5 things gag order bans from being discussed

All parties involved with the case are prohibited from sharing information with the public regarding:

1. The character, credibility, reputation or criminal record of a party, victim, or witness, or the identity of a witness, or the expected testimony of a party or witness.

2. The possibility of a plea of guilty to the offense or the existence or contents of any confession, admission, or statement given by a defendant or suspect, or that person’s refusal or failure to make a statement.

3. The performance or results of any examination or test or the refusal or failure of a person to submit to an examination or test, or the identity or nature of physical evidence expected to be presented.

4. Information that the parties know or reasonably should know is likely to be inadmissible as evidence in a trial and that would, if disclosed, create a substantial risk of prejudicing an impartial trial.

5. With the exception of the defendant, Fotis Dulos, any opinion as the guilt or innocence of the defendant.

If you’re trying to make it appear that no crime was committed, you need to ensure that you don’t leave blood behind.

That’s why it’s stunning to me that he would use a knife as a weapon. I don’t think you could find a worse instrument to use.

The tarp idea would be solid, but I think she’d spot it as she was pulling in. She’d have to have a tarp on hand too, as I can’t fathom him walking or biking to her house holding a tarp.

To support the tarp idea, it would limit blood in the garage, and minimize the amount of blood in her vehicle when he transported her.

So that part would make sense.

So I guess I’m unsure as to how I feel about this.
But we know there was bloody evidence in her garage.
I think he used a knife to kill her. Don't think he had a tarp.
Doubt he would be foolish enough to dismember her in the garage.
The pillow interests me.
Was he foolish enough to think he could suffocate her?
I think she fought him. All 88-120 lbs of her.
And you are much smarter than I am so I will just end this with MOO.
Will comment at another time about your football team.

I have always thought it was a blitz attack with some object - golf club, hammer, piece of rebar from his construction site, etc. if it is a knife, there is a chance he cut himself - would they have photographed his hands when he met with them and handed over his phone? I'm guessing no because he refused to cooperate. I have read that when stabbing someone it gets bloody and slippery and that's when you can cut yourself. Wonder if there are other spots where his DNA and hers is mixed and we just don't know that yet? JMO

They would have looked at his hands, even if they were forced to do so from a distance.

People who stab others to death do tend to cut themselves (for the reason you said).

Hell, OJ did, and he was wearing gloves.

It’s definitely possible that there is his blood mixed with her blood. My guess is that if that was the case though, we’d have seen charges by now.

Maybe the lab results aren’t done yet though.

For those that asked, it appears FD is right handed as he is seen signing paperwork after he pled 'not guilty' in Norwalk Courthouse today:

Both pics are of the same body of water. she probably stole the pics from google like the majority of the other pics but it was certainly strange

Oh she would have fought, but she’d stand no chance against a much stronger man wielding a knife, and fueled by rage.

Yeah, I agree with you on the tarp being unlikely, and him not dismembering her in the garage.

No way he did that.

I was going to write earlier that this case has reminded me of the evil forces that exist in this world. Look what greed, hate and rage can do to a person. There is good in this world, but there is evil, too.
It's important to stay hopeful and positive in life, but I am aware now more than ever of the evil that must be discerned. This is my opinion.
My Irish mother used to say the devil is afoot in this world.MOO.

Mass guy and others who are possibly not sure if FD is guilty. I think you need to understand we (most of us) have come together and found each other on this page because of the horror and the certainty we feel that FD killed JD. We are all here because we feel outraged and are pro-Jennifer. IMO

Whoa now!

I’m positive he’s guilty.

I’d bet all 6 of Tom Brady’s Super Bowl rings on that, and the 7th he’ll be getting in February.

Ummm....I'm pretty sure MassGuy is totally on board with the possibility of guilt....Just sayin

@MassGuy has been all over FD being guilty since the beginning. He's definitely one of the regulars who's invested in this case.

To be fair MT tags all her pics with #hides#skin and stuff like that since her rug business is based on sheep skin and hides . promising 5 days shipping to anywhere in the USA.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't put any stake in that. IMO, it's just a coincidence (the photo and today).
