Yes, it looks to be overpriced for the market and the building. Building looks to be mainly 1Brs of similar size which most likely means mostly rental properties and held by 'investors'. Wonder how many people actually live in the building too? My guess is not many. MOO

It really sticks out to me that she posted that in November 2013. If their marriage was over in 2010 and was in name only like Fo said then why would JD leave her babies with the nanny to go out on a movie date night with him to a type of movie she knew she would not enjoy instead of having time to herself? IMO it was because she was trying to please her husband and working in making the marriage work. HE was the one who didn't give a crap about anything but her money.

So much the information FD provided in that interview was bogus....am sure it will be blamed on translation, etc.

However, he doesn't address the obvious...if JD was withdrawing it was probably his behavior, absence, etc....5 kids in about 5 years could certainly lead to postpartum depression. He'd have no sympathy for that, IMO.

When his mother was struck in the driveway, he was in Italy. Wasn't that 2010?

From the now sealed court records, JD suspected him of affairs before he became "enamored" of MT.

From JD's blog, IMO, she was working hard at making the marriage work....forgiving him for his lack of help with parenting....being the cleanup woman for the days on the pond...being chastised for her lack of energy to stay up until 2 A.M. and pop out of bed with vigor the next morning at 6--the Grecian way....allowing him to travel for fun and "business."

Everything I've gleaned from the court filings...her blog...his comments and actions speaks of a woman dedicated to the health and care and nurturing of those five children. FD was the fun dad without much responsibility--financial or otherwise.

AND, IMO, he's stuck in his childhood playing on the Grecian shores....with other people cleaning up his messes.

NP's pronouncements about FD's love for MT are among the strangest things I've heard from a defense attorney. How this doesn't rise to witness tampering beats me. Now we have the same sentiments reflected in the Greek news.

Sorry...I'm venting...this situation is so frustrating....Where is Jennifer?....Let's bring her home for justice!

I think the quote about the gag order not applying to the public at large or the media just means that we or the media are not gagged. FD and NP are gagged, however, on many of the issues discussed during the interview. FD will say it was the foreign press so it doesn’t apply or that the gag order only meant not discussing witnesses, etc., but he knows this was a violation but is trusting that he’ll just get another warning from the judge. I’d like to know the Case Law for previous cases that violated a gag order as it would apply in this circumstance .
