You are probably very sadly correct about that...zero consequences yet again. Judge and this case represents a long game though so will just have to hang with this situation and see if the tide shifts. Might just be giving Pattis rope enough to hang himself and his client. MOO

Agree. Smith looked to make a motion of 'lips are sealed' [and then he actually winked at the press group-IMO it was more than a bit creepy to say nothing of being unprofessional but then this is Pattisville in action and they seem to be defined by unprofessional behavior] as he faced the press and THEN IMO totally ditched FD and the body language between the 2 looked terrible IMO.

The heckler seemed to be saying, "we have a broken family court system and then dads lives matter". I wonder if Pattisville is now hiring hecklers to provide entertainment at their court appearances? I strongly doubt that the strong 'fathers rights' groups in CT would want anything to do with FD. Baffled. Do wonder if this was a paid heckler.

I do wonder though if Pattis was sanctioned and perhaps that is why he wasn't in Court today? Not buying the 'scheduling issue'.

Wonder how long it will take for the transcript of the hearing yesterday to post or even if it will be made available to the public? DA seemed to be moaning about 'no Pattis' in Court today but I wonder if DA will do a simple article about the Pattis hearing yesterday?

Wonder what is going on with Pattis and the States filing additional charges against FD and MT. MOO

NAACP condemns lawyer Norm Pattis over 'racist' image

Local attorney Norm Pattis posted Monday a photo depicting three white-hooded beer cans around a brown beer bottle hanging by the neck from a refrigerator rack to his Facebook page. The caption read “Ku Klux Coors.”

Dori Dumas, president of the New Haven Chapter of the NAACP, called it “unacceptable, degrading and disgusting.”

“He’s well aware how damaging and racist something like that is,” Dumas said. “He needs to be held accountable.”

Strange scene in the courthouse right now. Courthouse is locked so all the reporters are waiting outside it along with Fotis Dulos. Several trying to talk with him. I’m not sure why he’s not in a room with his attorney. @News12CT

Weird body language between KS & FD on leaving court house: KS zipping his lips looked childish, then he leaves FD to stand alone! just plain bizarre!!

Well maybe the NAACP can step up their game and bring an end to Pattisville! I certainly hope that the group brought charges as I agree the imagery was unacceptable. MOO

Possibly. That means there is also another child who is present. There are 8 children in the photo. 5 Dulos, 1 MT daughter, 2 extra. Assuming they all (10 people) travelled in that vehicle, they had a passenger/child unsafely/illegally riding in it.

Referring to that photo- FD and MT look exuberant .. only one child has their arms, up like following their orders..poor children..awful to be subjected to making a ‘fun family’ photo..

I just think that standard operating procedure with Pattis is sort of like he’d rather “ask for forgiveness afterwards than ask for permission before”-and you can’t unring the bell...some people will recall what these clowns say, and that is what matters to them. What good is a judge’s decision, when it is unenforceable, even by the judge who makes it?

I called Blawie “a fence sitter” but, he’s not even that ..he’s ineffective and lazy .

How many warnings can he issue,
do something for God’s sake, that’s why you are sitting in that big leather chair, it’s not for watching Football !

I’m in year six of legal battle...he won’t do anything he is supposed to do and it has gone on and on. Warning and deadlines given that they do not honor and then you know what happens... nothing. His attorney will up and give word salad and then nothing is resolved.

It’s the same jacket-corduroy; and in my opinion, too casual for court. Although, the judge doesn’t seem to be taking seriously his own ruling, so why should FD?

Well, in light of the inaction on the part of the court today, I have lost any hope that there will be justice for Jennifer.
