Welcome! I recently came out of lurking too for the Maleah Davis case in May - heartbreaking! I had thought about Pound Ridge property too. But, the fact FD had no control of or insight as to who may be there, etc., made me think he would not take the chance in going there.

Thank You . I agree, HE is not going there in his FORE truck, but he will in another vehicle and not on the Mallard Lake property itself. Perhaps in their trash receptacles, bodies of water one might ski. It is the symbolism of where he he was told NO. It should have been his too !!!

Good Question. There are some mundane details that I wish I knew, like what was the employee working on? Was it inside or outside work? Would it have produced other bags of garbage that the others could have been tossed in with? Did he have an accomplice that dropped the bags off? Was he questioning the employee to see if he saw the bags get dropped/added? I am just speculating as best I can because the bag dumping has always thrown me on all this. Everything else seemed so planned out and this was such a huge mistake on their part. Though I am grateful they made this mistake. MOO

The EE was working on door hardware. I don't think it's feasible that somebody dropped bags off there. The other properties were in Farmington area. No reason to go all the way to NC. Nothing was all that planned out IMO. FD was flying by the seat of his pants. MOO.

I know-It would make a certain kind of sense for FD to do it. Maybe...there were already a couple of bags in the back of the Raptor, and FD added a few more, so HE wouldn’t be caught getting rid of them, as you said. Possibly EE wouldn’t have noticed more bags added to the truck if there were already some in there.

IMO. WAY too risky for FD to be caught in NC that day. No way, no how did he risk that by going to the Sturbridge property. MOO. I mean, it was ALL a risk but I just don't see this at all.

A sociopath is full of rage at all times. It is not always seen. I think FD thought continuously of how he could get JD out of the way. In my personal experience, I had not communicated with the sociopath for many months. I received a phone call one morning where he was FULL of rage over emails/texts/legal issues from 3+ months prior. I think something set FD off within 48 hours of the murder. The final straw. I think there WAS a sudden explosion of anger but FD was controlled enough not to go over to WL that very moment. The rage was there. And yes, it was all about the money. MOO.

Feel your pain. Glad you made it out the other side. Mine kept me in court for 16 yrs. hard to believe, but true. Even after numerous contempt charges, orders to pay my legal fees, over and over again it was ground hog day for him every time he raged. The problem I’m having here is seeing FDs rage alone being the instigator. He had a hard fought for holiday weekend in front of him; the timing is off for me, any pre-weekend anger to make him risk murder instead of divorce would have dissipated. IMO it was more than just his rage. MOO MT walked hand in hand with him from planning to fruition.

Good thoughts this morning from everyone.

I just look at the timeline on 5/24 and see the Tacoma arrives at 80 Mountain Spring Road at 12:22 pm. FD and MT (who by her own admission to LE is at 4Jax from at least noon on; now possibly she was in NC and with FD but so far nothing LE has released has confirmed this or denied this) have from 12:22pm until EE arrives at 4:30 pm to retrieve his Tacoma/return FDs Raptor.

FD has plenty of time to dismember JD. Has equipment to do so. Any comings and goings from 4Jax and 80 Mountain Spring will be supported by evidence in the form of video/camera or cellular data. That includes anyone else who may have arrived.

No one that we have heard of was working at 80 Mountain Spring that day. The whole time is uninterrupted. He’d have time to fill in a while he’d dig somewhere on the property or to fill her body in a barrel and weigh it down somehow. There is the river close by and many creeks behind the property. He is in walking distance to at least three Fore Group properties. There are thick thick woods and despite LE searches it is possible even with dogs searching as well for her body to be nearby and just not discovered.

Now if FD did dismember her remains he could have either buried them in some container or such or placed remains in the multiple bags.

Dumping her body parts along Albany Avenue seems just so risky. Regardless of what “part of town” it was. It’s been mentioned by posters but since I am from Texas I can only rely on y’all local peeps.

But again so is murder so anything is on the table here.

We know what would happen to those remains if bagged and dumped in the trashbin odyssey of stupidity on Albany Avenue.

The only point FD wasn’t counting on: C4 cameras capturing it all and bc of the Holiday weekend the trashcan pickup was delayed. As such LE were able, according to AW1, view that surveillance footage of the TBOofS after learning of the cellular data/pings of FD and MT, and race to Albany Avenue and retrieve at least one bag and have contents tested immediately on June 1 for JD blood.

After positive match was made MT and FD were arrested at their hotel. And the solid month or so of LE searching MIRA begins. We still know nothing of what they found or didn’t find at MIRA bc LE has rarely commented on or confirmed many of their searches or findings from said searches.

I still think because of the thick mass of trees on the acreage of 80 Mountain Spring there remains a shot she could still be located there. It poses the least amount of risk for FD (as far as witnesses seeing and cameras recording his movements). A body can literally be on 1-2 acres that have been searched with dogs trained to find a body and still be missed. Hence, why we hear about those type of cases all the time and why theories are always thrown out there that the remains were somewhere else and then brought to where they were later found even if the remains never really moved (except from animals and elements) from where they were left.

There are other dumpsters around Farmington and Avon and such as well. Other cars that were registered to the Fore Group and could have been used to transport her body or body parts (so sorry sweet Jennifer) to another dumpster near by or another location nearby. Just thoughts and more thoughts.

We know this. LE has the literal “411” on all the video footage. Outside of 4Jax even though there is a back entry (which I am not sure is covered by cameras) and outside of 80 Mountain Spring Road that we know of.

Based on LE comments vague as they were on Dateline I am just not getting the sense that any part of Jennifer’s remains have been recovered by LE. Whether at MIRA or not. I still just want them to head to 80 Mountain Spring Road and poke around some more. With a fleet of citizens locked arm to arm walking the entire property. Jmo as always.

Long time lurking, no longer.... Wonder if he back tracked to another location where he was denied access like 40 Mallard Lake Rd. Pound Ridge , New York . I recall reading in divorce documents that JF was going to live at her parents' home and or guest cottage AND FD responded he is to have full access to the property. It was soon after, JF rented Welles Lane home. I mapquested 2 addresses and Pound Ridge NY is a 15 minute drive,east of Sturbridge Rd. That property in NY was sold in June of 2019. Prior to the second AW, I would have suspected he dropped bricks on the roof, now I believe he makes his own bricks. I am just throwing this thought out to all the wise sleuthers here.

This bothers me, too. The only logical explanation I can find is perhaps the pillow was used in the Suburban by the kids or as a back rest for JD.

I just went through the interior photos of the 4JC house - blue and white does not fit in with that color scheme IMO. However, in looking at the rooms of JD's Welles rental - for some reason I feel like if the pillow was blue/white (not sure where I read this color scheme) would be a happy soothing color scheme for her. My guess is the pillow came from her house JMO

I don’t think they’ve found any of her remains, either, other than her blood-in an amount that may not definitively indicate that she has to be dead (but we know she is)

What if FD set up the disposal site ahead of time in NC on the days leading up to her disappearance. if you go to Google Maps on your computer right now and look at the satellite image of Waveny Park, zoom in on the clearing on the right where I guess the pond is?(I do not know the park) Anyway, there is a clearly a red vehicle on the edge of the woods. I am not sure when the image posted today was taken from the Google satellite but it is a strange coincidence.

Glad you’re still here. Good thoughts to you. I agree- he was looking at long game, and playing it to inflict pain and win! His ongoing motions, ability to ignore court orders and admitted lying are telling. But now he has an annoying “hampering” charge and a looming murder one as well. And by his own 90-95% of spouses-do-it crack, he knew full well what was down the pike! I’m just throwing the MT rage fueling the fire to burn through his rational, as a theory to balance the equation. His court actions seem to show how he was venting his rage at JD, and was happily plodding along as he did. IMO it gave him joy. MTs outlet for expressing her rage hasn’t been publicized. From my own experience, I’m willing to bet there was someone screaming in one of his ears about what she wanted and ‘deserved’.
As to his attempt to retrieve the children on Saturday, IMO, it was all for show. He had to go. He had his court ordered visitation. What would his excuse have been otherwise? He was playing the innocent.
