There were 2 interviews. The one posted by @Morgan10028 which was the blog and the news magazine Thema which I posted and where the reporter said Atty. P was on the phone with FD.

Gotcha. Did the DA reference both in court?

KS claimed in court that the questions for the “blog” were submitted “in writing” to FD and NP reviews them.
This news clip refutes that claim. TA, the reporter from CBS interviewed the Greek author who says he SPOKE with FD, who conferred with his attorney several times. Did KS just lie to the judge?

I think what was so disappointing about the entire interview discussion is that after PT2/Atty Smith gave his 'description' of the substance of the articles that NEITHER the Judge nor States Atty. took issue with the summary of the articles. IMO the entire thing was treated as if it were a joke but I also believe the Atty. Smith summary was misleading and incorrect. The Judge did warn about the 'gag order' still being in place but at this point the ship has sailed and its clear nothing the court is saying on matter has any teeth. MOO

When you view the video from forward camera it appears that Atty. Smith not only made a 'zip it' gesture but he also was clearly giving a 'middle finger' to either/both the Press group or the Court. FD smirk at seeing it all was the 'tip off' IMO. What a crew. MOO

Wow, you're right! There must be a handbook of nonverbal communication gestures for use by no-contact and gagged clients and attorneys being passed around by MT and FD and their defense teams.

FD looked a little tired today, he must not have gotten his beauty sleep last night, worrying about his next big day in court to hear the judge's response on the dismissal of charges, and knowing NP wasn't going to be there to hold his hand. He looked pretty disgruntled too, like he really thought there was a chance that the charges would be dropped, and he and MT could go on their merry way!

KS certainly seemed to have his hands full trying to justify the dismissal of charges, and he alternated between getting all flowery with his legalese, and when that didn't seem to be working, he kept using ridiculous euphemisms about pigs, lipstick, that the state has no clothes (?), etc.

Colangelo and Blawie seemed cool as cucumbers, just another delay, I mean day at the courthouse. I hope the State has a deeeep strategy for how they're letting things play out, and are biding their time while building a case for FD's motive to murder Jennifer based on their 'discovery' of financial info, some of which they apparently may have gotten today, as Colangelo referenced the 4 Terrabyte drive he had just been given by KS.

It was all kinda surreal. I kept waiting for a marching band to show up and provide a sideshow to the main attraction at the circus, I mean courthouse.

That is just another thing that was so disappointing. One person was talking about the blog and I believe the Judge was only referring to the Thema interview where CBS spoke with the reporter. It was as if both the Judge and States Atty. were asleep today or had better things to be doing rather than actively participating in the hearing IMO.

Yes, even the Judge and Atty. Smith agreed there were 'deficiencies' in the constitutional aspects referred to in the motion. Perhaps it was a 4:20 moment for Atty. P when the motion was drafted as it was IMO a hot rambling mess of a motion. MOO

The day that may never end at Stamford court. A fire alarm went off at about 1:45 the courthouse has been cleared everyone standing across the street waiting. Troconis and her family and Andy Bowman all standing together with people snapping their pictures.

Quite a day in Stamford Courthouse..first the courthouse was locked when folks showed up for the FD hearing and then the fire alarm for the MT hearing.

Appears it was only a fire alarm. Firefighters have come and gone, and staff is now being allowed back into the building.
