So based on my timeline (taken from the AWs) we have a couple of times for JD body disposal:

5/24
1. 10:25 am and 11:12 am (New Canaan). But must transfer JD body to Tacoma and other items and attempt to wipe down Suburban and dump body close enough to NC and crime scene area to be caught on camera driving back towards Farmington on 11:12 am. Would FD have gone to 61 Sturbridge Hill Road or another place like a dumpster?

My issue with 61 Sturbridge Hill Road is that it doesn't make sense to drive back towards the New Canaan Rest Area from there if you look on Google Earth and check the potential and most logical road paths. If the body was transferred from the Suburban to the Tacoma and then driven to 61 Sturbridge Hill Road, why back track afterwards? At 11:12 am the Tacoma is snapped heading eastwards and it's less than a mile from the Lapham Road/Waveny park area. It would make much more sense (if leaving Sturbridge) to take Carter St or New Norwalk Road to get back on to Merritt Parkway to head to Farmington, don't you think?

Just on this one point, I don’t see a version of the ‘Gone Girl’ defense as, necessarily, excluding a scenario where FD and Co try to implicate the EE.

The plot would out-do Gillian Flynn’s in terms of the unexpected, although naturally won’t be nearly as well written and executed. Its characterisation will be its first flaw, and the structure, narrative and plot will be so weak it will lose readers by Page 2

Maybe something like: EE always fancied JD. After the separation he was cosying up to her, maybe doing odd jobs, etc. She became unwell mentally/physically (Details To Be Decided if /when they get their hands on her medical records). She saw an opportunity to end her suffering while venting her hatred of FD (cue NP trotting out the phrase ‘A woman scorned’), by making FD the fall guy. But she needed help, and this is where she roped in EE to do the deed in return for....fill in the blanks.

As has been said in many instances before,a narcissistic person thinks he is God and no one can compare or compete with his/her knowledge!

IMO, MT was under FD’s spell of charm, charisma, living style, and money so badly, she was unable to make her own decisions. She was in a trance like state.

When everything came down regarding Jennifer’s disappearance, this trance like state of doing and following whatever FD suggested, dramatically landed her in a “what have I done and where is my prince” state.

FD had led and guided her for what two years? And now, all of a sudden, he was separated from her? She is wondering how or why she is accused in the two arrests?
However, the main problem with MT is the withdrawal from the trance she has been in over her love connection with FD. Getting out of a relationship with a psychopath narcissistic is horrible by itself. You don’t know who you are! But facing charges relating to a missing person must add enormous tolls already to a low bewildered MT. I am not on her side. Just trying to point out what she may be going through. Yes, I imagine she is medicated. She is going thru an extremely difficult time.she probably doesn’t know which end is up.

Hopefully the time will come when she can come to her senses to realize what is best for her, notkeep holding onto what she should do for FD! That relationship and those dreams for the future are forever gone. FD has nonething to give her to help her live or to continue in her life. MT it’s time to look ahead for you and your daughter. Praying you can escape jail time.

I saw the HLN special “what Really Happened” on Drew and cannot get his evil otherworldly loud scream in court as he is sentenced “I did not kill Kathleen!” That’s gonna be FD y’all. Drew’s voice sounded like a scary monster and that’s what FD will sound like when it finally dawns on him he’s been found guilty and going to jail. He’s been holding that rage in. That rage that drove him to kill JD and seek his twisted evil revenge. We will hear that howl from FD. MT will probably still be staring off into space like that kid that eats paste in school like she has zero awareness of where she is and that this is real life. Just complete dazed or drugged out non-presence of a vibe.

It seems like you are echoing your support of the Pattis theory that it would be 'impossible' for FD to do everything himself in NC and return to Farmington.

I'm curious where you think the 43 page technicolor display put together by LE in the recent FD arrest warrant to explain how and when FD did what you are claiming to be 'impossible' went wrong?

Do you not believe that its FD in the Red Tacoma driving down to NC and returning to Farmington?

As to how FD pulled off the murder; there are a lot of questions and missing pieces I have been trying to ascertain as I mentioned.

If he was alone with the murder with everything connected in New Canaan to that; where did the clean up materials come from? If he put the corpse in the Suburban how was it put in there and how was it transferred to the pick up? How much actual bulk was involved in the murder and put in bags? We see the back of the pick up driving on the Merritt on the way back, it doesn't seem terribly full.

I can't get out of my head what JF said about FD's sick revenge fantasies. Given that we believe this was a premeditated murder, what revenge fantasy (if any) did he engage in here? This was his opportunity to get back at both JF and her mom for the misery he felt they were inflicting upon him (as well as to punish JF for daring to disobey and leave him) and while time constraints might have limited his options, I have this nagging feeling that somewhere - either in the act itself or afterwards (where he put her) - his revenge fantasy was played out. Not much in the way of follow up questions to FD. The interviewer made a few 1/2 hearted attempts I thought but was totally rebuffed by FD IMO with 'against the advice of counsel' I can't discuss it further etc. Watching the FD portion again I thought it seemed scripted the same way the Sarah Wallace interview was scripted. Maybe its just me but there was no 'give and take' in the interview at all and for this reason it seemed stilted and unreal.

I really wonder if FD thought he was 'winning' by doing the Dateline interview?

Can FD think he is really fooling anyone?

Agreed. Her flat affect in those interviews makes me think either benzos or SSRI drugs. Weed, maybe, unless drug testing is a condition of release (assuming recreational not legal in CT?), but definitely some strong medication. Perhaps a combination of pharmaceuticals? Her eyes are weird, too, not intense like FD's, much more unfocused. She needs to get her head straight IMO.

It all has to go thru civil court. She has a $500,000 prejudgment lien. Court will not approve more right now. The civil suit has to end in order to collect anything. And/or go thru foreclosure process. Which is happening right now with 4JC. Without a civil judgment, GF can't take back anything unless the Farber name is attached to it some way. IMO.

Ok so I combined AW 1 and Aw 2.
I did a timeline earlier with the Toyota Tacoma movements on 5/24. I am adding what EE told LE which was backed up by the Raptor internal system/EE’s cellular data. I am adding what I believe MT told LE as well. Because at least one or two things have been confirmed to be true and fit with this timeline even though she is a lying liar who lies. This is about the 5/24 timeline and finding Jennifer if that’s even possible so her family can have a burial. And JD can have Justice and her children peace.

1. 6:36 am Toyota Tacoma passes Fairfield rest area
2. 6:40 am MT tells LE she awakens and there is no FD. This was the 8/13 interview. And the third interview. Previously she told LE in the first interview that she and FD showered together. Something which was in the script LE found and what MT later admitted was a a mistake.
MT tells investigators that FDs phone his main cell for business/personal is at 4Jax where the Fore Group office is.
3. 7:03 am Tacoma seen parked at Lapham Road turnout
4. 7:40 am Tacoma seen parked at Lapham Road turnout
5. 7:57 am Tacoma seen parked at Lapham Road turnout. It must be mentioned the spot is approximately 100 feet from where JDs Chevy Suburban will be found abandoned that evening.
6. 8:05 am JD Suburban seen on Welles Lane arriving home. FD believed to be lying in wait. Last known image of JD.
7. 9:30 am EE arrives at 61 Sturbridge Hill Road in FD’s Raptor. EE’s cellular Data and Raptor data confirm this and also confirm EE was at EE’s residence prior to this. Not at Welles Lane where FD was.
8. 10:25 am JD Suburban and her phone on the move down Welles Lane to Lapham Rd.

(LE believes the crime and cleanup occurred between 8:05 am and 10:25 am)

9. 11:12 am Tacoma spotted at NC rest area.
10. 11:25 am Tacoma at Fairfield rest area.
11. 11:40 am Tacoma at Route 8 Derby
12. 12:00 noon Tacoma on Interstate 84
13. 12:22 pm Tacoma at 80 Mountain Spring. MT tells LE she had a quick 15 minute lunch with FD when he arrived sometime between 12 and 1:30 and they didn’t discuss JD and she didn’t ask what he’d been up to. (Yeah right! Says Little Bitty; that’s some bull patties right there).
14. FD phone leaves 4 Jax and arrives at 1:37 pm on 80 Mountain Spring Road. (Little Bitty believes MT is bring her lovah his phone.)
15. 2:15 pm FD texts EE to ask when EE is going to come to the office at 4Jax and EE says 4:30pm
16. FD phone remains at 80 Mountain Spring until 3:38 pm which is over two hours since it arrived at 1:37. At some Point FD is cleaning the Raptor seats with paper towels and MT tells LE he told her it was spilt coffee and she says towel didn’t smell like coffee but couldn’t recall color of stain and said placed in a black bag. Bags FD asked her to bring to 80 Mountain Spring.
17. 4:17 pm FD phone leaves 80 Mountain Spring and goes to 4Jax.
18. 4:30 pmEE arrives at 4 Jax and no one is there and his Tacoma keys aren’t there. Drives short distance to 80 Mountain Spring and encounter MT and FD standing in driveway and they say they’d been cleaning that house. EE and FD begin driving other vehicles back to 4Jax (I take this to mean construction vehicles or that they are moving them off the 80 Mountain Spring property). EE sees that his Tacoma is there and that the keys are on door to it. MT stays behind. Once finished shuttling cars around EE returns to 80 Mountain Spring Road and finds keys are gone and MT gone. FD offers for EE to take Raptor and EE declines and asks FD to get MT to return with his keys and she does and EE leaves.
Car shuttling or whatever (how it’s described in AW anyway) occurs between 4:34 pm and whenever EE leaves.
19. 5:21 pm FD phone pings at 80 Mountain Spring.
20. 5:34 pm FD phone back at 4Jax.
22. 6:59 pm JD friends report JD missing. NCPD arrive at 69 Welles Lane (JD residence) and knock and no answer. Are provided with entry by nanny. See blood in garage. Call crime scene guys.
22. 7:10 pm: the Raptor, MT and FD and their phones are on Albany Avenue in Hartford on their trashbin odyssey of stupidity.
23. 7:00’ish JD vehicle found.
24. 7:30 ish Silver Alert for JD
25. 7:41 pm Raptor and MT and FD leave Hartford along with their stupid phones
26. 8:10 pm Raptor returns to 4Jax and male seen wearing same clothing as on Albany Avenue and resembling FD gets out of Raptor and checks mail and then gets in Raptor and drives further onto property down driveway.

Pattisville is again seeking release of JD medical records and is using the 6th amendment as part of its argument to do so. I wonder if GF via her atty's could intervene on the issue of the JD medical records? Or, will the State have to issue a motion on the matter of the records? But how can they request JD records if they are claiming on Dateline that she is ALIVE! Guess there was a disconnect between FD and Pattisville on this comment as the motion says that JD is not here!

Very good! If she is alive, as FD insists, only she can authorize her records to be disbursed. They will never get them. I am not sure if actually getting them is the goal, anyway-I think Pattis just wants to throw a bunch of crazy, outlandish speculation about her to the winds, and see where it lands. If he never gets the records, he is free to float some bizarre ideas out there.

I'm not one who believes MT was a sweet, innocent soul sucked in by the wiles of FD.

I believe she too was a grifter who came by that genetically from her mother who stole bundles of money from US citizens.....Super Grifter!

FD is certainly the narcissist in this relationship but MT is no fairytale princess carried off by the wolf.

They shared the intention to take Jennifer's trust fund by having her declared an unfit mother and, I believe shared in the planning and execution of her "disappearance".

If she maneuvers a beauty of a deal by testifying and shakes off this crime, she will still be a grifter and should have a warning tattooed on her forehead.

The child support she gets for her daughter only lasts maybe four more years and she is going to be digging for dollars!

If her child ends up living with the father, she won’t even get it for that long. And anyway, she will be in prison at some point. There is no way she is going to skate, with no prison time-even if she gives up information that leads to JD’s body.
