? Web searches, call records, texts? Certainly FD cleaned it up before he gave it up, and likely took precautions to make obviously incriminating evidence private, but FD seems a bit technologically challenged relative to the state of the art.
In 2017 he didn’t know what Find My Phone was (on the 911 call) and he took the phone to Albany Ave.

-warrant states he arrived at 80MS at 12:22. MT confirmed his phone was at 4JC that morning. When/how did he get his phone? Did MT bring it to him? Did he stop at 4JC before going to 80MS or did he drop stuff off there first then go home for lunch with MT? Did his phone receive any calls from MT that morning? Didn’t she wonder where he was and spiders she try to reach him? Or did she know he’d be “unavailable” that morning and thus in on the plan?

-what’s with the confusing story in the warrant about PG, MT and FD and the truck exchange that afternoon and MT with the key? The details of the warrant there are confusing. Certainly there’s more to this, why did PG and FD go back to 4JC then return to 80MS? Why didn’t PG take the red truck then and there at 80MS when the keys were in the door? This is fishy and there is likely more to this part of the story.

-How/why/where did FD have possession of the Porsche Cayenne registered to JD, and how/why was it “damaged”? Maybe not important but curious.

-was it just extreme luck that LE pulled up right when PG had the exchanged seats in the back of the Jeep Cherokee at 4JC on the 31st? Or was LE surveilling 4JC somehow? What else did they see going on at 4JC that day and/or earlier?

Marissa Alter (@MarissaAlter) on Twitter
Fotis Dulos’ attorney, Norm Pattis, sent me this statement regarding his client’s arrest. Pattis is attempting to downplay the new details that came out in the arrest warrant, but I think it’s pretty clear police are building their case towards a murder charge.
@News12CT
Pattis said “it sounds like the state is trying to convince itself that Fotis is responsible for Jennifer’s disappearance.”
When and if the state decides it can prove its case, we will welcome the chance to meet the case in open court,” he said. “The new warrant speaks of a lying lover and handyman with something to hide. When do we get the chance to question these folks?”

Wonder how MT and her attorney feel after learning this!!! Gloves off now!

Way to go, EE.
Hiring top criminal lawyer to protect you and assist the case.
We all thank you for your instant realization as to what happened.
You’re lucky you weren’t silenced. Permanently.
Go Team Farber!!!!:)

FD BONDED OUT?????
That ankle monitor needs to be checked every minute.
DA needs to file a Motion to Revoke Bond. I’m with the husband of a sleuther above: he’s a flight risk. Nothing to lose at this point.
MT needs an armed guard. She’s become expendable.

BUT....And I think there are just sooo many comments right now....but have been trying to get your take on whether MT could have been driving the truck...is there anything yet that proves she wasn't? ALSO...no mention of blood on drivers' side. Could the blood transfer on the passenger side been directly from FD and JD put in bed of truck? Can MT be eliminated as possibly driving the truck?
Good point.

Jennifer Dulos case: Missing Connecticut mom's body was in truck used by her estranged husband, warrant says - CNN
snipped and BBM
The vehicle that the warrant says FD is believed to have driven on the day of the disappearance belongs to one of his employees, who told police FD urged him to replace the seats. Over the course of several days, FD was insistent, "pushy" and angry that the seats had not been changed out, the employee told police.
According to the warrant, the employee said FD eventually told him that he was worried hair evidence might be in the vehicle because he'd hugged his estranged wife days before she disappeared.
After the employee switched the seats out, he told police he decided to keep them without telling FD, in case police needed them, according to the warrant. Police later found the "bloodlike substance" that contained JD' DNA on one of the seats.

I'm wondering now if the employee knows much more that is not in the warrant - else why would he keep the seats in case police needed them? Of course by this point, she was reported missing so he very likely suspected FD did something to her. I also think she was laid in the seats after the attack in the garage. JMO

Heartbrea
This photograph is the last known of Jennifer alive.
Hard. Stop. :(
Heartbreaking. Again, I cannot even begin to imagine what her mother and children are going through.

My husband thinks he will-or that he will attempt to run and it’ll be suicide by cop. If that happens, my guess is that NP makes a statement to the press claiming that LE and the media harassed him to death and...”shame on all of us”.
A victim 'til the end!

Thank u! But I don’t get how Porsche seat could replace a trucks seat..

Sleuth, just read in NC paper that Waveny is
2.2 mi. from JD home which would be an easy
30 min. jog for FD.

Also anyone else notice in the AW LE says they
got phone data from carrier records and from
JD's PHONE> so they got the phone, I guess.

Lots of facts are pointing to significant involvement by MT in this murder. I bet she brought FD the phone and certainly she had to think that to be odd. What is worse for her IMO is that she HAD to have known FD murdered Jennifer as soon as she went missing. Did she flee FD's home? Did she call the police and tell them every single thing she knew? Did she even take any steps to protect her own daughter form this monster? No, instead she helped draft the soon to be infamous Alibi Scripts, knowing with each agreed upon lie, she was assisting a cold-blooded murderer escape justice. Her karma awaits her.
