Judge Blawie has granted a gag order requested by the state's attorney in the Jennifer Dulos case. Attorney Norm Pattis tells me, "It merely states existing law and doesn't change anything."

Yes, just confirmed in print via WFSB.com (midway through article below):
'Bring it on,' estranged husband's lawyer tells the state

Quote from article:
"On Thursday, sources said state police were searching the West Hartford reservoir on Route 4. A few troopers were seen at the reservoir just before 1:30 p.m.".

I pray she is found! Is this the same reservoir previously searched? If I recall, there are a few reservoirs. I hope they find something. Crossing my fingers!

Mike Savino replied to someone asking which reservoir “The one on Farmington across from Cassandra Blvd.”
Don’t know which ones were searched previously

This is on Rt 4 heading in to West Hartford, right?
Smaller reservoir on the left hand side, as I remember it.
If so, this is their second time there.
Maybe coming from Miss Michelle?
MOO.
Hope I have this correct.Trying hard to stay up with all these astute posters.:D

It looks to be Hartford reservoir 1 based off of address and streets being reported. I wonder if they searched the one that could be reached on foot from 4JX... the park area looks like there are dirt trail roads peaking through the trees, so could have been an easy trek with the help of a 4 wheeler or a bike... I couldn’t keep up during the time all of the searches were happening, so don’t know what all of this area has been searched.

West Hartford Reservoir
The MDC's West Hartford Reservoir complex is one of central Connecticut's best known riding area. It is a large area laced with many miles of paved roads, dirt roads and singletracks. Trails for all ability levels and ages can be mixed together to create the perfect ride for almost anyone. Some of the singletrack trails are quite difficult. Others have rhythm, flowing down hills and around corners in a way that makes the surrounding woodlands seem like you were watching them on a movie screen rather than from the seat of a bouncing bicycle.

Whatever your passion for riding you'll be able to satisfy it at the "Res".

You can pick up an official trail map at the MDC's West Hartford Reservoir administration building from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm weekdays. In addition these are very good MAPS

Directions
Take I-84 to Exit 39 (Route 4). At the end of the ramp take a right at the light onto Route 4 East. At the sixth light (a distance of 2 ½ miles) take a left into the Facility.

Rules
Some of the trails are closed to mountain bikes. All of the trails are heavily used. Expect to encounter hikers, trail runners and families on foot.

Yes, this was the assumption I've made in my timeline although I do wonder what we might learning about FD actions when he left Rt8 and moved onto Rt84.

Did FD go directly to 4Jx? Or, did FD take a brief side trip in this region?

The other 'gap' I presently have in my timeline is at the beginning of the trip to NC leaving from 4Jx. I'm guessing FD left around 5:15 am or so. Did FD pick up anyone as he made his way to the Merritt or was someone in the Red Tacoma with FD?

I also wonder what stops might have been made by FD in the am before he is first captured on camera on the Merritt heading south?

We know the FD neighbor at 4Jx has CCTV. So, did FD leave from the front entrance of 4JX or did he have his vehicle parked someplace else and so wasn't visible on the neighbors CCTV?

My guess is that we might not see FD leave from 4JX and this could be what is taking LE awhile to document IMO.

While most things NP has said so far have been lies, early on NP did say that there wasn't video of FD leaving 4JC that morning (or video of FD entering Welles from front). Big grain of salt of course.

But since we don't have anything in the warrants showing FD that morning before the webcam at Fairfield, is it possible that either 1)FD spent that night somewhere else, maybe with KM?, or maybe at 80MS? and left from there in the morning? The first sighting we know if is in Fairfield so that could put FD anywhere on the map as a starting point.

Alternatively, and much less likely, 2)MT (or KM?) drove him out of 4JC to 80MS or wherever the red truck was parked, and FD was hiding in the back of the vehicle so as not to be seen on video? I think this less likely because if they were trying to avoid FD being caught on camera leaving, how would they explain that other vehicle leaving on camera so early in the morning (as you say around 5:15/5:30am). Unless this is the "early morning meeting with lawyer" that NP originally alluded to.

or, 3) FD snuck out the back door and through the woods at 4JC somehow to avoid camera detection. While this seems like it would be a classic plan, it was way early and FD had a long road ahead of him that day, so not sure this would be his preferred choice in planning it out. That would mean running and/or biking twice through the woods that day before he meets up with JD to get her at around 8am. FD didn't look as fit as I expected him to on the Dateline running segment, so I am hedging on this.

MOO.

Yes. I always thought the largest reservoir was after coming over Avon Mountain and entering West Hartford.
When you come down Rt 4 from Avon/Farmington to West Hartford the reservoir was on the left and appeared smaller to me. I never walked there but did at the other one.
There numbering system is a bit confusing.
Where our old poster who knows the reservoirs well?
Can't remember his name.

BBM-not so fast; there are plenty of dishonest accountants out there. Trust me, FD didn’t have to search for long to find one who would magically turn a loan obligation into equity. I have a friend who, at the moment, is battling her brothers with whom she is an owner of a company, and a crooked accountant, with some similar circumstances to this case. And don’t forget all of the accountants that you read about in the paper who have stolen from their clients. I think there’s the same percentage of honest and dishonest accountants as any other profession (says the daughter of an honest accountant).
You are right, of course. No profession is immune from crooks. The accountants I know are straight arrows, but it only takes one shady accountant to file a bogus tax return and, of course, Dulos located him. He only surrounds himself with the best.
