The estranged husband of a missing New Canaan woman pleaded not guilty Thursday to new charges in connection to the woman's disappearance.

Dulos' estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos, was last seen dropping her kids off at their New Canaan school on May 24.
Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis were arrested again last week on new charges of tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution.
Fotis Dulos’ attorney, Norm Pattis, spoke briefly outside the courthouse and addressed the media saying, "Here is our message to the state of Connecticut. Mr. Dulos is not guilty and when you are ready to try a case by appropriate evidentiary standards in a court of law, you'll know where to find it. Hmm this is something I had not considered until now - what if the reason for the delay is because they are gathering evidence to further implicate MT and that is why it is taking so long on the murder warrant? By this I mean we know she brought black garbage bags to him - AW2 page 42 last paragraph- did she stop and buy them on the way? Did he have them in the house? If they were in the house, did they get them from their search warrant and match them to the few they found intact in Albany?? I'm just trying to figure out what the delay is and if MT is cooperating now that she admitted she thought JDs' body was in the Tacoma JMO

Judge Blawie has granted a gag order requested by the state's attorney in the Jennifer Dulos case. Attorney Norm Pattis tells me, "It merely states existing law and doesn't change anything."

I can’t tell all of you how much I’m enjoying the community of awesome people on this thread. I’m only sorry that it is at the expense of Jennifer Farber and her adorable children, at the hands of someone who should have wanted to protect all of them from this.

Listening to Norm Pattis is getting to me-I know it’s supposed to, because his job is to defend FD, and make the state prove its case. But the state hasn’t even charged FD with murder yet, and Pattis lies constantly about everything, just like FD. Two men who despise women, working together to smear and destroy any woman in their path to FD’s total freedom to come and go as he pleases, on somebody else’s dime. Contrast NP with MT’s lawyer...MT’s lawyer will probably manage to get MT a minimal sentence by the time this is all over, and NP, along with FD, will be a loser yet again.

It’s so unfair! I am so frustrated and now another 3-weeks... it’s such a long and painful process.

The last AW is beyond awesome and so compelling and we all know it tells the story but I really wish the photos included were crystal clear. I don’t know if it is LE’s strategy to wait for the next one to reveal more clarity but I don’t know why not on this AW.

I just really hope the cc is enhanced to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it’s FD driving the Tacoma. So worried! MOO

Its impossible to say. The State is working the puzzle piece by piece I think based on the statement of NCPD Chief K. It will be time and there is little room for error given the absence of a body (so far as we know).

I just don't know what to think about MT now - and I mentioned last night how long it took LE to go through the video in Mollie Tibbetts case so there could be more video they are locating to show their movements even closer than what they have released - it seems they are only releasing enough to support the current charge IMO. I'm holding out he is caught on video somewhere in the vicinity of her house and it's timestamped beyond a doubt (so he can't say that was when I was there Wed, Mother's Day, etc.) JMO

I think that meant he got a loan to pay the IRS or negotiated an agreement to pay them something owed. It seems odd and no idea if it’s true but I’ve heard they actually are more helpful than state tax authorities are about making payments, etc. MOO.

Yes, the IRS is much easier to set up a "payment plan" with. I know from personal experience. $75.00/month - from now until the taxes are paid. Good news - they were very nice and considerate in letting us make the arrangements. Maybe the "language" barrier has FD saying "loan" versus "payment plan"...or maybe he is just an ID10T...I go with the last choice. moo (except for the tax payment - and that is truth)...LOL!
