Here is the hotel video from Avon, CT from early in the case. This hotel is also where FD and MT were arrested.

Will have to get back to you on this one as I need to check 'alternative sources'! Cannot believe the arrest warrant was wrong. There was an official court document that we have seen recently with the Avon hotel address on it. MOO

Although now that MT is aware of the evidence maybe she will tell LE all that she knows.
I wonder if they will offer her a deal, like they did in Kelsey Berreth's case.
It may be her only chance to avoid a long prison sentence.
I guess it depends on her involvement and how much she knows. Imo

According to the arrest warrant MT said when she awakened about 6:40 on Friday, May 24th, FD was gone. (Took a few tries to get to this answer....)

Working on MT timeline for the 24th/Missing Date:

FD leaves 4Jx at 5:15am for NC (assume he left bed at 4:45am-5:00am, took shower and grabbed coffee and left 4Jx in EE Red Tacoma)

MT Daughter - It looks like school starts at 8:15 am (suggested drop off time 7:45am-8am) in Simsbury.

Google maps says the distance to school is roughly 9 miles from 4Jx and takes approx. 17 minutes.

There is also a school bus service from West Hartford to school with a pickup time of 7:15 am (doubtful this would be used as to get to pickup from 4Jx would be 11-14 min in the am and bus ride to school is 30 min).

Does it make sense that MT would sleep through an early morning departure by FD and not know what time he left? Not sure this is believable.

Does MT saying she got up at 6:40 am make sense given the school drop off time and drive involved plus breakfast time?

I absolutely believe LE has more evidence - especially a forensic accounting of FORE financial activities. Motive. Although I had many questions after reading the warrant, I was always nagged by the disposal of the old license plates. Why?

Was this part of a set-up plan? On what vehicle were they used? Since they trace back to Dulos, what was FD's purpose of placing them in the drain? I feel something is missing here. Was the purpose to make it appear that the Project Manager (sadly demoted to "handyman" by NP) did this?

It is possible I missed something because I jump in and catch up often. Is there anything else we know about the plates? I think I need to MOO!

FWIW....I think LE has several reasons for the additional warrants and arrests:

• Part of this is to quiet down the absurd stories about JD deliberately vanishing or harming herself.
• Part is sending a message to FD and MT that the clock is ticking for any kind of deal.
• Another is the "encourage" anyone in FD and JD's circle of friends to be forthcoming with LE about any information they may have or suspect.
• Encourage people who may have seen FD on Friday the 24, but have been hesitant to come forward for some reason, to contact LE.
• Provide support for a gag order by Judge Blawie.

All just my opinion....

I think those license plates were simply an efffort to thwart any license plate readers, while dumbo and MT were dumping evidence.

They had to get rid of them after they were done.

Gag order motion

IMO, Colangelo argues that Dulos' counsel has violated numerous sections of the CT Rules of Professional Conduct. Shouldn't this motion be grounds for a CT Grievance Committee review of the specifically alleged improper conduct of attorney Pattis? The Grievance complaint is virtually drafted already - just need to mail it to CT Grievance Cte. See the references to a specific incident in the New York Times and Exhibits A, B, C, D on page 3; one of which cite the Chaz & AJ interview where Pattis claimed that Troconis had passed a polygraph test (a true or false statement, no ambiguity there, how can Pattis have even verified that - it is pure recklessness). It's ready to go for Grievance review, just drop it in the mail, IMO. Also, shouldn't the Grievance Committee complete its review prior to trial? Or is this NP's plan to be disbarred or censured before having to defend FD at trial? I guess this is NP's face-saving way of bowing out of a loser case, right before trial, in which he has so vociferously defended his client's right to free speech, probably gratis. MOO.

You are so right about sociopaths and their ability to convince others the crimes they commit are justified and how easily he/she gets others to help him or to do all of the crimes committed.

I personally experienced on a smaller scale, when I was married to a sociopath similar to Fotis.

The world saw it happen on a tremendously huge scale during WWII when Hitler, the epitome of a sociopath/psychopath, had so much power over Germany and its citizens, including admiration in the beginning from much of the world.

It’s amazing and so frightening the spell a sociopath can have over others.

Thought from Little Bitty (sorry if this has been mentioned even multiple times) but we see that MT and FD both have the funds to bond out. Maybe the strategy by the State is to break the bank. If they have lesser included charges just keep charging with a bond to be to paid. So then when Murder Charges are filed both FD and MT they are both flat broke and can’t bond out?

Just a thought. I know Murder charged for both are coming sooner rather than later. They will both get what they deserve. Neither one of these two is worth all the curse words I know.

Thanks - at the risk of appearing a bit daft - I am still baffled. How would this help, since plates trace to him? I would understand if stolen plates were in the drain. And did they use the plates on any vehicle they used?

Did a google estimate for the trip and it estimates 5:15am departure from 4Jx.

They are reviewing and rereviewing everything to make sure case is airtight. Once they file murder charges NP has access to everything. They can afford to take their time to make completely sure that are ready to go. It's just icing on the cake that NP and FD are tortured with the process.

I agree with others here and I think they have kept GF in the loop the entire time. This was no surprise to her.

It when they are ready they will bring in the remaining evidence that connects it all.

I have wondered if they KNOW there is no body to find - if they found enough evidence to know she was not intact when he disposed of her.

In line with your 'loading em up' idea in order to break them, I wonder if the State is simply going to pile on the charges as the mound of evidence grows?

Maybe the State knows there is no body to find and don't yet feel comfortable putting forward the murder charge absent the body? So will do the slow drip of simply adding charges and perhaps in the process motivating MT to stay in line as I'm not convinced she believes she will face any consequences.

But, load up on tampering and hindering or possibly making false statements, kidnapping or manslaughter and the sentencing options start to very much add up to serious time? With her 2 charges right now, I believe each carries 5 years.
