I was just joshing. Know full well her attorney would never cotton to it. Dying to hear her voice, though. MOO.
I think I saw an interview of her and her sister discussing seal shoes.
I’ll look for it if you want.

Yeah, I was looking this up last night.

Dateline and 20/20 tend to pay for photos and videos, with the understanding that these people will also sit for interviews.

So they are able to say “we don’t pay people for interviews,” when they essentially are doing just that.

They don’t do this all the time, but they do it when they want to book a guest that they wouldn’t otherwise get.

Apparently some of the morning shows on these networks also do the same thing.

I’d be super curious to know if that happened here, and if so, how much was paid.

Someone better be on this.
Casey Anthony Lawyer Jose Baez: ABC News Money Paid For Defense (VIDEO) | HuffPost
$200,000 paid for Anthony interview
Snipped
She had photographs of her and her child, and a network paid us $200,000 so we could mount a proper defense," he said. The remarks begin at the 7:25 mark in the clip above.

Baez was referring to ABC News. The network paid Anthony $200,000 for the rights to photos and home video in 2008. In 2010, her defense team revealed that it had spent $275,000 thus far — the bulk of which came from the licensing fee.

Though American networks forbid paying subjects outright, paying licensing fees has been another means to score exclusive interviews. ABC News came under fire for Anthony's payment, and other instances of "checkbook journalism." The network has since ended the controversial practice.

Another bit of the Dateline interview w/FD that I found interesting comes at about 14:15 of the Chaz and AJ podcast that was posted on Audiogram. FD refers to the fact that : " I willingly gave them (NCPD) the phone." Wouldn't this make it more difficult for NP to argue that the FD's phone was taken improperly and therefore be excluded as evidence? JMO
That is EXACTLY what I thought! His claim that he did not consent to the seizure of the phone is now out the window, AND he voluntarily gave up the passcode. There is not a court in America that is going to grant a motion to suppress evidence obtained by that call phone. Which is yet another reason a competent lawyer would have ever let FD sit for that interview. Score one for the good guys.

Attorney for Fotis Dulos questions whether missing New Canaan woman Jennifer Farber Dulos was ill or may have been undergoing pregnancy testing

Attorney for Fotis Dulos questions whether missing New Canaan woman Jennifer Farber Dulos was ill or may have been undergoing pregnancy testing

The attorney for Fotis Dulos in court filings Tuesday said he is seeking access to the medical records of Dulos’ missing wife and mother of his five children in an effort to determine whether she was undergoing pregnancy testing or suffers from a serious disease, disclosures that could bolster defense attorneys’ “Gone Girl” theory about her disappearance.

“In the year prior to her disappearance, Ms. Dulos had dramatically lost more than thirty pounds, and commented to friends and family that she had gone from 120 pounds to a mere 88,” attorney Norm Pattis said in a two-page motion filed in Stamford Superior Court late Tuesday afternoon.

OMG. Can't read the full article but what you have posted is enough. Has Norm no conscience? Ridiculous. Just ridiculous.

I see they do not think FD's Dateline interview went well. So - NP is pushing "Gone Girl" theory once again. Sigh. If she is "gone" where did she go? She had a terminal illness, so she abandoned her children just to punish poor, innocent FD? She may be pregnant? I expect next they will announce she had a "lover" - PG perhaps?

And this is reaching for straws, IMO:
“Ms. Dulos had been withdrawing large sums of money from three separate checking accounts at the same time she was undergoing the above-referenced testing, including a series of ultrasound services in April 2019 just prior to her disappearance,” Pattis said.
NP and FD are twisted and cruel. MOO!

88 lbs. Remember the teacher who said she
was "dangerously thin'.
I can believe this. Poor girl looked 20 yrs. older
in her last few photos.
She was horribly stressed and showing the effects of a divorce and custody case that had dragged on for 2 yrs. And who knows how long
FD had been doing his number on her at home.
We will never know how much she suffered.

Didn’t FD tell her to pay out of pocket!
It could have been tests and ultrasounds for peri menopause, menopause or polycystic ovary syndrome and NP knows it.

It’s just incomprehensible to me that someone would go along with the murder of someone else. Especially another woman. Not that us girls aren’t evil too. There are some women I wouldn’t trust with my shoelaces or ever get into a foxhole with.

My cousin’s husband is a sheriff and he will tell you they absolutely hate being called into domestic violence situations because they will arrive and see the female all beat up on the couch and the husband clearly responsible and once they put the cuffs on the male, the female launches at the cop kicking and spitting and bitting and hitting. Us girls just sometimes get a pass because people are less suspicious of us. Never turn your back on us. Lol.

Luckily CT doesn’t distinguish between murder and accomplice to murder. So as an accomplice even if she wasn’t in NC at the time of JDs death and original crime scene clean up and disposal she will still be charged with murder if she is seen to be an accomplice. Which by lying to cops multiple times after being separated from FD did not help her case that she was not involved a lot more than just riding along in the Raptor while FD dumped trashbags in The trashbin odyssey of stupidity.

It’s going to be difficult for her attorney to elicit sympathy for her. She has a poor moral character. And so if they try this “FD came home and told me he killed JD and I had to help him or he’d kill me or my daughter,” narrative, MT, by lying on multiple interviews to the cops, didn’t help herself there.

A small caveat: if there is a third person that is not MT (accomplice for the 24/25th) it is entirely possible that this person was used as a threat to get her to comply. It’s possible that she thought her memorization of the timeline would get her past an LE interrogation and once they tore apart her statements she, instead of asking for help, continued to dig herself deeper with more lies. Like she unwisely just doubled down on her story and tried to make it more plausible.

We will know soon enough what the State thinks of her involvement. We will know if she is necessary to help the prosecution if they give her a deal. We will know everything they know about MT and they will charge her with what they know they can prove.

I think she is in deep stuff. How deep we will soon find out. How involved we will know. We will know based on the charges and how necessary she is to the state. JMO.

There was a book written in the ‘80’s, and I think the title was “Shoot the Women First”-it was a book about how invested women get in certain causes...the men might have a practical purpose in getting involved in a particular activity, but the author’s perspective had the women involved in a much more dogmatic way. Seems pretty sexist now, and women are certainly practical in many ways. But it could explain the way a woman like MT might take up FD’s cause-get the kids, get the money, get rid of the troublesome wife who is f’ing up their $#!+.

Thinking like a LE person.....da da, he either went left on RT 8 from I-84 and north to circle
around before going back to MS OR he went rt.
towards New Britain and then back to MS.
I think there's a good reason LE stopped the
tracking right there.
LE is sorta hinting there was a change in tracking right at that intersection.
Knowing that FD has lived in Canton, Collinsville, Avon and Farmington in the 13 yrs. he's been in Central Ct., he's very very
familiar with the area of going north on Rt. 8.
So that's my guess.
As far as machinery, he would have buddies
in the construction business for heavy equipment digging machinery. But I would
wager he also spent a couple hours hand digging a hole in advance.
The most likely spot would be in a lightly traveled area, private property is best.
As I said before, LE needs to do an intense
interrogation of all subs and people he did business with. Did he ever ask to go hunting
or fishing on their private property?
Does any of them own a woodchipper?
Can they trace his GPS on his vehicles for the
last couple months?
Remember FD seems to sniff out other crooked
people who fly under the radar.
Does MT have any local friends with acreage
around?
I'd just like to hear they found no body evidence at MIRA. That would change a lot.
There is also the boat owned by his attorney KM

Incredibly sad. He whittled her down. The likes of him having that power. Her mother must be beside herself. MOO.

I guess you aren’t Italian...I don’t actually know how to spell it for real, but it means idiot or dope or whatever other name you’d have for a stupid, clueless person.
Straight up Scotch-Irish here but I do enjoy learning something new, especially something that makes me laugh! Thanks!

Yes, indeed he did. So, perhaps JD was just listening to his sound advice and withdrew a "large sums". You are correct, medical testing could be anything and it is not cheap. NP is blowing smoke here. He is in attack mode.

WOW.Norm said don't do it?
But he is on board with the second interview?
Very confusing.MOO.
Quoting my own post.
I think Norm said he agreed to the first interview because he owed the interviewer. MOO.

The Tacoma seats had her dna so she was in the back seat at some point (or something of hers was) I’m thinking he used the black contractors bags but had so much bloody cleanly up stuff he had MT bring the trash bags to the house (2nd warrant) the question for me is was her body still there or did he move it somewhere else ? We haven’t seen the search warrants to know if he had a shovel - the timeframe of 10/25am Friday to 2:27(?) Saturday afternoon at the police station is what we need to figure out IMO
BBM

IIRC when blood is found on a seat an LE analyst can tell whether the victim actually bled there or if blood was just transferred/smeared. I can't wait to hear all they know.

For the potential jury pool out there not saying very unequivocally that he did not kill JD and also saying he had a beautiful life with his mistress doesn’t play well with the crowd that watched Dateline. Definitely trying to get the GG narrative back out there because Fotis is too guilty and shady for prime time.

How can the red truck be nearby all along? The AW2 clearly says it was parked at Waveny park at 7:52 and at the same exact location as the previous time it was captured
Photos of Lapham came from bus cams as buses were taking children to school for am. No continuous footage on Lapham. I don't know if we can conclude that the Red Truck didn't move between the various bus cam sightings.

Thinking of MT following FD to the Avon Car wash, I wonder if she did come down to NC in another vehicle on the 24th?

MOO
