When is the "yes he killed her, but only after she ATTACKED him (in her garage where he was not permitted to be) going to commence? See, it was all a terrible mistake, FD just went there to talk, to tell Jennifer he was calling off the dogs, and she just attacked him for no reason. Afterwards, he panicked because he knew no one would believe him, but, but he never meant to hurt her. They were finally getting along so well until SHE did this " Mark my words...

I triple-dog dare him to say that SHE attacked HIM when he only went there to talk. Then he can explain why FD hid the car and snuck up on her so he could “talk” to her. I agree that he’ll try it, though!!!

I know - it is confusing. I think this whole seat switch thing is important to this case - it shows FD knew something happened in that Tacoma that he needed to make go away - and the flimsy excuse of the hug/hair transfer is ridiculous. I want to get this straightened out in my mind.

When JD left - she took 3 vehicles? Her Suburban, the Range Rover and the Porsche, right?

He ended up with the vehicles registered to Fore Group - the Jeep, Suburban, Ford truck and the other Porsche?

Guess I need to go check out our early threads. I know we laid vehicles out - it's probably in the timeline. JMO

JF's current Suburban was purchased After she left 4JC, so the only vehicles she took with her were the Porsche and the Land/Range Rover.

Also, way back in another thread, it was posted that FO also had a Porsche and IIRC, it was also a Cayenne, the same model as JF's.

Just thinking of poor Jennifer dead; riding as a passenger...makes me cry. FO-A****** is beyond evil. Absolutely, the undeniably horrible and heartbreaking. I cry not for myself but for her family and especially for her five children. Heartbroken. Jmo

Thank you - I did go back and find the vehicles and registrations - but for JD I only found the one Porsche - so the "second" Porsche must be registered differently or perhaps she did not renew it when she left him (and that second Porsche) and moved away? The whole seat switch thing is odd - I believe FD did this to cover up the blood from when she was in that rear seat in the Tacoma - I'm very glad the employee saved the seat for LE. @MemPat posted way back in June I think that if they found one drop of her blood in the red truck - FD was done (or words to that effect). Now we just await the murder warrant. I wonder if they are still testing evidence collected at the garbage plant? JMO

Sadly, I believe it went to the garbage dump. Since he was so fond of water, however, I would not rule out a body of water. Since we now know everything was preplanned, you can be sure he also planned how to dispose of her body and he certainly had researched that garbage dump.

Every time I think of that lowlife coward murdering that kindhearted woman...there are no words to express my contempt for that killer.

This is what I think, too. I think he really wanted her completely gone, and this was the way to do it. If only Jennifer’s remains could have been among the small amount of evidence that was found on Albany Ave., but I don’t believe any were, aside from DNA on blood soaked things. The investigators likely thought she went there, too, or they may not have hustled so hard for so long at the MIRA facility. I am in awe of those investigators, and how hard they worked.

He drove in that truck with Jennifer's dead (IMO) body in the back seat for over an hour. We know it was the back seat is because that is the seat FD demanded, as only he could, that EE replace. FD also made extremely incriminating comments to EE, who is clearly a moral human being.

And now, FD and the C Team are complaining that the State has not done enough to search for Jennifer? Oh, please. Neither he or his client have lifted a finger to help locate Jennifer. Heck FD could not even say one thing nice about her during his disastrous interview with the media!

Hey, NP want to know where Jennifer is? Ask your client for the truth! He knows exactly where her body is!!!

As an aside, how was killer’s father forced to testify? Accessory after the fact? It’d be interesting to know the details. They maybe applicable to the Dulos case.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch...
Dulos Team is relying on a report that is clearly off base. Even though cannot be entered into evidence. Is he the one that refused to continue to testify during a court proceeding? And stepped off the witness stand? Why do these CT judges refuse to find contempt against clearly contemptible actions?

Dr. Dialing for Dollars needs to be sued for malpractice. Out of state expert witness(es) would be needed to testify against him, his methodologies and “findings.” Pressure needs to be put on the CT Board of Licensing for his profession. All of his victims need to file grievances against him with the Board. Perhaps a class action lawsuit.
His protection/ benefactor(s) need(s) to be uncovered. And also brought to justice. Legislators/lawyers/high placed divorcing parties. FD lawyer buddy comes to mind as a perfect example.

Anyway:

Atty. Ann Draginis (spelling?) knows what’s behind him. She has enough to do without taking him down. He’s not appointed all the time bc he’s the best. He’s appointed bc of some special relationship with persons known or unknown. Dare I say favoritism or even blackmail? He may have prepared reports for some members serving in the legislature.
I wonder if CT has a special task force to investigate corruption. That’s not corruptable.
In Texas, we have a wonderful group of law persons called The Texas Rangers. Not the baseball team. Proud history of investigating corrupt LE. Among others.
You know, I’m not native. So cannot claim to be a true Texan. But with this case, I’m realizing, this is a pretty amazing state to live in.

State attorney subpoena. There is no parent child privilege, so everything the man told the father was fair game. Dad hired his own lawyer, who tried to urge such privilege, but was unsuccessful so his father gave LE crucial information. Sadly, the guy continued to insist on his "rights".

I expect FD will too. After the money he stole from Jennifer and her family runs out and NP is megaphoning another case, FD will turn to prison law clerks to torture this family. Dr. Farber is a wise woman. IMO she will move to terminate FD's parental rights when the time is right.

IMO JD was still in EE’s truck when he turned up at MS. I just don’t believe they’d have planned to take her into the house as they must have known LE would comb the place with sniffer dogs and Luminol.

EE says FD gets him to help ‘shuttle cars’ between MS and JX on the afternoon of 5/24. As someone mentioned, this seems unnecessary as both their cars were already at MS.

Was the car shuttling just a charade to get EE away from his truck and the MS property, once they realised he wasn’t going to just leave in the Raptor?



Did it have the added benefit that MT’s car would then be at MS? Why would they need an extra vehicle at that point? Maybe it was the beaten-up Porsche and they were thinking of swapping out the seats that evening.

The reference to ‘THE (dented? damaged?) Porsche in the AW suggests to me that 1) that particular car and its damage has been discussed at an earlier point, and 2) that there may be a second Porsche.

This talk of the porsches is puzzling to me. The AW says the porsche was registered to JD, but then how did it get to Farmington, if it was JD’s? I thought I recalled that FD had a porsche, too. I wonder if the one in question was actually registered to JD, but she had to leave it there in Farmington when she left for good with the kids-sacrificing the car, but saving herself and the children. Seem to remember that JD had a porsche in her garage, which couldn’t be the one in question with the seats.

I'M BACK FINALLY! I was getting so frustrated with the lack of info coming out, but when I saw the news yesterday, I literally did a fist pump in the restaurant I was in.

Okay. SO. The timeline. FD left Welles at 10:25 am and arrived in Farmington at 12:22 pm. In that amount of time, he would've had to make the drive to Waveny, transfer the body, (likely) dispose of the body, then head back to Farmington. If we assume the transfer between the two vehicles in Waveny took until 10:45am, that's only an hour and a half to make a drive that takes almost exactly that amount of time. In that case, the body might be in the area of his properties in Farmington. It at least was there at some point.

I can't remember - when was the two hour window his phone was pinged at MS on 5/24?

I hate to put this out there, but I have No Doubt that NP and FO are already on this defense strategy.

IMO, NP is going to say that FO learned that JF was going to 'harm' the children and then herself and FO had to protect the children, so he killed JF before she could 'harm' the children.

IMO, they will say that JF found out that she was terminally ill (NP's Request for JF's Medical History) and to prevent FO and his HO raising JF's 5 children, the only way out was 'harm'/suicide.

This is why FO parked EE's red truck at Waveny and jogged to 69WL, so that he could 'Talk' JF to her senses but when she refused to 'Obey' him, FO had to do what it took to 'Protect the Children', you know, because FO 'Loves His Children So Much' as he stated yesterday.

Did everyone see how fast FO Snatched the Arrest Warrant out of the hands of NP when they were in NP's car leaving after posting bail?

There is No Way that FO had read that document Before he was released on bail.

I have No Doubt that FO would NOT have been Smirking in front of the Media, IF he had already read the document.

I would think he would have a 'Deer in the Headlights' look, instead.

IMO, there is No Way that JF left 69WL alive after returning from school drop off at 8:05 am that Friday.

LE states in the arrest warrant that FO was waiting for JF to return.
We know from JF's appointments in Manhattan, that JF would have had to leave 69WL, no later than 9:30 am on the first day of a holiday weekend.

I have always believed that FO was waiting for JF's return and ambushed her Immediately.

So, the Attack and the Clean Up took 2.5 Hours?

That garage must have been horrendous from the 'Serious Physical Assault' that took place there that morning.

Let's all remember that LE is waiting to Charge FD with Murder until they have completed their investigation. It is obvious by this Arrest Warrant, that there are Many facets to this case and Many avenues to investigate. We all want this case to be a Slam Dunk and so does LE. We can be patient, knowing that LE has their act together and doing everything they can to bring Justice for Jennifer.

As noted several times, once LE charges FO with Murder, Everything Must Be Turned Over to the Defense and a Speedy Trial is in order. So LE is taking their time and getting Everything in Order Before going to the next step in this case. LE does not want there to be any holes in the evidence and must account for every piece of the puzzle. This takes time and patience on Everyone's part.

I re read the AW and find it a little strange that FD and MT were behaving suspiciously with EE starting on 24 May and during the days ahead starting with asking him to keep the Raptor, MT purposely leaving with his keys, seat situation (replacing/disposing of them), asking him to sell his car, angry tone, washing it, comments about the hug/hair and then asking him to leave out details with MT if questioned by the police. Asking him to refer to the seats as hardware.

Hello?!!!

Why did it take until 12 July for EE to come forward with his attorney and talk to LE? I’m sure he learned immediately about Jennifer’s disappearance.

There’s something that FD was holding over his head (besides his job) in my opinion that will come out.
