I’m jumping a few pages ahead to reply to this so ignore if it’s already been hashed about.

When I heard Foley talk about the racial makeup of the Albany Ave. area community I thought he was trying to maybe make residents angry so they’d be more likely to come forward with information. Some of them may be on LE radar for drug related crimes, etc., such as whoever is associated with Fudge re the knife. MOO

Whenever I read or hear anything coming from LE or even the prosecutor, I’m wondering if they are trying to elicit a response from someone.

It may be that he’s made racist remarks and it may come up at trial if so. I’m just guessing about all of this so...

This is such an interesting idea! I so struggled with the comments made by Foley as I felt them to be irresponsible without giving some evidence as to where the conclusion came from. But I really wonder though if the risks involved with fanning racism would be a tactic used by LE? IDK. I guess we have to wait for trial to see. Perhaps there were texts or emails between FO + HO about where to empty the 'trash' and LE has them red handed saying well, "Lets take it to Albany Ave and is why"!

Reserving judgment on Foley and the State Police on this whole issue. Hope it wasn't race baiting.

I thought about that angle myself. It’s pretty advanced thinking if that was the goal, and I don’t have a read as to how smart he is.

He doubled down on that comment as well, even after he may have received criticism.

So he’s either stubborn, or it was purposeful. I’m not sure what to make of it.

I think those images came from the car wash, and this person was worried about losing their job.

I don’t think this came from law enforcement (and would have violated the gag order).

As to NP's demeanor yesterday, perhaps part of it is that there's an issue with FD paying him. It's not necessarily that FD's (err... GF's?) money has run out, but he might realize that LE is watching his financial moves, as well. "I promise I'll pay you more when I can get access to the funds..."

As to FD's smiling/smirking, he did it much less, but did start to smile when the female reporter came up to his right side, then seemed to catch himself.

Perhaps he's finally been told that smiling after the mother of your 5 children is supposedly "missing" is not a good look, and makes him look all the more guilty?

Regarding her medical bill/paperwork, he can't use it as evidence if he doesn't show the actual bill, can he? Then he would need to explain where he got it; I don't see how a jury can use that info without the actual document.

I keep thinking that he took the medical Bill's either on May 22 when he was there for the bbq. I dont believe for a second he didnt sneak in or on the day he killed her after he washed up at the sink.

My mind didn't go the negative direction, I took Foley to have righteous indignation that the arrogant, entitled superior acting FD figured he could use the folks on Albany avenue and their neighborhood that way.

and to take that a step further, we've had a problem w/ mail carriers in my area. They
go through our mail, especially if it looks like
greeting cards- then after opening and checking what's inside, they still deliver it.
We had one carrier fired last year for theft.
But it's not easy to get something done when

I wonder if LE went back out to the reservoirs simply on a tip that someone hiking or running along the trail smelled something bad. LE responded with cadaver dogs from the beginning.

On a tip of possible dredging Friday, FOX61 scoured the vast MDC reservoir trails on foot and with our Sky61 drone. The property showed no obvious signs of activity.
“There is so much land and so much water that’s not on the main paved path. They’ll have their work cut out for them. But I suppose that if you really wanted to try and hide some evidence, there’s a lot of area here where you could successfully do that,” said Stacie Smith.
The location is about half a mile from the Farmington home of Jennifer’s estranged husband, Fotis Dulos.

Depends on the rumor and source I think. People have mentioned what locals are saying and it's been admissable.

Not a sane lawyer. NP thinks too much of himself to ever agree to such arrangement. In most states, it is mandatory for a lawyer advise the Bar if a court has found them ineffective, and it is a terrible way to get future clients. Who knows what Dulos is thinking? He seems to be clinging on to Pattis for dear life. He actually LIKES what Pattis is doing in court IMO. Dulos is terrible at disguising what he is feeling and you could tell he thought Pattis was on fire. It was fun to watch his reaction when things did not go his way. All confused, like a little boy. He still thinks he has a chance to walk, and he believes Pattis is the man to do it.

Indeed he does. Pattis talks big. He is in everyone's face.He is larger than large to FD. Wild ponytail, broad shoulders compared to the defendant, taking him under his wing, putting his arm around him, escorting him from his car, protecting him from the bad boys that are out to get him.It's us against the world kinda thing.....for now.
The tide will turn though down the road.

Agree. IMO, the Have-Nots are more inclined to look out for one another than the Haves. Much more willing to share what they have because they understand the pain of being without. IMO, this has been going on for decades.

So true and it's interesting to see how prevalent sharing is among both groups after a catastrophe (at least for a while).

I've been blessed to run a support center for cancer survivors and it's a wonderful thing to see the poor and the wealthy with this common bond look out for each other financially and spiritually.
