OMG! Does he think people don't pay attention to words and language? Interesting, though, given all the fabrications we've seen before, why NP would even answer with a somewhat possibly true response rather than some giant, movie-line denial. I think that judge may have subdued him a bit. MOO.

IMO the Gag Order is an excellent attempt to impose 'order in the court'!

No wonder we saw Pattis Cranky Pants today as he saw his entire PR campaign crumbling into dust.

So you combine the 'New World Order" in terms of what Pattis can say about the case with the fact that the FD Alibi Script was built on 'pillars of sand' and you have a recipe for a crummy day and no doubt an entire bottle of wine tonight! Full disclosure though as even though Pattis IMO was taken out to the wood shed with this gag order decision for some of his horrific victim shaming thus far, Judge Blawie was very critical of LE leaks, particularly regarding evidence (perhaps the knife, the pillow and FUDGE????), during this investigatory stage of the case as well.

Stick around here very long and you'll see there is no one minimizing FD's role in Jennifer's "disappearance".

There was a time when MT's role was up for discussion but AW2 pretty much changed that. Most here are no longer minimizing her role either. As my old grandmother said, "The chickens have come home to roost!"

Do I think FD would drop MT in a heartbeat? Study up on "Malignant Narcissists" or read the posts here of women who've been close to destroyed by his type.
The answer is, "Yes."

(ETA: On second thought, FD might more likely marry MT if it would keep her from testifying against him!)

@BellaVita, I've thought that for a long time, but was afraid to say it, so - thank you for braving that for me. I hinted at it a few days ago in a post - 'what did he do with her body in that time'... related to her tshirt and bra. Why take the time to remove them? That thought (rape) came to me, strongly - as another reason he did the physical killing part on his own.

As you all know, no doubt, rape is a violent act, and as he couldn't have her (he wanted to have her AND MT live with him at the house, after all)... it does fit.

I believe he just wanted access to the trust funds and to have all the household and travel bills paid.

I'm not doubting that he raped her though I think that might have messed with his limited time frame.

The timing makes me think it’s unrelated.

He got rid of that evidence hours after he murdered her. I think it’s unlikely that held on to her body into the following morning.

He had to know law enforcement was about to come knocking.

I don’t think they have released his whereabouts prior to Albany have they? I can’t recall and know I should go look at The synopsis of the two warrants by @LittleBitty but don’t want to lose this thought - what if the reservoir was a stop before Albany? And MT was with him? It could be a reason why she has stuck so close to him throughout all this? JMO

If so - then why have her t-shirt and bra separate (disposed of on his trash run with MT)? Are clothes easier to identify, or something?

I'm hopelessly behind here so apologies for not replying to posts & apologies also if anyone has already said this ---- maybe he took off her clothes to dismember her (*sigh*) & then put her remains in the water in some kind of weighted container which I guess he thinks won't be found. Praying he's wrong.

I think the most likely scenario is that he got rid of the body first (before the evidence dump).

Initially, I believed got rid of the body on his way home from the murder. I no longer believe that to be the case though.

You very well may be right. She’s protected him because she knows where the body is, and she helped him in some capacity.

Hopefully tonight’s search is based on her finally coming clean.

Just looked at radar and its hot and humid/quite muggy and very overcast and dark in that area.

Sunset in Hartford tonight is at 7:06PM.

Rain has been reported in other parts of the State but not in the area around Farmington according to the radar I'm looking at now.

If anyone is local and can update that would be helpful.

Do you think they would go all the way to NC after the Odyssey? I would be shocked if FD chanced going to Sturbridge to leave her body directly after the murder. EE was there and I really don't think FD wanted anybody to know he was in NC that day. Do you think they would have chanced driving back there with her body when she was already close to home at MS? Would it not have been easier to bring a metal drum to Farmington? There would also likely be video of the goings and comings as well as the internal system of the Raptor used to verify the whereabouts of EE. IDK. MOO>

I always thought the early morning banging at Sturbridge was significant. I wish we could actually hear the banging sound - it could narrow down the possibilities. I also agree it does not make sense! Hopefully, there is video of FD's actions on 5/25.

10. 11:25 am Tacoma at Fairfield rest area.

12. 12:00 noon Tacoma on Interstate 84
13. 12:22 pm Tacoma at 80 Mountain Spring. MT tells LE she had a quick 15 minute lunch with FD when he arrived sometime between 12 and 1:30 and they didn’t discuss JD and she didn’t ask what he’d been up to.
14. FD phone leaves 4 Jax and arrives at 1:37 pm on 80 Mountain Spring Road.
15. 2:15 pm FD texts EE to ask when EE is going to come to the office at 4Jax and EE says 4:30pm
16. FD phone remains at 80 Mountain Spring until 3:38 pm which is over two hours since it arrived at 1:37. At some Point FD is cleaning the Raptor seats with paper towels and MT tells LE he told her it was spilt coffee and she says towel didn’t smell like coffee but couldn’t recall color of stain and said placed in a black bag. Bags FD asked her to bring to 80 Mountain Spring.
17. 4:17 pm FD phone leaves 80 Mountain Spring and goes to 4Jax.
18. 4:30 pmEE arrives at 4 Jax and no one is there and his Tacoma keys aren’t there. Drives short distance to 80 Mountain Spring and encounter MT and FD standing in driveway and they say they’d been cleaning that house. EE and FD begin driving other vehicles back to 4Jax (I take this to mean construction vehicles or that they are moving them off the 80 Mountain Spring property). EE sees that his Tacoma is there and that the keys are on door to it. MT stays behind. Once finished shuttling cars around EE returns to 80 Mountain Spring Road and finds keys are gone and MT gone. FD offers for EE to take Raptor and EE declines and asks FD to get MT to return with his keys and she does and EE leaves.
Car shuttling or whatever (how it’s described in AW anyway) occurs between 4:34 pm and whenever EE leaves.
19. 5:21 pm FD phone pings at 80 Mountain Spring.
20. 5:34 pm FD phone back at 4Jax.
22. 6:59 pm JD friends report JD missing. NCPD arrive at 69 Welles Lane (JD residence) and knock and no answer. Are provided with entry by nanny. See blood in garage. Call crime scene guys.
22. 7:10 pm: the Raptor, MT and FD and their phones are on Albany Avenue in Hartford on their trashbin odyssey of stupidity.
23. 7:00’ish JD vehicle found.
24. 7:30 ish Silver Alert for JD
25. 7:41 pm Raptor and MT and FD leave Hartford along with their stupid phones
26. 8:10 pm Raptor returns to 4Jax and male seen wearing same clothing as on Albany Avenue and resembling FD gets out of Raptor and checks mail and then gets in Raptor and drives further onto property down driveway.
