Pattis says he wasn’t given a hearing or full briefing related to gag order. Judge tells Pattis that he gave him additional time to write a response. Pattis says state brief cited no facts. He asks for oral argument on gag order. Judge put a gag order in place earlier this month.

Pattis originally requested that the family and their spokesperson be included in the gag order. Judge did not agree!

Reading these posts, NP appears to be whining like a child. I guess FD and NP are not happy that the gag order prevents them from trashing JD's reputation and setting a narrative. MOO!
