Working on MT timeline for the 24th/Missing Date:

FD leaves 4Jx at 5:15am for NC (assume he left bed at 4:45am-5:00am, took shower and grabbed coffee and left 4Jx in EE Red Tacoma)

MT Daughter - It looks like school starts at 8:15 am (suggested drop off time 7:45am-8am) in Simsbury.

Google maps says the distance to school is roughly 9 miles from 4Jx and takes approx. 17 minutes.

There is also a school bus service from West Hartford to school with a pickup time of 7:15 am (doubtful this would be used as to get to pickup from 4Jx would be 11-14 min in the am and bus ride to school is 30 min).

Does it make sense that MT would sleep through an early morning departure by FD and not know what time he left? Not sure this is believable.

Does MT saying she got up at 6:40 am make sense given the school drop off time and drive involved plus breakfast time?

MT seems really stubborn and defiant repeatedly lying to LE. I think no matter what her and FD will take their chances at trial. IMO ... they just seem that arrogant. But, I certainly hope she flips, the body is found and FD put away for life ...

When a partner is involved with a sociopath as in this case, all they see is charm, looks, money, and charisma. And an evil wife. Sociopaths are remarkably convincing.

The best thing for the sociopath’s partner to do, to see what they really have, is to back off and analyze. In MT’s case, this separation has been provided for her. She has time to reflect and bring up those questions that she had about Mr. Perfect, but were swept under the carpet or explained away. And now she has analysis of Mr. Perfect and his actions provided by the evening news.

She is told by the media that she is with a manipulating a-hole, with no financial stability. And a murderer. I believe that MT has started to believe these things or will soon. And resent being involved in it.

She will do a full flip. As far as she can without further implicating herself.

She will have to be careful with her selective recall of the truth, along with the omissions.

Like the Berreth case in Colorado.

You are so right about sociopaths and their ability to convince others the crimes they commit are justified and how easily he/she gets others to help him or to do all of the crimes committed.

I personally experienced on a smaller scale, when I was married to a sociopath similar to Fotis.

The world saw it happen on a tremendously huge scale during WWII when Hitler, the epitome of a sociopath/psychopath, had so much power over Germany and its citizens, including admiration in the beginning from much of the world.

It’s amazing and so frightening the spell a sociopath can have over others.

If FD had returned to 4JC and told her a terrible accident happened or gave a self defense scenario, she would have believed him. I have knowledge I don't want. A charming sociopath will twist heretofore decent people into doing their dirty work. I have seen one enlist the aid of an entire social group to effect the destruction of an innocent person. A small scale Hitler in action. Literal destruction. People who I believed at one time had more character than MT has ever had. IME.

Did a google estimate for the trip and it estimates 5:15am departure from 4Jx.

The AW didn't clock him out of 4Jx but did show CCTV in Fairfield CT on the Merritt Pky at 6:36 AM

No departure time verified, but I do recall NP telling some news source that his (NP's) LE sources said that the police still could not place FD leaving 4 JeffersonX or arriving at Welles. NP's smirk said they couldn't discover this because it never happened. This was in late June or July, I think.

Hmmmmm….Motorcycle??? Does FD have one among his toys?

Thought from Little Bitty (sorry if this has been mentioned even multiple times) but we see that MT and FD both have the funds to bond out. Maybe the strategy by the State is to break the bank. If they have lesser included charges just keep charging with a bond to be to paid. So then when Murder Charges are filed both FD and MT they are both flat broke and can’t bond out?

Just a thought. I know Murder charged for both are coming sooner rather than later. They will both get what they deserve. Neither one of these two is worth all the curse words I know.

Also, I think either MT will wear a wire or other listening device to get the goods and save her butt or she is inherently stupid because FD wouldn’t give a second thought to killing her too especially if he has nothing to lose at this point.
I have seen where others have commented on MTs looks in the initial mug shot and I too believed she looked high or strung out. Does the possibility exist that FD is keeping her on his side due to continued access to drugs? I in no way mean to imply that she is less guilty but trying to fathom why she would maintain a relationship with a man she surely knows killed his wife and mother of his five children. It doesn’t get any riskier than this.

I hope and pray that MT’s parents, family, ex husband, friends or even daughter plead with her to be absolutely truthful and help lead police to the Mommy of 5 innocent, broken, young children that are reeling in pain every second of every day.

I’m sure they've tried but they must persist and insist.

Her own daughter has been through enough. Time to set an example. It’s never too late.

If someone out there has her ear, please beg her to make the right choice. She knows everything and can’t pretend she doesn’t. She’s in too deep.

I can see our faith in Mr. Coangelo's competence was not misplaced. This response is what a pleading should look like, in contrast to Dulos' rambling and legally insufficient motion to dismiss. Simply, according to the State, once the judge signed an arrest warrant a judicial finding of probable was made. That judicial finding of probable cause to believe the crime of hindering had been committed bars Dulos from raising the claims contained in his motion to dismiss. His attempts to muddy the water by citing an inapplicable provisions of the rules can't save him. The information is not defective and the statute under which Dulos was charged is constitutional and not subject to challenge.

Very straight-forward analysis with supporting and recent case law. This is the type of pleading judges expect from litigants, not the sensation hyperbole coming from the C Team. Once again, good lawyers do. Mediocre TV lawyers talk, pontificate, grandstand and attempt sleights of hand. Not all TV lawyers are bad by any means, but all mediocre lawyers love to see themselves on TV.

FD thinks NP's constant poking the bear is helping him, but that bear is going to eat him for lunch at trial. After today's schizophrenic comments to and about MT, I can see no coherent defense narrative. MT is the love of FD's life, no wait she is the "lying lover", no wait she is a bug about to be crushed by the evil State. Which is it? This constant whack a mole approach is going from annoying to pathetic.

It is almost embarrassing to watch, and in the middle smiles the man who still thinks he is going to get away with murder. Keep smoking that hopium pipe FD, while the world knowingly watches your house of cards tumble. Let us know when you start feeling the taste of ash in your mouth. OK. But do you think the statement made by MT in the AR is plausible? She gives a fairly wide range for when FD gets back to 4Jx and said they had a 15 min lunch between 12-1:30 pm (she didn't remember exact time). She was clear, however, that she didn't ask him where he had been and that JD name did not come up in conversation.

I'm having a tough time with this one.

FD rolls out of bed very early on the 24th, say 5 am at the latest which is unusual and not their usual schedule and MT doesn't know it or question it?

Then, FD leaves very early with no explanation and also leaves his phone at 4Jx (unusual as its also the business phone number) which is always with him and doesn't return until 12-1:30 pm, and MT doesn't ask any questions?

Does this make sense to anyone? I'm simply not seeing it. This is a couple that run a home based business and have a 12 yo living with them that needs to get to school via car in the am. There is probably a typical routine in place and so far it seems like nothing about the typical routine happened on the 24th/Missing Date IMO.

Father is a surgeon correct but mother lost her license to practice as a psychologist as part of her settlement agreement with the US Federal authorities for her role in Medicare Fraud. So, mother doesn't appear to work outside the home so far as we can tell from MSM sources.

LOL! I do think plate readers may have been a reason - but why? Were the plates in JD's garage and he took them in a panic? Was FD too meticulous in his planning? On what vehicle were they? So many questions!

I assumed they were discarded to cover their tracks, but it always nagged at me. After reading the warrant, it became clearer. LE may why the old plates were discarded - but I want to know! MOO.

I just am hoping that FD either had someone drop him off in NC near Welles or a bus cam caught him jogging. I don't think they would make the statement about him lying in wait at Welles without something to support it. IDK. Its an open issue.
