Thanks, this does mention a later order that included every other Saturday, but does not specify where - and it was to be supervised by the same person - Dennis Puebla - that supervised the Wednesday visits (making me think it might have been easier to have weekend visits in NC, as well, because FD had to pay for Dennis's time and travel expenses, correct?)

Sorry to reply to myself but I looked up Steven Hayes (sorry I had misspelled it) and learned that when CT abolished the Death Penalty, he got 6 consecutive life sentences plus 106 years. I'm so thankful!

Komisarjevsky also got LWOP but I don't know the details.
with the Dulos children, IMO it would be better if FD had LWOP, so they could visit him if they choose to do..

I look forward to justice happening in this case and Fotie boy pinches himself all day long (his own words he said in first interview and that this can’t be happening) in his prison cell..I loathe him and he deserves to stay in prison his entire life..

Ugh, I can’t stand his expression. Certainly not one of an innocent person being wrongly convicted. He looks more like a “Gone Guy”!

Interesting point - he seems to twist everything, blaming JF for things he has done, or is.

Heller's motion about visitation says that there was "a risk of physical danger to [one of the children] arising from the possibility that he may manifest suicidal thoughts and act on them." I assume it means one of the children.

Edited; It was one of the children, @enelram confirmed, thank you

His visits required supervision. There was court appointed person there. IME, JD would not been able to demand or required to be present, unless they independently agreed she would join them. IMO the visit at the house was arranged for comfort of the children. I can imagine knowing her children were safe at her home also made JD a little more comfortable with the situation.
During the first two years of my youngest’s life, I would go to hotel and my X would stay at (previously)marital home. He flew in from out of town and did not have a local residence at the time. With crib, baby supplies, kitchen needs, school age kids’ computers, homework, sports... - it was easiest for the kids. Our court order did not stipulate this arrangement, I simply did not want them struggling in a hotel all weekend. I guess I imagine the Wednesday night arrangement to be similar.

Thanks. I noted that the court order required the visits be supervised and in a public setting, so I wonder how that played out....

Heller's motion about visitation says that there was "a risk of physical danger to [one of the children] arising from the possibility that he may manifest suicidal thoughts and act on them". Does this refer to one of the children being suicidal, or FD? Anyone know?

One of the boys- We've discussed this before
and I believe we came to this conclusion.
For anyone who hasn't seen ALL of Fd's facebook photos, there are several embedded
of the 3 boys at a skiing competition in Europe
and the smallest boy looks to be about 30 lbs. if that, and not much more than 5 or 6 yrs. old.
Way too small for competitive skiing, IMO.

"I'm not a Crook", famous and historic words
from Richard Nixon during Watergate would lend credence to what you just stated.
Fraud interviewers and body language experts analyzed the one president who shook his figure and said he ‘did not have sex’ with ___in the full clip- when you see him leave, he facial expression was revealing, guilty!

The more FD is out talking, his body language and words are revealing too, guilty!!

Thanks, I had edited it, after further research, and again after your post. And while I'm no longer on FB so I can't see the pics, that's also terribly young.

I thought I read through everything, but I need to go back through and refresh, clearly!

Ha! I think you’re setting yourself up for a crushing disappointment.

I’d love to be wrong though.

In an ideal world, the judge does absolutely nothing and Fotis walks out a free man, thinking he can continue to thumb his nose at the justice system.

Before he makes it to his car, and in front of reporters, he is arrested for murder.
And sometimes police want people out (albeit rarely) hoping thy will inadvertently provide more evidence. I don’t see the judge revoking bail, I do suspect there is a game of 4D chess being played against NP and FD and FD doesn’t see it.

I have no doubt that “stern warning” will be the extent of the consequences for FD. He will pretend to be innocent of fiddling with the rules of his bail, and inside he will be high five-ing himself for another win.
He could also be testing to see what LEOs know because he thinks he can escape.

Per the below article its interesting that the hearing for FD was driven by Judge Blawie, who expressed concern about the bracelet recharging habits of FB.

2 pts IMO for Judge Blawie! I hope we hear more from Parole and States Atty on who is responsible for making daily calls on parolees wearing bracelets. Doesn't make sense that Judge is driving the bus on this issue. Seems like Parole staff issue? Maybe again the reporting isn't correct? IDK. Pattis didn't respond when contacted by the Press! Maybe some progress on that front as well? IDK

The info about the knife was just reported by the HC, not by LE. It was not in any AW. We don't know it to be fact, but it COULD be. It so easy to be swayed by what someone tells a newspaper. Perhaps we just need to go by what LE has said, and wait and see how the rest plays out.

Afitzy made some great posts about this - we discussed the veracity of this issue in the past several posts yesterday - worth a look! :)
Yes, yesterday was when I commented about the knife and the blood splatter.
I realize that LE did not directly state that a knife was used, but since they found other items in the same vicinity and a man who looked like FD was seen on camera disposing those items I'm going to assume it's a possibility.

I'm not sure about waiting to see what LE says to speculate the details of how the murder was carried out, especially now that there is a gag order.

We have already been doing that from the beginning, and we still don't know much more than we knew then.
Yet this thread has always been very active, even when there was no new information. For several weeks every time I checked in there were hundreds of posts to read but nothing from LE.

IMO

“After several contentious months of hearings, and with reports from therapists and a guardian ad litem, Heller ruled Fotis Dulos could have supervised visitation rights with his children that included having the kids every other weekend, starting at the end of March. He was allowed to spend seven hours with the children in Fairfield County on Saturdays and six hours with them in Hartford County on Sundays, including at his Farmington home.

Police: Blood-stained clothing of missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Dulos found in Hartford trash cans, records show husband’s phone was in the area night she disappeared

I hit a paywall at the above link (after getting around it many times the last few months), so I wasn’t able to verify that this info was still there. This text, along with the included link, can be found on thread #2, page 31.

That’s right, I forgot about the court appointed person.
Still, I’d be sitting in another room, listening. lol

Correction: Make that “wrongly accused”. o_O

FD tries to make a break for it and LE is forced to repeatedly use a stun gun on him to restrain him!
One can only hope...however, surely you jest about a stun gun...I'm thinking "runaway" bullet to the knee cap...moo
